Hi Potheads, During the course of the week there was a small addition of 3 More CFL LIGHTS through the use of Splitters and sockets thus freeing more outlets, the remaining were programmed to have different schedule that had increasing / peak /decreasing intensities of light sources according time before total blackout, harshly emulating outdoors but with the benefit of keeping thermals , consumption and electronics lifespam at range. VEGGING WEEK TWO: 10 days of 21 vegging remaining if everything goes according to the plan but there is an impending menace that has to go out before putting plants to flower . Plants had a good growth response to the budget light, used soil and non-canon nutrient combos , but in the aspect plague control has been a bit more tedious, and even through im using an agressive product (Aceite de Springhill - Anasac) it does keep them at bay but it doesn't totally eradicate them, seeing a few small flying white dots and some moths when plants are shaken in search of bugs , having really low stretch horizontal plants does make harder to inspect the reverse of the leafs, some of them with clear signs of being chewed , and the bit size is like a hole made with a mechanical pencil and that can react to pesticide toxicity if overdose. This is totally my fault because the reused soil with a lot of organic content is a perfect host for plagues and doing aggresive LST is easing the way to climb or jump towards the plants for any bug. For plant placement inside the tent , u can use week 1, pic 1 for reference. G13 Hashplant : The four specimens are the most affected by plagues persistence, because they have the most vegetal mass and trained branches that vermin can hide. In consequence, it also has received more spray doses of Aceite de Springhill (paraffin oil) and this losing battle contrasts absolutely with their spectacular growth , ramification and thick stems. Santa Bilbo: The four specimens received topping with lst through last week, if there is a net above their cup, its because i already know that when it's stretches, it shows ALL her sativa ascendancy, don't believe in her morphology, preflowering is very messy indeed!. Also, The nutrient deficency didn't had heavy impact on the plants after they were transplanted and received both nutrient & plague control formulas. Eleven Roses: All the plants were healthy but with different vigor, making the desition of the ones that will stay inside according to their reaction to topping. Eleven roses, althrough is declared 100% indica by her crushing effect, it can present phenos with longer internodal distance and flowering stretch , so i reccomend a bit of height control in it's grow stage as well.

first grow, grew 4 total. 1 was ready after 8 weeks. the others 10.5, 11 en 11.5 weeks. 2 have really dense buds 2 others a bit more c fluffy. smell mostly the same berry earthy. one has a diesel smell now. will have to see after curing. great strain overal. thanks sweetseeds!

Our Purple Urkle by Zamnesia has reached 16 buds. I'm growing it a little more to make sure it doesn't go into flowering with small brunches but now we're there, a few days and it will go into flowering and it will be very exciting you can bet on it. The Topping worked very very well the plant at the moment of topping went into overfertilization due to the obvious slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilizer for growth but it was about to go into crisis, so we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below. The ideal when topping is probably to start with a gradual release fertilized soil or start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which by itself I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less or rather nothing. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Trichomes are developing well, still mostly clear at the moment. The plant has finished stretching and is now focusing on bulking. I slightly increased her feed and hope she’ll put on more weight soon.

Giorno 70 Tutte le piante sono state raccolte e tra un mese aggiornerò il diario con le foto delle cime essicate. Sono molto contento perché certi odori mi hanno colpito e non vedo l'ora di sentirli in fumata. Grazie a chi ha commentato e ha lasciato un like. Un altro giro è appena iniziato. Sorry I have not updated in some time. A lot of the missed time was me recovering from hand surgery. In this time, I was not able to move plant and tend to them. Then, at the start of the new year, GD was acting horrible. It would allow some updates and then reject others. Luckily it was still allowing harvest updates. The flower has a strawberry berry smell. Strawberry flower is my favorite. It is super frosty, and smells delicious. I did lose half of the canopy during flowering. As it was too close to the fan. Causing it to l wind burned a lot and ate away at the plant as it grew. She did alright for what I could do 1 handed. Day 15 🌱 everything is going well but I have accidentally decapitated N1, in reality I had topping already N3 but with N1 I broke without doing it on purpose. hope for the best. Day 16🌱 wow today N1 I see it well it does not seem to have accused the topping. everything seems to be going well for N3 too, he seems to be growing very strong. N2 is in excellent condition. Day 18 🌱 i am struggling a bit with "lst" but i guess because i started early. otherwise they seem to be growing well Day 20 🌱 I let them rest for two days. some training again today, they look fit and grow great. Day 21🌱 N1 and N3 grow great and look great. N2 grows well but has yellowed leaf tips as if I had given too much fertilizer, I think due to the pre-fertilized soil. Flower day 28. Buds starting to stack well on the Neon Icon plants, could be a little better on the Caddie Runtz. Had some very warm weather over the last week and was struggling with keeping the humidity down, VPD was peaking at 2, way too high. Temps went down so looking good at the moment.
