Another great week for the Apple Betty girls. I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed or withered leaf under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Week 10 - Lemon cherry cookies very close to harvest not quite sure when I wanna chop yet the smell on these knocked my socks off literally if you like lemons this is a very unique strain !

This past week has been a blast! After getting these ladies nutrition straightened out, they are thriving!💚🌱💚 I gave defoliated wayyy more than what I see other growers traditionally doing. After the "3rd and final haircut" I defoliated two more times 😅 Thank you the GD community for the support and resources along the way 🙏 My only concern now is the tent actually becoming too crowded.😆. Yeah this Strain is amazing! She just started to build Buds, and already started to be sticky asf too :-) What i notice the last Days is... When i give here today 2 L of Nutrients/Water, i have to give her tomorrow again because the Soil is dry... So i think she want to be big? Lets see lets see

Está preciosa con ese morado casi negro que presenta en cogollos y hojas, unido a los pistilos de color naranja fuego conforme van madurando OG Kush Auto tiene una formación de cogollos impresionante, y ha empezado a cubrir de tricomas todas las hojas que salen de los cogollos 😍 Lo unico preocupante es que ha empezado a mostrar algunas manchas marrones en las hojas de los cogollos... The beginning of the week started badly. Spots on the lower leaves! I received great feedback from this website right away then a couple of days later from my grow shop. Question was, was it nute burn or under feeding. Either way, a lot of water was the answer. I believe it was under watering! Once the girls recovered, I continued with more frequent, higher volumes of watering with Kalong Grow added at half dosage. Throughout the week, I continued to tie the plants down in the 3, 6, 9 & 12 o'clock positions. Changing the position every second day. Additionally, I moved the girls position within the cupboard in a clockwise rotation every day. (Couldn't hurt so why not) The fat bananas are ranging in height from 13-19cms and by Wednesday had obvious flower sites. The northern light has no flower sites and is only 11cms tall. It's also extremely dense with even, consistent foliage. I stopped LST as it seemed ineffective/impractical. By the end of the week the 'spot' issue was completely resolved. On 27th I used a PH testing kit on the bottled water I had been using. Turns out it's overly alkaline. The tap water was 6.2 so I switched to tap water. I realise the chlorine etc is not good and have ordered a water filter to remove chlorine, lead, etc, etc. I feel flowering is going to happen within 10 days or so...

This plant was ready on Sunday, but I didn't have the time nor energy to chop her. Today was the day, and I am excited to see how it is after the dry. Maybe this will allow me to take a break before I get my next lineup selected.

Week 5 of flower is over! This grow is going by so fast because I'm so busy with so many other things I feel like I haven't really paid much attention to these girls but they are doing so well. Bulking up heavy now. Smell is amazing. Very dense buds. Can't wait to try this one out. Few weeks left now.

I will be draining this reservoir and replacing nutes when I begin the flush for flower hydro system. I should be beginning the flower flush on Tuesday. So on Tuesday, I will update this reservoir.

Day 62. Realized my hose water was sitting at ph of 8.5 or higher. Which the ladies really didn’t like. Got that dialed in. Jesus this water issue with the new home has been a bitch. Glad she is bulking and looking wonderful. The smell is off the chart.
