We had approx 4 inches (10 cm) of rain this past week which is a lot for this area. Soil has a lot of moisture but not too wet. Excellent growth in veg stretching a fair bit and starting to show signs of early flower development. Preflowers have a bit of resin: smells quite skunky and a bit like burned rubber, or mercaptans/thiols. Need some sun and heat.

Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew! Stanno sulle foglie e mangiano tutto. Uova ragni rossi ecc....

What a week my buddy growers! What a week! The dogs literally ate my homework!😳 I understand that they are German shepards and got K-9 insitinct in their blood...but what the fuck!😱 Both my gelato & Nothern got dig out of the ground, leaving me with little hope...plus I had to build a shelter before this happend due to strong wind! But fast buds really has a kick ass genetic very resistent to all factors, and beside all she doing well!💪 As nutrients I added bio-tabs Pk-Bio and boom boom spray for all the stress she got. Love to all😘

Harvest in two parts to fatten up the lower buds for a week or two. Likely, another good ounce to two of sweet buds. Didn't quite lollipop, previously, but understand the benefits of the technique, especially if seeking a more standardized harvest in one chop. Looking forward to the cure and terp retention/development.
