Week 9 for GMO 8 by atlasseed The indoor smaller plant is really starting to bulk up on the flower size for sure seems like maybe it has another week maybe 2 before being done. While the other plant is now outdoors because i ran out of room indoors & the bud on the outdoor one looks completely different likely because of the 40+ degrees sun outdoors ATM but doesn't have any burn leaves so that's great. Actually looking forward to seeing how she smokes... maybe she gets ran again in a few weeks? 😎

Very bushy and multibranching. She has one mane stalk with branches unevenly set. The branches have side branches which I cut off. ============ Germination April 6. Vegetation Week 1 water only Week 2 water only Week 3 added recharge and TPS1 increased ppm to 570. Week 4 continues with recharge and TPS1. I added Fox Cal mag increasing ppm to 685 - 805. Week 5 TPS1 9ml/gal Recharge 5 ml/gal Fox Cal-mag 5 ml/gal Week 6 5/12-19 Moved outside in 5 gal air pots receiving rain and well water. Week 7 5/19-25 Opium received only rainwater for the last 2 weeks. Since I was in Colorado last week, I feel very behind on my diaries. Despite my absence, my outside gals did just fine. Opium loves the outside sun, breeze, and frequent rain. Week 9 6/2-6/8 Now at the start of week 9, my outside gals, except L. Cake are now in flower. Several pics show the very narrow new leaves and small white hairs evidence of flower formation. 6/7 This is the first time I’ve had to add nutrients to her feeding. Some lower leaves were yellow. Since I’ve been using amended soil, this indicates Fractal is a heavy feeder. Nutrients in soils are used up and she is starting to use her own food sources 6/7 5 gallons well water TPS1 60ml used 1 gallon per plant =12ml Cal-Mag 25ml used 1 gallon per plant =5ml Recharge 5ml used 1 gallon per plant =1ml Signal 1.25ml PPM 1414, PH 6.93, Temp 82.5 Note I do not have to PH adjust my well water. However, our city water comes out of the tap at 8.2 ph so I must PH down using the city line hose and my inside grows. Week 10 6/9-15 Fractal loves the outside. She bushy and 3 1/2feet tall. All are showing yellowing leaves so everyone is now getting nutrients with feedings. I saw a Japanese beetle on my Lemon Cake and some small holes in the leaves so I added 1/2 tsp neem to the feed solution 6/12. Also started using fish & kelp. I'm still watering 1 gal per plant when I feed 2x/week. With the heat and humidity, I water daily but do not feed daily. the girls are struggling a little bit. One is yellowing because its about to flower, but one is just not growing much and the other is very lanky.

🌱 GERMINATION (4 days) Seed in a glass of EC 0.4 tap water for 24 hours, then in root riot and under the lamp. She sprouted 4 days from dry seed. 🌿 GROWING STAGE (12 weeks) I decided to grow this plant with a long vegetative period, this allowed me to do a lot of training and try something more than the usual defoliation and LST. Due the trichomes stage when I harvested, effects are definitely on the sativa side. After smoking it I feel euphoric and in a good mood, I will smoke it mainly during the day. As for the flavor, I can detect some pungent and earthy notes, very consistent smoke. It reminded me of my years in Germany, when we would drive to Holland to stock up on White Widow 😍

Soo! Eventful week in the tent as I think I I have discovered a lot of my problems with slow growth. So I purchased an EC meter at the beginning of the week and decided to test my run off (rookie mistake this was the first run off since the air pot transfer) and it's fair to say my EC was EXTREMELY fu**ing high... like 3.6 high so this week the first flush I did quarter strength feed I got the run off down to 2.8 then next flush it came down to 2.2 at half strength and the last flush was half strength with an introduction to terpinator and the run off came down to 1.6. It's fair to say I have notice a incredible difference in growth I really want to switch over this week but I'm going to let the plants recover and flick the next week. Little bit worried about space but I love a challenge. Also been a bit of an expensive week as my carbon filter final packed up so I treat myself to a new ram air (6inch) Happy growing!

Seems like she's taking longer, think this might be because I used my phone flashlight to check on her during dark in the first weeks flower. Not too bothered by this as it means she might get a little fatter :) Some slight purple discoloration beginning to show from the cold night temps

08/09/2020 She is a little wilted but she will be fine water now.Gave her LAB earlier this week and feed her next week with Fox farms 4-9-3 fruit and bloom? I think? She will bounce back to life in about 10min.

Day 8: The true leaves seem to be more pale than before, but apparently that's normal. Day 10: Started doing timelapses, and added a small fan. Day 12: The plant seems to be growing faster and faster, I hope this behavior continues

Sounds like another great strain to grow, 27% T.H.C., up to 600 grams per square metre, 70% indica & around 7 weeks of flowering. Plan is to mainline her currently week 2 day 9 of veg, started her straight into rock wool & sprouted in a few days. Started her on nutrients after a few days at 0.75ml per litre & increased to 2ml per litre start of week 2 & planted into final home, 15 litre pro pot going great.

I was getting kind of bored with Autos, so I decided to try out my first Photo Run. I had 2 autos going when I got these beans in the mail, so I gave them away because I couldn't wait to try a photo. I started her in a glass of water, and then transferred her to a solo cup. I am planning to transfer her to a 5.4 Gallon Airpot around day 21 or so. I am also hoping to build my first Mainline, as I have only been running Manifolds on the autos due to time constraints. My plan is to only grow one plant and spread her out and try to fill a 4X4 tent with fat sticky colas. I will use super-cropping, LST, defoliation, and lollipopping in addition to building the mainline. I learned alot from growing autos, but now I feel like its time to try out Photoperiods.
