Had a ton of rain and wind this week, she handled it like a champ, much needed for everything, short lived though. Back to hot and Sunny for at least the next 2 weeks. Flowering is sloooowly coming along, feels like a lot longer this year, or I'm just impatient. 70/30 top dress of Gaia Green PB to AP this week, not sure how much she needs it. Some very minor ant activity after all the rain washed away the DE, reapplied light application. Haven't been doing any trimming or defoliating this week, barely even lost any leaves on its own, on 2 hrs of drip every 3 days still. She has to be the most maintenance free grow I've ever had. Already have tons of compost going to add to the Hugel next year. On that note, no idea how i'm going to remove that trunk and root system to replant in it next year, any suggestions? Wait till spring then try and dig it up?

8/22 Defoliated what needed it.with all the rain I had to remove some yellow leaves. The container plants are affected the most as the wind drys those bags out in like a day. I'll have to check twice a day. Watered a gallon a plant yesterday before going to the hospital, then went back over after and gave everything at least another half gallon. I'm pretty sure everything got their 10%. Yesterday I upped the feeding regimen to 2.5 pints a plant. A little more on the ones that looked like they needed it most. I took some pretty good pictures. I hope that's not septoria on the leaf that I took a picture of in the fire pit. Glad I sprayed that BT. I'll have to keep up with it. I'm also considering an application of plant doctor just in case. I don't SEE anything fungal bur that would suck. Flowers arecexploding in growth. Just got a text from my father telling me how my plants are "budding big time" lol. I have the bamboo I need but there are still a few individual HUGE branches that will soon need more support. Update: Wife felt A LITTLE better so I went to check the girls around 6pm. I found my canary starting to droop. I'm not sure If I gave a full two gallons to everything yesterday. One or two may have only gotten one and a half. I compared the weight with the weight of a 22 gallon bag of dry soil and realized it was definately time to water even though only one plant was drooping they were all dry. It may have been okay to leave it but i've let them dry out far too often already so I made sure EVERY PLANT got it's 10% of water (except containers) and I watered slower. I don't see any negative effects from the B.T. but i'm noticing some older leaves turning yellow on a couple plants as this explosive flowering continues. I"m just going to continue monitoring it. I hope I did the right thing and watered. If it was going to rain tonight I might have held off but they were super light. I also took a video and some pictures but my wife is using my phone to listen to music and calm down so i'll need to upload those pictures and videos tomorrow. I put sluggo plus pellets on the ground between the pallets but I don't think that will help much if they're in the soil. If they are there their aren't many. Or it could be some other pest. It's the very bottom branch that should've been pruned already anyway. Didn't water today as we are supposed to get an inch of rain between tonight and tomorrow. My canary was sagging but it was wet? The soil was definately heavier than the 22gallon bag I use to compare. It just dries out so fast in those bags. I'll check them throughout the day. Oh and I forgot that I only have the 3 10th planet's. I kept referring to another as a "different phenome" so i dug down and found the tag and it was a blueberry cheese. Since the light dep went bad almost half the garden is blueberry cheese. The flowers look much more saliva dominant then the tenth planet or the purple punch. The BIG CHEESE in the 50 in the back had really long saliva looking leaves which is much different than some of her sisters. Anyway things are still doing good. I hope the girls csn make it the day without water. I don't want to water a day before we get an inch of rain. It is sunny and 80 though so I'll play it by ear. THE BAGS WEREN'T SUPER LIGHT BUT THE BREEZE IS PICKING UP AND NOW IT SAYS NO RAIN UNTIL 6AM. I HOPE THIS WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. THEY PROBABLY WOULD'VE MADE IT. A COUPLE MIGHT'VE TOTALLY DRIED OUT AND DROOPY. I WANT TO AVOID THAT AS I DONT WANT TO STRESS THE PLANTS. THE BUDS ARE REALLY EXPLODING! IM LOVING THIS LIQUID KOOL BLOOM! OH, I FOUND ANOTHER APHID AN AND ANTS ON MY PLANTS. FOUND "WHAT LOOKS LIKE EARWIG DAMAGE" ON SMALL LOWER BRANCHES THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN PRUNED ALREADY. IM PLANNING TO GO AT NIGHT WITH A SPRAY BOTTLE AND ALCOHOL AND SEE IF THAT'S THE DEAL. IF NOT THE PILLARS JUST ATE A BUNCH OF BT. 8/24 It was pouring this morning so I just ran down and shook off my plants. Didnt take any pictures or do a video as it was raining pretty hard. IT is now 11am and the rain has stopped. I did not go at night to check for earwigs due to my wife needing me do to her medical illness. I've been through a lot this week. That's why I asked my buddy before I DID ANYTHING. It's a GOOD thing my bags dry out so tast but it means I REALLY need to keep on top of it. I'll make sure I get sleep and a decent meal and I'll check things out later on today. If I see cause for alarm I'll come back at night. I'll go over to shake things off anyway. UPDATE: Went over after the rain slowed and shook things off. The wind came up and I remembered I had a few plants that were only supported on the main stem. Those plants are strong as hell and have branches the diameter bigger than the main stalk of an indoor plant. Still, I used the fence and the stake that was securing the main stalk and made like a triangle of string attached to the fence and the garden stake. Essentially it just makes a large triangle of string (loose) around this strong compact plant so if the wind blows to hard during the storm it will give it some more support. That was my big purple punch. I added another stake to a blueberry cheese that I FIMed with those huge colas and made sure all the nail branches were tied up. I SHOULD go check for earwigs to tonight but I need sleep. If they're there, there aren't many. I think I used the correct "their's" lol I didn't mean to. I'm losing leaves that are turning yellow and falling off. I think a few may be hungry. I'll check the diary and feed again. I'll try my ph meter as well but I really don't trust it. Everything going in is good and when I phed the rainwater it was much lower. 8/25 RAINED ALL DAY OR MOST OF IT. FOR SOME REASON MY COMMENT IS GONE. 8/26 FED 3 GALLONS TO GARDEN EVERYBODY GOT 1.75 PINTS AT LEAST. Defoliated what needed it after the storm and fed three gallons to the garden of nutrient mix. Each plant got at least a powerade bottle (1.75 pints), the big cheese in the fifty got over two as did the two other 30s. I spread around what was left after and ended up with one powerade bottle of mix left. I should've just gave it to them but hindsight is 20/20. Some plants are yellowing up a little bit and it's climbing the plant. Sunny out today. Plants are exploding in flower and we've experienced some rain but it still concerns me. I'm also concerned about earwigs. Haven't seen any and actually (happily) found a couple aphids and ants. If the earwigs were bad there wouldn't be a single aphid around. I've seen ants on the plants so I'm sure there are some more aphids. The tiny branches that should've been pruned have damage that looks like previous years from earwigs. On one branch it looks like they chewed the stem of a secondary branch and it was just hanging there. I thought I killed all those bastards but if a couple got IN the grow bags it will be much harder to catch them. The damage isn't severe and it's on a branch I was going to prune anyway. It's just the point. They seem to love any plant with "blueberry" in it. They also seem to stay totally away from any thick indica buds though and prefer longer less dense buds. That's my take from dealing with earwigs for several seasons in a row. Even if present in small numbers I think I did enough so they won't have much of an impact even if they are there but I'm going to go check anyway. Boy things are looking good! UPDATE: Went back over and it seems like a bunch of leaves yellowed on my "big cheese." I hope it's not leaf septoria. I also found one piece of bedroom on the very bottom of a plant. Just shit I shouldve pruned but still. I noticed some ants and a few aphids as well. I'm going to have to watch the yellowing and consider using plant doctor preventatively in case of fungal. 8/27 After that increased feeding I defoliated a shit ton of yellow leaves. The big cheese has lost quite a few fan leaves. It's not just fan leaves though. It seems some newer growth yellows on that plant too. I have a couple blueberry cheese that may have septoria. Or it could be overwater with all this rain. Considering a treatment of plant doctor. Buds are EXPLODING in growth. UPDATE: Super sunny day spent in the E.R. Went back and checked the girls and they looked even BIGGER!!! I'm super stoked for this fall. Wondering if the leaves dropping from my big cheese is normal. I hope it's not fungal. If it is I have several products to treat it. I might throw a question up and see what ppl think. I've tried to upload this video three times!!! I hope it gets through this time. Won't go past 14% amd I've tried four times. It's a good video too! I'll upload tomorrow when I have better service. FINALLY! 8/28 Bags were wet and heavy as hell. It should be easy to tell when its time to water but my anxiety still fucks around with me. Showed my buddy a bunch of pictures and videos and addressed all my concerns. Mainly septoria. He doesn't think I've got it. He looked through everything and made me feel a lot better. Just senescence and maybe a little over watered from the rain. He said many growers cut the nitrogen right off at the stage of flower where some of my plants are at. That made me feel much better. The sun is out and it's upper 70s at 11. Plants are exploding in growth. Lighting was good this'll morning g so I took numerous photos and videos. I uploaded one but then I deleted all my large files which apparently included tge ones I did today. During my evening check up I'll take a couple more and upload them. Boy things are looking good. Knock on wood but this is looking like my best year ever! UPDATE: WENT OVER ROGHT BEDORE DARK TO CHECK THE GIRPS. DEFOLIATED A SHIT TON OF LEAVES. IT WAS LIKE 80 TODAY. BAGS ARE STILL HEAVY HAS HELL. BUDS ARE REALLY EXPLODING. THEY LOOK BIGGER TONIGHT THEN THEY DID THIS MORNING AND IM GETTING A REALLY NICE SWEEET SKUNKY SMELL. We are now on week 5 of flowering ! I've noticed the stretch has finally come to a halt and that the flowers are getting thicker and thicker by the day . GG#1 is recovering well from my mess up but some of the damages will remain . She's still in fantastic shape She just wont be what she could have been . GG#2 is pumping out all her flowers pretty well evenly and things are going great for her , during veg i fed her way way way way to much haha this is why she has the darker green then the rest even tho the rest are equally as fed as her granted one strain isnt GG like her but one of them is and its far less green haha . Another 2-3 weeks and it will be time to start my flush ! A special thank you to all my followers and the people who come down to show their support and liovemuch appriciated you guys rock ! If only I was not broke, I wouLd get a home testing kit, and be able to test the potency of all my babies, Monday’s Blue has a sweet and fruit scent, due to growing in the greenhouse all 5 plants with noticeable scents cancel each other scents, so I have to hold the bud directly to get a more accurate waft to better deduce the scent. This lady is most definitely a sativa strain, just don’t know the percentage or is it a well balanced hybrid.

It’s not all glam fam, Im being challenged by the heat so I added another fan + adjusted hps light to max! These biches have sprouted like no other I’ve experienced in the past, and the smell is incredible already, strawberry being the most pungent 💯 Jah bless 🙏💨

Moin, Diesmal ein kurzes Update. Die Tiger Style sollte eigentlich recht klein bleiben hat mit ihren 75 cm aber ordentlich an Höhe gewonnen, sodass ich irgendwie mehr Platz nach oben bekommen muss (Lösung ist in Arbeit). Anders als bei der Lemon Z gibt es aber keine Lichtschäden bisher. Die Blüten haben noch relativ wenig Trichome, aber bereits jetzt sind die Terps sehr laut, dabei scheint Lavendel am meisten heraus zu stechen gefolgt von etwas tropischen wo ich bisher nicht sagen würde das es stark Tangie ist. Es erinnert mich allerdings trotzdem an Mimosa oder Kings Juice, ich bin wirklich gespannt wie sich das noch entwickelt. Die Blütenansätze sehen viel versprechend aus und meine Angst einen Zwitter erwischt zu haben scheint sich nicht zu bestätigen.

5/18 It's not raining now but it's supposed to later. The plants are protected though. I have brought them out to continue hardening. It's only 57 degrees but they'll be alright. I used what little water was left in the bottom of the gallon to lightly water what looked like it needed it most. I mixed up another gallon and I'll check them again before they go in for the night. These plants are getting hardened off properly. I've had some pretty serious problems when I try to transition to quickly. I don't see ANY problems (knock on wood) thus far. Pink kush reminds me of purple punch. It grows similarly and starts off slow. I hope it turns the corner like the purple punch did and make up for it with the quality of flower. I topped/fimmed a special kush #1. I'll update when I bring them in for the night. This week I'll clean/sanitize the cage and the grow bags. EDIT: PLANTS SPENT A LITTLE OVER 3 HOURS IN THE LEAN-TO WITH INDIRECT SUNLIGHT AND EXPOSIRE TO OUTDSIDE AIR, TEMPS AND RH. I DIDNT WATER WHEN I BROUGHT THEM BACK IN. I'LL CHECK TOMM MORNING AND SEE HOW THEY LOOK. IT HAD JUST STARTED TO RAIN LIGHTLY WHEN I BROUGHT THEM IN. It's 55° at 9:30a.m. It may rain off and on but I think the girls would do okay in the lean-to. I need to get them ready and hardened for their forever homes. Time seems like it's flying. We are getting close to being able to put them out without risk of reveg. Plus I'm not subjecting my girls to un needed stress for no reason. I'll update what I do. 5/22 Plants were dry this morning. I used what was left in the gallon jug to water all the plants. I don't wantcto overwater and I'd like to keep the nutes in the soil where the plant can absorb them. Not just leak out the bottom. They are all growing at an incredible pace. It's currently 49°F at 9:45. It's overcast with a chance of rain. We are at what was suppised to be the high for the day. If we get above 55 I'll bring the girls out and continuing hardening. I guess it's not going to he an early season. Won't be long though and these girls will be in their final homes. I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. EDIT: ITS 4PM AND THE SUN JUST PEEKED OUT FOR A FEW MINUTES AND IS GONE AGAIN. PLANTS LOOK FANTASTIC. IM SO GLAD I KEPT THEM IN DURING THESE 40 LOW 50 DEGREE WET DAYS. IT'LL ONLY STRESS THEM IMO SINCE THEY LOOK SO GOOD. AS SOON AS THIS RAINSTORM AND COLD WEATHER PASSES WE SHOULD HAVE DECENT WEATHER. I COULD SEE THE H2O2 DOING ITS WORK. REALISTICALLY I SHOULD GET NEW BAGS. ITS JUST NOT IN THE FINANCES RIGHT NOW. OH WELL. THEYVE BEEN SANITIZED AND WASHED AND ILL GO OVER THE ONES THAT ARE STAINED AGAIN JUST TO MAKE SURE I DONT SPREAD SOMETHING. 5/23 What a miserable day. It's 44° and pouring out. I put a screenshot of tbe weather and you can see that after the next few shitty days we are getting sunny weather in the 70's. Light is long enough for them now. I need to dial back the timer morecto get them acclimated. I just have to clean up the cage and they are ready to go. Bags are sanitized. I'm going to spend some more time getting some algae off a couple. These plants are flourishing. I am happy I picked 1gal over 3gal before the transplant. It's turned out perfect thus far. Really looking forward to this. Oh and I watered everything a LITTLE bit as it was dry. Enough to get it through until they get a full watering before going outside. I also attempted a FIM on the other 10th planet. The FIM on the mk ultra worked and I've got at least three tops. 5/23 WATERED ALL PLANTS WITH APPROXIMATELY A HALF GALLON. Plants were all super light and dry. I keedcto water more volume at a time. This is easier than fixing overwatering. Things are getting tight in here. Plants are getting huge! The FIMs and Toping that ive done took. That big mk ultra has 4 or 5 tops on it! Plants look super healthy. Good weather is coming. They'll be in their forever homes shortly. It's working out perfect. Some of these plants look like they'll need a transplant soon. Still need to clean up the grow cage but that will only take a minute. Also need to fix a tear I made in a grow bag but again thats just normal small shit. If you look at the snap shot of weather I took you can see the weather is going to improve greatly. This is when I'll do the majority of work. I'll update anything else I do. EDIT: ITS 51° AND RAINING OFF AND ON. I MADE A "TEMPIRARY FIX" FOR THE GROW BAG THAT I HAD RIPPED. IT RIPPED FROM THE HANDLE DOWN AND A LITTLE DIAGONALLY. I THOUGHT ABOUT SOWING IT BUT OPTED FOR THIS EASIER METHOD. I POKED HOLES BIG ENOUGH TO SLID SMALL ZIPTIES THROUGH THE TORN PART OF THE BAG. I USED THEM TO "SUTURE THE BAG BACK TOGETHER. I THOUGHT IT TURNED OUT GREAT. I THEN USED GORILLA TAPE AND PUT A PIECE DIAGONAL OVER THE SMALL ANGLE. I DID THE SAME ON THE OPPOSOTE SIDE BEFORE RUNNING THE GORILLA TAPE FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE TEAR OVER THE BAG AND INTO THE INSIDE (COVERING THE VERTICLE STRIPS AND ZIPTIES). THE TAPE IS JUST SO I DONT LOSR SOIL AS THE ZIPTIES PRETTY MICH DID THE JOB. I ALSO USED A BUNCH OF H2O2, WHICH I POURED OVER THE ALGAE ON THE BAGS IT WAS PRESENT ON. IT FIZZED UP AND I WAS ABLE TO REMOVE ALL STAINS FROM SOME BAGS. I WORKED THEM ALL OVER AGAIN AND DOSLOSGED EPOTS AND SANITIZED ANYTHING THAT LOOKED LIKE IT NEEDED IT. ALL I HAVE LEFT IS TO CLEAN THE CAGE. AFTER WATERING THE PLANTS THIS MORNING THE JUNPED VISIBLY IN SIZE WITH LEAVES PRAYING TO THE HEAVENS. IM GLAD I HAVE TWO LARGE SOUTH FACING WINDOWS WHICH I HAVE OPENED THE BLINDS. I THIBK ITS ONE MORE DAY OF THIS AND A FEW MORE HARDENING THE GIRLS AND ILL BE ROCKING AND ROLLING. Very easy first grow very happy with results best weed I ever smoked and I can only get better from here so I'm excited to keep seeing more and more progress

I have noticed great results from my training methods so far. I clipped all the lowest bud sites and leaves, this has resulted in the plant showing brand new bud sites. I also have been keeping the canopy evenly distributed using the scrog net Also starting mid week 3 and continuing through mid week 4. I fed my plant using only water and sledgehammer. I am going to resume normal feeding in a day or two.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru.
