June 15: going good and will do second round of topping tomorrow. Adjusted tie downs. June 16: adjusted tie downs and watered with soluble seaweed extract and a bit of Epsom salts. June 17: topped this morning leaving four bud sites on each side. Leave first and third node growth tips, but remove them at the second node. This will now be 8 colas, but I’ll top once more for 16. June 18: adjusted tie downs and did foliar spray of Extreme Blend in the evening. June 20: released tie down in the morning. Started the second batch of compost tea. Video shows the recipe I started using last year. Leave overnight and use within 24 hours. It should smell fresh, and if it smells ‘off’ or sulphurous it’s gone anaerobic and should be thrown out. Use whatever you want in your compost tea recipe. Key things are blackstrap molasses (sugar and trace metals), some fresh compost, and I use coco coir to provide a substrate or matrix for the bacteria to grow on. Seems to work.

girl scout crack was a monster to grow she grew well and easily tripled in size during stretch the light issue could have had something to do with it did think she was going to turn out poor but she surprised us and filled in pretty well and buds formed well would recommend to anyone to try as iv also seen a few different phenos of this strain thanks for reading happy growing guys

This week I did a compost tea which they really liked. I just watered them with water. Ph 6.3. They’re still growing slowly but I think l figured out why. I had a light coming off of my extension chord that was in the tent. I didn’t realize it till last night & thank goodness I did.

Really nice plant to grow the high is nice and mellow, if I was to do this strainbagain I'd try go for the photoperiod to give her more potential but over all great grow and fantastic jar appeal.

We’ve reached the eighth week, and the plants continue to tell their stories. Two of them have revealed themselves as males, fulfilling their role in genetics, while the others keep growing vigorously. The dynamics of the garden change, but the journey remains steady and promising. During flowering, I stick to my consistent approach: I don’t change how I provide water and biofertilizers. I believe regularity is the key to a healthy and balanced transition. Additionally, I’m not a fan of heavy defoliation; I prefer to respect the plants’ natural rhythm, removing only the leaves that fall off easily, as if the plants themselves are telling me they no longer need them. Observing each stage of this cycle is an exercise in patience and learning. Each plant has its own personality, and watching them is like uncovering a secret only nature can reveal. I can’t wait to see how the garden will bloom in the coming weeks!

Replaced nitrogen with omina, omina has 14.0.0. Stretch almost over, growth almost switched to full flowering. Increasing phosphorous and potassium, beauty of nature is it only takes what it needs. Started to remove some weights as stems starting to show solid reinforcement and are ready to hold fat cola. Fingers 🤞. Decreased hours of light to 10. Extended hours of cold @ night from 2 to 6 hours @59 Farenheight with 2 hours both sides @ 70&77 respectively.

Week 10 Update – Full Throttle with Advanced Nutrients 🌱 I’m now feeding 100% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule with all components. I noticed a slight calcium deficiency in the AN plants, so I’ve increased the base nutrients from 75% to 100%. Advanced Nutrients CalMag Xtra remains at 1ml/L, and it has been reliable throughout the grow with 0 EC osmosis water. BioBizz#1 – BT42 The trichome ripeness is mixed—there are both amber and clear trichomes, so it’s not quite consistent yet. CalMag issues show up occasionally, but nothing that’s throwing me off balance—she’s doing fine! 🤞 AN#4 – BT42 She’s asking for a bit more calcium here and there but continues to dominate BioBizz#1 in terms of development. EC: 2.5 pH: 6.4 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil). AN#3 – BT38 This plant is visually about 2 weeks behind the others. The space between her and the lamp is down to 1-2cm—a disaster, but there’s nothing I can do at this point. PPFD is off the charts (1200), but she’s handling it and developing beautiful buds. Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

End of Week 12 (Fifth week of flower) The ladies are smelling reDANKulous and are so frosty and sticky I can't remove fan leaves without getting my hands sticky. Next level terpene profiles. I did a final increase in CO2 to 1500ppm. The main top-sites are taking shape. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None
