Gorilla Jealousy F1 is doing good. She is finally going to her own spot in a few days. She will be switched to flowering, and get a solution change at that time. All the pest were eliminated in the grow room. She was on the other side of the room from where it started. I never seen signs on her, but had to treat to be sure nothing could hide in the room. She had some defoliation done today. She is looking ready to go. The seeds germinated in two days. I put them in the dark in the cellar where the temperature was stable at 25 degrees. .

The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. It is on a heavy heart i bring this news. I don't know where to start..... I've had problems with almost every bug known to man..Nothing new.. I can usually control it... it's sad news I have to post ... My baby is probably not going to go as long as I want. I checked her Sunday 10/1/17 ( due to caterpillar damage ) ( moths are really bad this year in So. Cal ) She has suffered .. I found a small piece mold..buried in a cola. I cut the cola. You can see it in the pics. My worry is I have more. Every grower will tell you spider mites are the worst aka the Borg. But there not thinking of mold or bud rot. Which is got to be way worse . The mold comes from catapillar feces.. yah I know.. I'm just telling you the facts.. Now you know my worries. And they are big.. I will address this issue. It can only get worse... I am so depressed thinking about it. It is very upsetting. It is hard to tell you this. I almost feel like I failed. But I know I didn't. I'm sure not looking for any sympathy. Please .. It won't help. I will make the decision on what to do when i have more information which will be Friday night for me. I will then decide my action. To harvest all , part, or clean out colas by opening them up. Every grow has it's problems.. Outdoor problems are so much different. This has to be one of the most beautiful trees I have ever grown. Well I almost out of my base nutrients and the grow store and everywhere else was sold out tell next month so I had to switch to my Jungle Juice I had left from my last grow. I have roughly 80ml left of the other stuff and I'd rather save that for my 2x2 grow that's still going. Adjusted all the lights up to make more light in the room. Now there is a good solid light amount across the room and should have to worry with any light burns or anything. Had a bit of yellowing in some of my leaves. Think it's because I was running my PPM so low before. Now that I've cranked it up a bit I hope it corrects itself. Well that's all so happy growing everyone!!!

Getting bushy and starting to stretch out. They're so compact and tight😀 I boosted the ec this week to prepare for the growth spurt that seems to be coming. Short spade shaped leaves. Lush green and all of the bottom branches have stretched and evened out with the main topped branches. No problems so far any I'm happy.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. What up, what up. Weekly update on these ladies. They're progressing nicely. Some are a little smaller then all the rest so I'll germinate a few more seeds to replace those. Only like 3 so not to bad and shouldn't be to far behind from the others. Over all Happy Growing

Dried her for a total of 10 days. Give her a rough trim nothing fancy, just enough to put her in glass jars. The final dry weigh was 83grams after smoking a couple of grams. Her smoke gives me an energy high that keep me motivated complete my chores. The taste is citrus and fruity. Good grow decent weight and final product.

Once again these girls don’t really need much just watering when dry but other than that we are on cruise mode. I have been checking trichomes for about a week now and man is she almost there I should be giving them lights out with in another week or two can’t wait

Seems to be reacting very nicely 😎 Look at the size of her fan leaves already nearly the size of my hand.
