Day 49 today and the start of an attempt at drought stressing her . The science says to withhold water until a noticable droop on their frame bit rhisnlady is a solid limbed , woody beast so that won't happen the same at all. To counter this I expect around 7 days is all I will push it too so right on point for a final weeks feeding before harvest and ripening. The effect hoped for a is a noticable difference in the thc and oils produced. It sounds similar in move as other methods like stem splitting , taking chunks out as though being threatened by wildlife ect.. but is more in keeping with seasonal changes and auxin changes. I did leave my last crop in the dark for over 7 days drying but didn't benefit too much from that. It is something I have wondered about since reading about it. I pulled the Red Hot Cookie and the Sweet Afghani Delicious as rhe tank took a turn for the worse so took the sensible option. S.a.d is drying but I quick dried the Rhc and had a few nice joints from her. not her full potential but certainly helped me sleep. lol Amnesia haze is mid way through her second pistil flush with plenty of fresh ones backing them up too . Her overall size and bud yield should be even better once they begin to discolour and push even more trichromes from this amazingly sweet and fruity girl. She was the 1st to show hunger issues before i used the megacrop addition so was taking all her stashed nutes . shebhas rewarded me with a very good sized plant that is a star to work with. He buds are rock solid to touch and leave a beautiful smell on my fingers when touched. The trichromes are slowly being hidden by the newer pistil growth but inexpectbsjebwill build on them too. I didnget a day of high humidity when my dehumidifier filled up and switched off. This managed to allow some bud rot onto 1 cola but I caught it early enough to not be an issue now. This grow started as auto flowers... But someone in dinafem was smoking weed when he was packing my seeds and put inside some photoperiod. After 50 days at 20/4 and with my plants not flowering i decided to switch my lights at 12/12. The plants indeed started to flower. I am very disappointed because i spent so much nutrients for vegging 50 days for no reason, because i spent so much electricity at 20/4 and because when i started this grow, with my calculations it should be over at 1-5 of june. Yet here i am at the middle of summer in Greece trying to deal with the temperatures and it is very hot. Anyway, things going well.

Very happy with the progress of this one. She has a lot of tops and is starting to build some buds. I gave her a 10 gallon flush and fresh nutrients. Started them on some liquid Koolbloom. The run is pretty much on autopilot at this point. Just going to keep the juice pumping to them and keep an eye on them to make sure they are happy. Still no major problems so im very happy. Theyre all continuing to fatten up and i took the first microscope shots this week and they look amazing. much more dense than any of my previous. Gorilla is behind still, guess i got a slow phenotype but its still moving along at its own pace. Starting to see amber on the others so i reckon its right at the start of the possible harvest window. I have taken off a couple of small low down popcorn buds to see how they are. I am just very impatient haha. Hopefully it continues well for the next 2 weeks!

Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of the buds when they were dried and cut. But I can tell you they looked very nice Good high more body then mind. Taste was okay not my favorite but for other people it will be fire ! I harvested: Cupcake 1# 104 gram Cupcake 2# 115 gram Cupcake 3# 128 gram I dried them for 10 days on 17c / 60% Then cured them for 2 months in grove bags.

Welcome to the 2018/19 indoor grow season!!! I am totally psyched to be growing Blackberry from FastBuds as one of the first strains this season. I was fortunate enough to have won 7th place for my Tangie'matic diary and won seeds from FastBuds. When searching the FastBuds website for a strain to choose I was looking for something purple and fruity. I think I found the answer here in BlackBerry. One of the seeds was started a couple of days ahead of the other. The first seedling is looking pretty good, the second not as much, but I'm confident it will grow out of its funk. I am seeing some signs of burn, I guess the soil must be too hot. I started to try to flush through with straight ph'ed water, but then I started seeing signs of overwatering (rookie mistake, I know). Now I'm just trying to keep a little water on the bottom tray so it generates some humidity in the dome. There's also a heat mat under the tray I have the heat mat on a timer also, 30 min on/30 min off cycling all day. It seemed to get too hot on 24/7. I'll be transplanting and moving to my 2'x4' tent in about a week. They will live there during veg, then I'll be moving to a 4'x8' tent (not purchased yet) for flower. I'm also planning on adding some COB LED's in the flower tent. Then I'll dedicate my 2x4 tent to mothers, clones and seedlings. Its going to be a little different this season with both photo period and autoflowering strains going at the same time. But I'm looking forward to it! 👍 Stay tuned...
