Semana 3 Prefloracion. Día 55(29/08): Segundo día de la 3 semana de floración, entramos con algunas complicaciones, o eso creimos, aparentemente no fue nada grave. Aun asi por el momento no voy a fertilizar con monster bloom. Ya va a tocar. Día 58(01/09): Ayer regue con Melaza, y los mejores resultados de Abby. Me decidi a usar el monster bloom.

7/14-7/21: This week I was out of town but implemented the self watering bases and the plant really took to it. My buddy came over and watered and took a few pictures for me, and I was able to get some pictures with my good camera when I was home fore the day on 7/19. I wish I could have been here to see it, but this week there was some serious growth and she stretched so much. The main cola leave tips got a little burnt but nothing to be concerned about.

SUNDAY 5/19: I accidentally left my UV timer in the "ON" position all night and half of the next day...fearing sudden death, I have moved everybody that was almost ready into the dark tent, including the most advanced Candy Cane x C4 and will start harvesting them tomorrow..maximum UVB stress for about 20 hours...if it works out that they are even more potent than expected without turning brown overnight, I'll claim it was "intentional," and purport it as an "advanced technique" 😉 MONDAY: The big one still looks fine after the mega-UVB incident , so she's still sitting in the dark. I flipped on the green light and went into the tent for a sniff test on everybody. She smells more like a C4 than a Candy Cane...a delightful aroma! The others have just about dried out..I'll probably start flushing a couple of them tomorrow and just water the others. TUESDAY: I harvested and wet trimmed CC4 #2 today. She wasn't very big, but her buds are ultra-dense and stinky. I also harvested the big one today(CC4#3) and hung her to dry in the dark tent. I decided to go ahead and flush everybody else today for the first time. I lowered the lights in the big tent several inches and set the light cycle back to 20/4, plus they are still getting hammered by the UVB for 6 hours of the day in 2 x 3-hour intervals. WEDNESDAY: I semi-wet-trimmed CC4 #3 and forgot to take photos..will do it when they are dry, prior to weighing and jarring it up. CC4 #1 was dry today, so I took some photos of the dried buds prior to weighing it and jarring it up. She weighed in at 66 grams after removing the excess lumber. She's very frosty, but her buds are a little bit fluffier than I like. THURSDAY: The last several CC4's will be flushed for the second time tomorrow. 2 more of the harvested plants will get weighed and jarred up tomorrow, but the other two will still need another day or two to dry. FRIDAY: I decided to wait to flush til tomorrow. I didn't have time today, so I'll weigh and jar up a few plants tomorrow. I just stuck the dry ones into some 2-gallon jars with boost 62's for now. I'm seeing about 20-25% amber trichomes on a few of them. They should be capable of putting me on my ass for a while. I killed the first few with just a couple ambers here and there, and the next two with about 5-10%, so I should have a pretty good sampling from them to know what it has and hasn't to offer. Glad I chose to grow these accidental F1 hybrids...muah hah hah hahhhh...😆 SATURDAY: I flushed the last 4 x CC4's with 3 gallons of ph-adjusted spring water today(and the remaining 4 other plants of different strains...my back is killing me..) and took some photos. Their foliage got pretty burnt from the mega-UVB overexposure incident, so I'll my work cut out for me with the trim..but damnit..they are getting super frosty and stinky!😋 I ran out of time, so didn't get around to weighing and jarring the dried plants. So, I just continued the cure in their big jars for the day.

So this week i Can only enjoy how much she's growing. I had to do some more defoliation on day 23. I surely should defoliate way more but wanted to try like this. On day 25 , I just enjoy the view of that Wonderful plant😊

The lush green is returning, and the little one has weathered the stress well. Unfortunately, after pruning, the three-branch structure reformed into a classic two-branch structure. On the bright side, the base looks nice.

Before and after the defoil!! Slow flush with water only, cleaning them veg nutrients away! Net down to manage the stretch in next 3 weeks 🤞 first time using this tech, I usually just topt like a radical!!

Hi! On 23rd day I clean everything below the 3rd floor, and start Main-Lining. On 27th day I do the 2nd top, while everything is ok. Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 56 days!!!! It seems that her growth is coming to an end, and now she will devote her energy to flowers:) she looks really beautiful, I watered her for two days with 3 liters of 6.3 ph water with biobizz nutrients ;) 1st watering with food 2nd watering just pure water :) good luck to everyone;).

shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking

This girl was drinking a lot slower than the others I’m guessing she’s cooler in that corner at the base but either way growth was slower into bloom but now she has shot to an impressive 22-23” levelling out the canopy at the back! Can’t wait to see how these flowers form!

Awh crap - I think I’ve pushed it too far 🤣 after topping off 31 tops, the plant responded TERRIBLY this week Leaves are telling me some sort of nutrient issue? Been trying to make up for it in nutrients but honestly I don’t know how much is too much or little? ALSO it’s still in a 1 gallon lmao - any tips?? What could we be seeing here?

This plant is in the far back corner so it's hard to get good pics of it. Its the most stretchy plant this run but it looks like its putting on some nice frosty buds. I spread the plants out a little this week so they get better light and air flow. Other than that I haven't done anything besides keep the reservoir full. Still pumping nutrients 1 minute on 20 minutes off. They are getting .5 tsp maxibloom per gallon. Not going to run any boosters this round. They dont look like they want or need it.
