happy with the growth of this plant. its the top performer in my tent in terms of vegetative growth :)ive noticed purple/brown tips on the leaves, and purple leaf edges and stems. if anyone can help and guide me through flowering feel free to give me a comment or private message :) I feel more happy and alive now that ive been caring for these plants the last while. i love watching the progress day to day, listening to music with them and singing to them, they are quickly becoming a really big part of my life and health. over the moon that ive reached the flowering phase! roll on harvest and il update this when im home as my phone is gonna die! :) Update - Day 37 - 29/10/19 Flushed the plant today, runoff ph was 5.95 and ppm was 837. i have to flush to obtain runoff in these pots and i think this is causing problems, especially because im not using RO water. the ppm of my water is 140, and thats what ive been using for my first grows. (il pick up some water from the store soon) so im using 5 gallon pots with pure coco and autoflowers, the flushing to obtain runoff i think is just taking away from precious time in the plants life cycle. it would probably have been easier to grow photos in these pots and veg them out until they are monsters and then flip into flowering. oh well theres always next grow. and still for a first grow im happy with where im at :) watered: 1.8L/4ml Canna A/4ml Canna B/3ml Rhizotonic/3ml Cannazym. ppm 380. this should help with the purpling of the leaves and help flowering :) also needed that flush to get rid of salt buildup! Day 39 - 31/10/19 Happy halloween folks! Wow... Quick one is thriving now, i think ive learned enough to keep the plants in a near optimal setting :) tooks some photos and a video as usual, loving how the plants are developing! anyway this plant has grown about 6cm in 3-4 days, and its the buds getting taller instead of veg growth :) if actually looks like a plant off the 📺 more and more. i think im gonna get between 12-20 grams off this plant :) the flush worked a treat and i think the old nute and salt buildup was stopping it stretching! following cannas feeding schedule slightly for the ratio of nute/water. i learned that:(cocoforcannabis.com) Coco is supposed to be mostly saturated at all times which in turn means less watering to get runoff. now that im in the flowering stage too im watering once every morning at lights on! maybe when i get the tehnique down i can increase to two waterings per day - once at lights on, and once 10 hours later. To sum up this week ive had a lot of stretchy growth ,(flowering) a nice lavender like smell from the plant. a better fertigation schedule and i learned how to make dry ice hash from popcorn and trim :) i tried this in barcelona and it was amazing! super expensive so it will be nice to have my own stash :) Dont forget to check out my videos and my other diaries :) all the best!

Ya a poco mas de 3 semanas de terminar nuestro cultivo. Nuestras niñas siguen manteniendo su buen color y están engordando bastante bien. El olor ya comenzó a ser un tema a tener en consideración debido a que el olor dulce esta emanando cada vez con mas fuerza. Seguimos alimentando a nuestras niñas con fertilizantes BAC y esta ultima semana agregamos PK Booster para su engorde (solamente a las foto dependientes). Hasta el momento, todo va sobre ruedas y sin ningún tipo de exceso o carencia a tener en consideración y se espera que para terminado el proceso se mantenga así.

🌸 Week 6 Flower – Gelonade Diaries The Gelonade girls continue their elegant dance into flower, both Pheno #1 and Pheno #2 shining in their own unique way. Their structures remain remarkably similar, tall, strong, and full of energy, while each holds onto her own personality, expressed in leaf form and flower shape. This week we noticed a few small spots on the leaves. Nothing dramatic, nothing to sound alarms about, but enough to remind us that plants, like people, sometimes whisper when they need something. It could be calcium, it could be another minor imbalance, but the key is observation. We’ll keep a close eye, watching for patterns, listening to what the girls want to tell us, and adjusting gently if needed. 🌱 Quick Recap (For Those Just Joining) From the start, this run has been about detail and care. • Germination was clean and quick, the girls leaping from seed into life. • Veg was marked by strong branching, healthy leaves, and the unforgettable funky unicorn foliage of Pheno #2. • Transplanting into super soil and fabric pots gave them the room to spread their roots and breathe. • The shift into flower was smooth, guided by careful lighting, steady feeding, and a balance of Aptus and Plagron nutrients. • Weeks 4 and 5 saw sativa-like stretch, white hairs bursting across every cola, and canopy lights filling every corner with photons. Now here we are in Week 6: the garden maturing, the flowers stacking, the personality of the genetics truly revealing itself. 💧 Feeding & Balance The recipe continues to revolve around Aptus Regulator, CalMag Boost, Top Booster, and Plagron’s Power Buds, Sugar Royal, and Green Sensation, with Aptus All-In-One Liquid helping tie the orchestra together. We’re keeping EC balanced, always mindful that the soil already provides a strong foundation. 💡 What’s Happening & What’s Next This week is all about observation. Flowers are swelling, resin begins to sparkle in early traces, and aromas start to hint at what’s to come. What to expect: denser buds, richer pistil coloration, and a canopy that will soon demand defoliation for airflow. What not to expect: miracles overnight. This is the stage of patience, where the magic brews quietly within each calyx. 💚 Closing Thought The Gelonades remind us that growth is rarely flawless. A spot on a leaf is not a failure, but a message. Perfection isn’t the goal, balance is. And balance is exactly what these girls are showing us week after week. PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell. *********Week 6 - January 13 to 19, 2020 (Days 36 to 42 from germination) This is going to be a brief update but that’s a good thing 😀 The week went by pretty quick and overall it was great progress. She stood up more and her bud sites set in and are starting to stack.👍 Her colour holding, on the darker side, and her leaves are still narrow. In a way.....don’t care though......not growing leaves😜😃 Have done some further cleaning on the bottom and removed a couple of leaves that were blocking. Took off a couple of low nodes as well. Introduced Massive this week for bud density. She has a thick main stem but not excessive....little less than a quarter. She has lots of bud sites with six main stems that should fill-in nicely. Should help increase yield😎👍 Keeping wet and happy is a balance. She was good with 2L last week and by the end of the week now she wants close to 3L. I also bumped up the CalMag on one of the feedings a bit to help ensure she doesn’t show issues. Don’t want to use CalMag much longer though because she already gets lots of nitrogen. Not sure how much longer to feed......will go another full week for sure. I suspect she will run a full 9 weeks and more likely 10 weeks, then if allowing a 2 week flush you only go through week 7....and maybe 8.....thats next week or week after! Therefore, even if I push it I will likely only go another 2 weeks of feeding😟😓😕 Crap time goes fast!!!!!! Gonna have to ensure she is wet and happy👌 Little more detail: Jan 13/20 - Day 36 - 1L feeding of Sensyzime, Piranha, Voodoo Juice @ 2ml/L. Not pH’d......water been running 6.3. this was in the AM - PM feeding 2L only Dual Fuel @ 1ml/L, Liquid Weight and Rezin @ 1.5ml/L = 575ppm pH 5.8. - trying out the Green Planet line so I introduced Massive this week. - lowered temps in room at night. Down to 65 degrees. - suspect the narrow leaves where grower error and nutrient balance......growing buds anyways......saves from a leaf strip at this point in the grow:) Jan 14/20 - Day 37 - Hit her harder today with full strength feed. 5.95pH - Pots were light so 3L feed. Not completely dry......just enough moisture left....3L had a fair bit of run-off.....eating a little less than the other big girl. - Rhino Skin back in for some more silica. - Didn’t go......holly crap she got big last night😮😮.....but she continues to get taller.....the bud sites white hairs really pop now. Jan 15/20 - Day 38 - 2L feed today. Only giving base nutrients and Sensyzime @ 1ml/L pH 6.1. - runoff water: 900ppm and 6.0pH. - drinking more now and she doesn’t give run-off before 2L minimum. - keep an eye on the ppm not getting too high and consider increasing her moisture. Jan 16/20 - Day 39 - 3L full feed today. - want to strip a bunch of her leaves!!!! Keep tucking the leaves but even those stems are stubborn.....good problems👍😝 Jan 17/20 - Day 40 - She is hungry :) - 3L feed full strength. - runoff water: 1400ppm, 5.9pH........medium in okay shape.....little high ppm given what’s been going in. - Good growth last night....liked the nutes👊 Don’t get to eager through😳 too much at this point and she won’t consume them all😉 - In the tent with only Zkittelz is giving a little extra room and she is loving it. Jan 18/20 - Day 41 - She was not dry in the AM but rather inbetween. - watering with supplementals.......Sensyzime, Rezin, Liquid Weight, VeloKelp, Piranha, Voodoo....and CalMag. - 2L with 240ppm and 6.2pH - nothing in PM.....pots still wet......she is looking for a little less than 3L per day still roughly. - They are growing taller......top of tallest nodes falling to sleep sooner at night. - replaced CO2 in tent. - Very happy today and good growth with leave up. - 24” tall and 28” wide......with LST. Jan 19/20 - Day 42 - 3L feeding again today. Full strength again. - runoff: 1350ppm and 6.0pH.......still a little more left in there than going in. - stripped two lower nodes and 1 huge fan leaf. - her buds are getting wider and taller....filling in😎 lots of them......or at least they jump out more with how she is growing👊 - she is happy....keep the same and don’t change things......less than two weeks feed left. Nupjoviau mergaitės didelius lapus, ji buvo perlaistyta, be to, turiu didelių problemų su drėgme, mano auginimo dėžėje ji tesiekia 30 %, kasdien pakabinu šlapią rankšluostį, taip pat turiu garintuvą, kuris veikia 8 kartus po 2 minutes, per dieną, manau, leisiu jai augti dar bent 2–3 sezonus, palauksiu, kol išspręsiu problemas ir ji atsigaus :).

Everything’s going smooth, just like her little sister! Flipped to 12/12 yesterday. Got a few cacti in bloom too, figured it was the perfect time to throw them in with the Tropicana for that desert vibe.

Got myself some new genetics for the next run after the badazz og and Bubba cheesecake. Both Ethos Dip n stax and Capjunky x Endgame #3 special limited edition 🙏🙏 Once the Pyschoberry cheese is ready ill scrog 2x Bubba and 1 Badazz Og in the 3x3 should be within the next week or two 💪

Day 106 - I feel like my patience is going to be tested while waiting for this girl to finish out. She was fed today, 3/4 tsp Bloom (I went up a little from last week, but still under the suggested amount of 1 tsp) and 1/2 tsp of Mag Pro per gallon of water, with 160 oz given. Day 107 - Nothing to note today. Barely around enough today to even get a picture. Day 108 - I will highlight it in the coming days, but it seems that a few of the flowers are packing on some more calyxes. Not sure if it is the start of foxtailing or if it is the start of the final weeks weight packing, though I definitely hope it is the 2nd option. Day 109 - Fed to with 3/4 tsp Bloom 1/2 tsp Mag Pro per gallon of water, 170oz given. Day 110 - Nothing really to note. Just moving on to another day. Day 111 - I got to say, it seems that the pistils are changing quickly, hopefully a sign of being close (being relative, assuming like 2 more weeks optimistically). I have yet to get a loupe, and my attempts to get trich shots with a DIY lens results in blurry pictures all the time. Day 112 - Fed/watered today. 180 oz of water given, with 3/4 tsp Bloom, 1/2 tsp Mag Pro per gallon. I'm definitely feeling impatient. I want to harvest this thing soon, and I look at it, and realize it really isn't all that close.

Plants are healthy and thriving will be flipping in a few days to flower

01/28/23 - Gave her another round of haircut and lollipop. Under the canopy looks lot cleaner. I have better air circulation and light penetration now. Defol also exposes lot more cola sites to the light. Hoping she doesn't go in shock since it's an auto. She is a late bloome, I am just starting to see more pistils. So most likely she will live in the tent for another couple months! 01/29/23 - She drank a gallon of fox farm nutrients (grow and bloom). I was worried about sending her in shock with latest defol. The way her canopy turned out a day later, absolutely gorgeous 😍! 02/01/23 - Frustratingly did another round of defoliation. I see pistils but she is not ready to come out of vegetation. I might contact ILGM to figure out what's going on here. 02/03/23- End of week 9 for this girl. Still in preflower. The bud sites are getting thicker and I am seeing more pistils. It's nowhere near where I want it to be but I've decided to give it the time it needs.

Essa variedade veio de brinde de numa compra que fiz, a planta cresceu bem bonita e saúda e já comprei mais 3+1 da Puro Instinto , as sementes tem um bom preço e eu não conhecia esse produtor e sstou gostando muito do desenvolvimento da planta, hoje mesmo já estou abrindo o diário com as 4 sementes que foram para germinar hoje. Essa belezinha aqui está JK ambiente externo pegando um som já bem intenso com a proximidade da primavera nk hemisfério sul.

First of all thanks to the SSSC for this opportunity, this is going to be a test grow fot the club but also a pheno hunt at the same time! We started to germinate 8 regular seeds for this first diary the 21st of august, next couple of days i will update the germination ratio! And after that the week 1 starts hopefully we get a reasonable amount of females here!

I havent stopped defoliating last week, almost every day i found more leaves that had to go. Even now i can still see plenty of leaves that are covering bud sites. The size it is getting at is monstrous, and all the little branches look like theyre gonna be big... I have steadily increased EC over the past week up to 1.6, with runoff measuring at 1.7. 1.8EC will be the highest i will go on this run. I snapped a branched while manouvering it around and tried to tape it together but it didnt work so i plucked it and vaped it. Tasted horrible but the effect was quite nice even though its still super early. Im really sorry for the quality of the video my phone is still broken, aiming to fix it in the coming month.
