I can't wait to taste it, you can easily tell by the smell what DP took the name Orange Punch from. 🌸 Flowering Week 6 🌸 The flowering cycle is progressing exceptionally well, with bud development accelerating across the entire canopy. Flowers are becoming noticeably denser, while resin production continues to increase at an impressive rate. Trichomes now heavily coat the buds and surrounding sugar leaves, creating a thick frosted appearance that highlights the genetic potential of this cultivar. The contrast between the dark foliage and the bright resin coverage is becoming more pronounced with each passing day. Most pistils remain light in color, indicating that the plants are still actively building flower mass. Structure, vigor, and overall health remain excellent, allowing the plants to focus their energy on bud swelling and terpene production. Aroma intensity has increased significantly, bringing a richer and more complex profile to the grow space. Week 9: Late Flowering and Ripening Signs of Maturity As we enter week 9, the plants are well into the late flowering stage, with the buds ripening beautifully. The trichomes are becoming more prominent, and there's a noticeable increase in resin production. The aromas are intensifying, making the garden a fragrant delight. The plants are showing clear signs of maturity, indicating that harvest time is approaching. Nutrient and Watering Adjustments To accelerate the ripening process and boost bud production, I'm using FinalPart by Terra Aquatica for Banana Purple Punch and Blue Dream. As from T.A recommended I use it alone with no other nutrients combined. I use it at full dosage but I hope I don't burn them in the end. No risk no fun. However, for Tangie and Gorilla Cookies, I have not changed the nutrient composition, as these plants will likely need another three /four weeks to fully mature. The watering schedule remains consistent, ensuring the plants are hydrated but not overwatered, which is crucial during this delicate phase. Pest Management and Plant Health To combat thrips, I've placed yellow and blue sticky traps around the plants. Fortunately, there have been no further signs of aphid infestation. The plants appear healthy and vigorous, showing no additional pest issues. Individual Plant Observations Blue Dream: Some pistils are starting to change color, and the main bud is becoming denser. The fan leaves are also transitioning from green to yellow, indicating that the plant is drawing nutrients from them. The trichomes are becoming more cloudy. Banana Purple Punch: The plant is experiencing slower growth, with minimal bud expansion. The pistils are changing color, and the buds are developing a beautiful purple hue. The fan leaves are turning yellow as the plant draws nitrogen from them. I’m hoping FinalPart will stimulate a final boost in bud production. Gorilla Cookies: Bud development is also progressing slowly. However, all the large leaves are still green, so I’ll hold off on FinalPart until at least next week. My goal here is to maximize yield. The resin production and aroma are intensifying daily. Tangie: Still in a growth phase, Tangie is a real eye-catcher. While the bud production is underway, the plant may need at least three, possibly even four more weeks to reach full maturity. The resin production and aroma are not yet as advanced as with the other plants, but Tangie looks very vibrant and healthy. Seeking Final Tips and Harvest Advice As we approach the final stages, any tips or advice on maximizing flavor, potency, or overall plant health would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to gear up for the most exciting part of the grow cycle—harvest! Update 27.07: Today, I decided to switch my Gorilla Cookies plant to FinalPart as well. This should give her a boost in trichome production and aroma, and hopefully enhance the flavor too. Tangie is the only plant still on regular bloom nutrients, as she clearly needs another three, maybe even four weeks to fully ripen. Judging by her current growth, she seems poised to yield the most by far.

Day 78. I do nothing to them , just checking , applying slug pallets and forgetting till next come. We will have heatwave and i work all those days, maybe i will water them next monday .... No other plans ;))) Night 81. Each girl got 10 liters of water, but in such heat wave they would eat all 30 i guess. 5 more days off +30 and then thunderstorms... hope i won't need to do it again, very tricky path and to bring two buckets 4x times and leave no trail - mission impossible ! Made night shoot, but they all look amazing !!! Happy Growing !

Strong genetics, resistant, fast enough, easy to grow and never pretentious. I will try further training techniques on this strain, while waiting to make more room in the box to plant the Red hot cookie as well. If you like sweet flavors and fragrant plants this is definitely for you! 8/21/24. Going into week 8 flower Are we there yet? Haha.. no. Day 57 out of stated 70. 13 days? Hmmm I don’t know. I thought she might go longer than that, BUT now I think it’ll be less. I suspect another week and she’ll be ready. Appearance wise, I’d say she’s pretty much there.. trichomes say other wise. Still quite a bit of clear with the start of milky coming. It’s all gonna be about ripening now. Water/fed her today. She’s yellowing heavily or I would have already stopped. I’m guessing this is just her type of fade. No real colors going other than yellow. Maybe that’s because she’s a banana 😄 I increased the light to 80% a couple days ago just to be a pushy bitch. I’ll decrease it way down to probably about 40-50% in a few days because I like to do that when they’re finishing up to help bring temperature down and I think it makes them wrap it up. These pictures don’t do justice to the fatness of these buds. They’re obese and not ashamed. Body positivity with this girl. Somehow some of the buds have suicided. Aka jumped out of their spot in the trellis and tried to hit the floor. I can’t do anything about it really. Can’t reach them and can’t be bothered. Smell? Skunky rotten fruity…idk. And coffee? You can smell it through the place and maybe at the neighbors LOL Wellp. Waiting game now. See yuh next time ✌️

D22 - 10.4 - All the plants recovered well from topping and I'm just letting them put out new grow for the next weekish. We might come across some opportunity to LST this week 😀👍 D26 - 10.8 - I've been learning a lot. At this point, even though I snapped a branch 😤😪😂 I'm super happy. I managed to save the snapped branch with duck tape. It lost a fan leaf but I think she'll be ready to train again in a wee. All my other training is going well. I've figured out how I like to hook my lst anchors etc. Whole lot of fun watching them adapt and grow. D28 - 10.10 - Heck, we have had a massive heat wave! 😤😫😣 I've been managing temps as best I can, but it has crept up to 33C near the soil the past couple days. I'm sad I already stored my window A/C but trying to keep the vibes good 🙏👍

Update June 4th Another 3 liters fed today. As expected, this week is full of LST and scrogging only, but it’s going very well. The prep work I’m doing now is basically what I did in the first week(s) of flower in the last grow, so the foundation for flipping will be much better prepared this time. Maintenance on Taktlo$$ is even getting a tad bit simpler. Flipping is expected on Sunday. I’ll just keep the same week marker for simplicity, even if I could flip earlier. Update June 1st Fed a full 3 liters again. Those plants are chugging like hell. Last grow I fed 1.5 liters per plant. This time it’s 3 liters per plant and they drink it up as fast as the last ones drank their 1.5 liters. Not saying 3L is exceptional. I was likely just too conservative before. That said, this grow I’ve been feeding roughly double since the start, so the plants are prolly just more developed overall. Maintenance on this Dynamite Diesel strain is still much simpler than on the Royal Gorilla. Let’s see if the yield in the end is on par. Update May 31st Also for Samy this will be the final veggie week. This Dynamite Diesel strain is a little bit simpler to train and maintain as it doesn’t grow as bushy. Clips are easier to apply. Scrog is easier to do. Other than that the strain grows as strong and fast. No further topping plans on Samy as well. So same deal as for Takti as I will flip both at the same time no matter what (can’t do different) I might go flower half way through this week. So stay tuned!

So the soil is pretty much burned out, but I should be able to string it along on nutes for three more weeks. Thanks for checking out my grow!

28 days huh... I don't know what to think here right now. The plant looks completely healthy, no over or underwatering symptoms, no nutrient deficiency or excess symptoms, completely healthy in my opinion. The plant is growing as seen in timelapse, would not say it is stunted. It is growing a shit ton of side nodes but nothing is stretching and I don't know why. I did see some stretching at the end of the week, either the plant will stretch drastically over the next week or I will end up with a Basketball-sized XXXL Bud. To be sure I re-calibrated all probes and they were fine before calibrating so no error on that side. Mixed a new batch of nutrient solutions and did a full swap of the reservoir. Added support bars and a net. Values are average of the day. Well, boys and girls and those who don't differentiate, it's Weed Doctor Sam here and I'm about to fail gloriously or succeed by the skin of my teeth. This being my first grow -- of any kind, let alone a hydroponic grow involving (potentially) advanced training techniques -- I fully expect things to go wrong. UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.

We are one week before x-mas and hopefully i do the right thing to continue the grow with Elsa. She would never looking good again, but we Both can Go together Hand in Hand to her harvest day . The Next 3 days we will celebrate Christmas 🎅🏻
