Clones adventure. Mom's recovering. Spoiler: it was a very bad idea to put the clones into such large plastic pots and flood the propagator with too much water. Yes, the environment was fine, but there was no airflow through the coco, so the cuts rotted and I had to re-transplant the clones again after cleaning off the damaged parts. Meanwhile, the mom is happy and recovering very fast.

29.01.2021. DAY 15 19:30 Frankenstein is already showing sex. Must be a world record :) . Noticed one fungus gnat flylier but still not doing anything about since is only one, maybe it came from outside. Keeping an eye on that flying bastards. Letting soil dry out as much as I can because fungus gnats lay eggs only on wet soil. Plant #2 is bigger than frankenstain and still not showing sex. 30.01.2021. DAY 16 23:50 Watered both plants with 1L of bottled water with 2ml rhizotonic, 3ml cannazym, 1ml terra vega(1/4 recommended normal feeding) - ph 6.5 - ppm 250. Started LST on both plants. Small crack on #2 plant from LST - my mistake, I didnt take my time and I rushed it :( . She will grow out of it its not a big deal but still mad at myself :). 31.01.2021. DAY 17 08:30 Both plants perking back up after LST. 01.02.2021. DAY 18 19:30 Some more LST. I managed to get the courage to bend plant #2 more, because it has a crack on the main stem :) .Plants are growing more horizontally now and I'm very happy about how they look now. I have a plan where each branch is going to be roughly. We will se how I manage flowering stretch :) . Lights lowered to 32cm from plants top. 02.02 2021 DAY 19 22:00 Watered with 1.2L of bottled water with 2.2ml of rhizotonic and 2.8ml of cannnazym. Ph 6.5 ppm 200. Both have very slight nute burn on the tips of the new growth. It's because of only 1ml of terra vega that i fed them last time. So they dont need nutes yet. Next watering will be with more water because think that around 1L of water did not penetrate deep enough for whole soil to be wet. Still don't know how much water to use next time. If someone who has similar setup and reading my diary can help be free to comment :) 03.02 2021 DAY 20 19:00 Did some more LST. Plants really enjoyed watering from yesturday. They were very happy :). Now after LST not so much :) 03.02 2021 DAY 20 22:00 Checked on the plants and saw plant #2 topped herself just below third node :( . I bent her over just a bit too much it seems. Really a shame. Both plants were looking perfect with the cannopy open and flat. I taped her up with duck tape and we will se how it goes. 04.02 2021 DAY 21 22:00 Plant #2 that has a broken main stem is doing nothing. No development on her at all. She is not turning yellow or growing at all. I hope she will recover. No thing new to add. Still very much depresed because I broke the stem :)

Ciao! Questo è il mio primo EP su Growdiaries sono davvero entusiasta! Oggi 8 febbraio ho messo a germinare le tre piccole di casa Barney's. i semi sono posizionati all'interno di un vassoio da germinazione sto usando un tubo riscaldante e una centralina InkBird per la temperatura così riesco a mantenere la temperatura sui 22/23°C con un RH %80 Sto usando il metodo del fazzoletto umido, spero che in 24/48 ore la radichetta spunterà dai semi! Oggi 09/2/2023 tutti e i tre semi hanno germinato! Successo del 100% Mi colpisce il vigore della Tropicanna Banana! Invece la gelato mi da l'aria che sarà una bella signorina capricciosa! Come si sul dire ogni riccio un capriccio🤣 Ora i semi sono stati inseriti nel soil per la precisione Ligthmix della BIOBIZZ con un aggiunta di micorizze per la precisione Mycos di Xtreme Gardin! Ho nebulizzato con acqua decantata e ph6.3. 11/02/2023 Ed eccoci con il nuovo aggiornamento del Ciclo TheBarney's! Le piccole sono tutte e tre spuntate neo tempi previsti sono davvero felice per la loro vigorosità! La Tropicanna è la Gelato presentano un piccolo problemino nel staccare l'embrione del seme dai cotilodoni, per darle una piccola mano ho nebulizzato a distanza un pò d'acqua. Ho evitato di provare a toglierlo con una pinzetta per paura di danneggiare le piccole plantule, sono sicuro che riusciranno da sole a risolvere questo piccolo fastidio. Ho deciso di accendere la lampada impostandola all'incirca al 20% (60W) a una distanza di 50cm circa. Non ho un misuratore di PPFD per mia sfortuna sarei stato più preciso nel impostare la potenza e la distanza della lampada😓 ho impostato il classico ciclo di luce 18/6. Ho aggiunto un ventilatore oscillante della Secret jardin per smuovere un pò l'aria. Ora con tanta pazienza e amore aspetteremo la loro crescita! Sono davvero curioso di vedere quanto tempi ci metteranno ad entrare nello stadio di Vegetativa! 12/02/23 Ciao a tutti growers eccoci qui con un nuovo aggiornamento sul cultivo TheBarney's!! Le tre piccole si sono allungate un pochino, ho deciso di fare un piccolo refill con terreno e dare una piccola nebulizzata. Oltre a questo le ho tolte dal box di germinazione e aggiunto un umidificatore collegato a una inkbird per mantenere costante un Rh tra il 70% 80%, pian piano abbassero l'umidità fino a stabilizzarla sui 65% 70% di RH. Per il resto nulla di nuovo... Ci sentiamo prossimamente per nuovi aggiornamenti sulle piccoline rimanete connessi e lasciate mi piace🙏💚 17/02/2023 Ecco un nuovo aggiornamento sul ciclo TheBarney's! Le piccoline pian piano crescono, oggi concludono la prima settimana come plantule! Si sono un pochino allungate e per sostenerle o fatto un piccolo refill di soil e ho irrigato con 15ml a testa di acqua con ph6.3 e Herba power (Ammendante) 0.5ml per Litro d'acqua. Per questo aggiornamento è tutto ci sentiamo prossimamente! 20/02/2023 Eccoci con EP nuovo sul ciclo TheBarney's! Le piccole oggi hanno subito un travaso le ho messe in airpot da 3L e irrigato con acqua ph 6.3, ammendante (herba Power) e un estratto di alghe (Herba Sweed) EC 0.45 Esattamente oggi sono 10 giorni che si trovano nello stadio di Plantula, le prime foglie a 3 punte stanno sbucando speriamo presto di vedere quelle a 5/7 punte e finalmente si inizierà con la fase vegetativa! Tutto sommato le vedo in salute hanno un bel colore, il vigore della Tropicanna e della Gelato mi sta sbalordendo! Per ora è tutto! Al prossimo aggiornamento 💚

WEEK 9 The first week of flowering went very well for my plant. So far, it has stretched strong and is slowly beginning to add fullness to the buds. I’m quite happy with the plant’s overall shape — it has developed a fairly even canopy with many strong shoots. The leaves have a rich, deep green, and overall the plant appears to be very healthy. So here we go in week 7 of 12/12. I'm currently having issues with my pH meter, or maybe my tank is just way to high on pH. It shows around 10.0 and that's not good so I truly hope it''s just a fault of the meter. I'm getting delivered new one today so I'm immediately gonna retest everything and give them looooong flush with correct pH and EC. EC shouldn't be too high and girls are very brave so far, I haven't really noticed any signs of nut burns or pH burns. Let's hope it's not gonna go wrong until new meter arrives, Other than that smell is pretty strong, I'd say maybe too strong even for me and I usually don't mind the aroma at all :) Together with new pH meter I'm getting new HPS bulb (the old one has already done 3 grows over 3 years), and dehumidifier, because I have had some issues with mould during my previous grows. I'd say 3 more weeks of feeding and 2 weeks of flush and we should be done. I wish I switched earlier because 2 plants can't really fit there and I accidentally snapped 2 main branches so I definitely want to avoid this next grow. Thanks for checking.

This week wasn't as bad as last week 😊 Nights were cold 😰, but not to much rain 😿 and a few hours of sun 😍 Temperatures in the greenhouse were medium : during the day 20°C 💀; min temp 3.5°C ; max temp 31,7°C 😤 Cookies Gelato has turned completely purple 👍👍👍 I defoliated the plants 😙 and had to remove budrot (especially in the Cookies Gelatoes)😨 I took the prettiest Cookies Gelato outside for a photo session in my garden 😍 Probably these will be the last pictures of the plans, before harvesting ! 👍😄

Veg8, siguen creciendo bien, todavía quedan 2 plantas por sacrificar, lo decidiré en el próximo riego. Veg9, ya se seleccionaron las 9 plantas, se sacrificaron las últimas 2. Veg10, riego con 0.7 EC y pH 6.0, drenaje de 1.0 EC y 6.6 pH, se tendrá que seguir bajando el pH de los siguientes riegos, las plantas han estirado un poco más, en unos 2 días se hará transplante a los maceteros definitivos. Se planea hacer LST, pero ya que los nodos están muy juntos, si no estiran mucho tendré que hacer Main Lining. Veg11, nada significativo. Veg12, riego con 0.8 EC y pH 5.5, drenaje 1.0 EC y pH 6.5, plantas listas para transplante dentro de los próximos días, se comienza a mezclar el sustrato para los maceteros definitivos. Veg13, dia de transplante, sustrato con 50% de turba y 50% de vermiculita(sílice), se agrego dolomita para subir el pH del suelo a 5.5~5.8 y además la dolomita agrega calcio y magnesio al suelo, también se agregó yeso agrícola al sustrato el cual es de liberación lenta y agrega calcio y azufre. Al momento del transplante se rocía directamente las raices con voodoo juice, tarantula y piranha, además se espolvorea great white, una ves puesta en el nuevo sustrato, se riega con 1.2 EC y 5.5 pH, de micro, grow y bloom, además b-52, etc. Veg14, nada significativo, siguen creciendo bien, en unos 2 días más haré Main Lining.

Flipped to flower earlier this week and have been trying to tame the stretch while gently defoliating once every 2 days or so just to clear the budsites and let them breathe. Both plants appear very healthy and have been doing well.

After a couple of weeks of difficulty, White probably recovered from the lights too close after a good defoliation and the departure from the light that caused the leaves to fade dramatically. The inflorescences fortunately grow and to tell the truth we can't wait to try this classic strain. Top Max to empower finally buds started

Been soo busy, these girls are just doing their thing. Some are a lil pissed from the fans but they need the airflow. Better than mold. 10 are thirsty AF, 2 are not. I have gone through 48 gallons of water since last friday! Crazy!

Ms Grapes an Cream from Atlas seeds is comming in amazing on week 4 of veg she is still the biggest she's growing great after being topped thinking about topping her again have had no problems with her she's growing more every day under the medic grow fold 6 Ending week 4 this girl continues to amaze me with how vigorous she's been growing she's been topped a couple times now an really thinking about giving her another one she's been growing so great with these nutrients from cultured biologix

Aye yoooo, how we doing? We are feeling good headed into week eight of flower. Last week was a great week. About towards the end of the week I harvested the 2 dolphin Waxs 🐬 I'm still in awe with how fast of a bloom she was. I think I got a little trigger happy. But we are living and learning and have clones of this mom. This tent is on fire. I'm loving all the different phenotypes. I've found a keeper with each strain, the purple hues with pink under tones on the isorin. Documenting the characteristics And changes that happen within temperature, Environment, DLI,swollen Caylaxs. Color fade. There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... I wouldn't make it any other way :) If even ONE of you reading this diary finds it helpful to reference for ANYTHING.....even if its "what not to do" ill consider it a success ! Moved into main grow tent with other flowers much cooler environment, on 12 /12 light schedule now and feeding kelp based Dutch science nutrients bloom

Week 8, Day 56, Day 12 of Flower. Well the girl is doing nicely again. All in all things are going well. I did notice a few fan leaves with a slight purpling so I will try adding a little more CaliMagic on the next feed. She is currently receiving 200ppm of CaliMagic. The last feeding was 660ppm total nutes, but 950ppm 1.9EC in the run-off so I gave her some Phed water to help clear some of the nutes building up in the media on the next feed which went down to 650ppm 1.3EC in the run-off. Thinking about doing a flush with some Florakleen, or should I wait until flush time at week 7 and 8 of flower when Trichomes are hopefully milky. All comments and suggestions welcome.
