I was selected to test some of Fastbuds new genetics. Seeds germinated in 48hrs and 5 days later it broke ground and hasent slowed down. This grow is in my 4x4ft grow space located in an uninsulated shed. Each plant has a dedicated 150-200w LED from Viparspectra or Mars. Winter Temps in my area spike to -15C or more in Jan and Feb, so this will be an interesting and challenging grow. The grow room is 20-30C above ambient temperature, so there is a little manual and auto manipulation of grow Temps. This is my second run of Dutch Passion with my first being a monster Blueberry Auto. Massive plant, and her pungent odor overtook my entire home while trimming her today. While trimming her it smelled like I was in an earthy Pine Forest with a hint of berries, and it was one of the strongest smelling plants I've ever run. Very easy to grow, responded to all training methods with VIGOROUS growth. I topped her above the 7th node and removed the bottom one so I had 12 mains total. It took me almost 8 hours and I even had help for 4 hours.. Trimming is definitely my least favorite part of cultivating this species. I am super impressed with this strain and really everything Dutch Passion. They have not even sent me a single seed or even acknowledged me on here but this is my second run of their autos and I anticipate each will be a massive yielder. I will probably take a month off then start a run of a few photoperiod mainlines. @FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. The girls have recovered well after my massive defoliation. Girl number 1 is now 56 cm tall and number 2 is 35 cm. RSV11 has exploded in growth over the last week. She has made great progress, and is growing fast. I lst her today, and pruned the long roots. I also selectively defoliated her some. She has had a exceptional week of progress. 🤞🏻If She can maintain the boost, especially in flowering. Her tds has fallen rather low. I will fix on next solution add. Nothing more to report. This week is looking good and the babies are coming along great, I'm loving the way pheno 1 is so symmetric, large and in charge! I started out this grow with a bit of a hick up because of the pandemic but I tell you one thing, foliar feeding saved my plants! I foliar feed my seedlings at around 200ppm I use some micro nutes, along with amino mix to foliar feed. The foliar feeding definitely makes the plants more robust, they end up feeling hard and strong! I Usually foliar feed until I flip to flower then no more!

Day 56 from seed( 16 in flower): Merry Christmas Groomies , Sponsors and Grow Diaries Crew. Another amazing week of growing and developing has given me some of the most beautiful bud colours I have seen in a long time. Their singular structure on us is amazing and they look very psychedelic!!!. The smell coming off them at a touch is a very potent varnish and sweetness. They leave my hands tacky too now. Seeing their quick bud growth against my usual photoperiods is a shock too. I forgot how young they were and had my worries over their close finish time and current size. This was very short lived as from talking to other auto guys , it seems that Autos usually flower for as long as they are in veg period for before their actual flowering buds start , i.e 4 weeks veg-4 weeks flowering. These girls showed real flowers at day 38 from seed which would mean Day 76 for the finish potentially.That means another 20 days to get fatter and more frosty for a Jan 20, 8-9th finish. I expect from seed is a good start point but can add a week if seeds take their time to wake up ect.. I know it isnt an exact science so let's see. #1 This girl is stunning up close. she is covered with buds and her Los has been feeding her plenty with just water added. The pot is mulching all her old leaves too now so she will be helping feed the next plant in this pot ( fast buds fast flowering tester!!). She is very bushy but I love her look and am resisting the urge to defoliate her at the moment. I will do some at flowering day 21. #2 Is doing well next to her huge sister and certainly looks as many sites too. The coco and Mc are brilliant. her vibrant green will be pulling all that light in and working wonders towards her bud building too. # Is an oddity and looks like a cuckoo baby in a nest of blackbirds!!! She had none of the colours or psychedelic look at all but some of the smell . She is a good size and was a pale girl initially so I didnt train her much. Shes still hanging in there. Poor thing. I soooo regret not letting her veg longer. Shes green again!!! This is the best shes looked since transplanting. What a trooper she is! This is a very resilient plant

the left "nemo" is much further along than "v" on the right. began tapering back on both nutrients, after this last compost tea feed nemo is getting flushed, just RO water and finish by heavy 16. V needs another week to develop then 2 weeks to flush and finish. will probably chop nemp im 2 weeks between day 67-70 of flower, based on trichome color. after initial harvest on nemos tops im going to re-weave "v" tops thru scrog fpr better airflow, light use and allow them to fill and finish with the lower buds of nemo at probably day 77 or so, its slower rolling, much more haze pheno, both leaf shape, bud structure and smell. Nemo is much more blueberry, finishing sooner, smells like blueberry candy and has wider fan leafs.

Nice grow - not the best yield from plant 2 - but still okay, it shouldn't lose too much weight as they're very, very dense (and incredibly sticky!) Plant 2 was harvested after just 9 weeks. Weather was a big problem this year. Plant 1 was left running for a good 12 weeks in the end - and much happier with the results. I kind of wish I hadn't chopped the other one so early now. It definitely needed a bit longer. Plant 1 looks great... and given what it went through, it's a miracle it's even here at all. I thought it was a goner for sure. It takes the definition of 'resistant' and 'strong' to whole new levels. A massive wooden lid thing fell on it and flattened it like a pancake about a week before flowering - it was as thin as a sheet of paper and split in two different places, Managed to bend some wire around it all and force it back into shape... et voila' :)

So.. still getting FATTy! I changed the cob, cause i needed to lower temperature.. Now im testing a QB x 150w LM301H + 3500k660IRUVBlue I just ran out of solo tek-bloom, so im using biobizz.

07.12 - Big change this week : the Sweet Dreamz is finally outside for her full life cycle as the tent was overloaded with 4 plants so I took that one out. The plant is now around 80cm in a 7L pot , the structure is tall and a bit stretchy like her parents. I also spread some STS on the lower stem to make a sex reversion and make seeds with the 2nd Plant of that run ( the one I bearly shows you ) and with my other strains like the Cream Cookie , C4 Matic, BlackBerry and 6 shooters from my others diaries , it would be my largest breeding project. Hey! This was the last week of flower, I harvested on day 62 of flower because I noticed some nanners appearing.. This strain was fighting for it's life from start and it did a good come back but in flower she couldn't advance at some point, must have gotten stressed for some reason.. all the other strains turned out great and this one pretty good as well just not as great as I'd expected..
