Not much to do this week. Nutrient solution was too strong, plant doesn't seem to need much anymore and ec kept rising from 1.6 to 1.8. I drained the reservoir, flushed the system twice with water, and then filled it back with the same solution but diluted it to ec 1.0. Pistils are starting to do darken, except for the new bud growth that has emerged. Will continue to keep an eye on it during next week, harvest ia not that far away. Will flush for 2-3 days once the plant is done.

The week starts Monday Jan-27, being day 27 of flowering. Plants are looking very good and healthy, albeit some bigger buds at this stage is missing. Carried out more defoliation of upper leaves on the CBD. Only trimming fan leaves on one side of a bud site in alternate fashion. Strategy is to expose more bud sites to light. Leaves are getting sticky and glistening brightly. Feeding a high EC nutrient mix whilst monitoring run-off EC which remains below feed EC. The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica. Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering just over 2L per day. Bud sites are beginning to take form and the ScrOG setup looks full, ready for the development of some large buds. Removed a few more leaves from above the canopy which were blocking bud sites below. Also cut small stems (with bud sites) below the canopy from both plants which were unlikely to grow strong. It's now looking clearer below the canopy. The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica. Run-off EC has been slowly rising over the weeks but still under the feed EC - will be keeping my eyes on this. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Maintaining an average RH in the space at 50%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour. Passive intake of air is from a closed off section of the room where the central heating boiler sits - the intake is warm air (20 degC.) and fairly dry (40% RH) during the winter months. - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 - ventilation fans - aquarium heater - small oil heater - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots and 3.5L general pots for seedling stage - Canna Coco substrate and nutrients - pH and EC/TDS meters - Thermo/Hygro meter

2nd Feeding week

Plantas en esta semana crecen mucho sobre todo las 3 de atrás de Purple City Genetics, Royallife1 y Orange sherbet, plantas van reaccionando muy bien al cambio del fotoperiodo presentando las primeras pre flores. Tuve que sacar 2 plantas las mas chicas 1 de Tropicanna Poison y 1 de PCG, debido al alto crecimiento de las demás.

For my second Grow i wanted top try something simple so i did nothing to my plants. Ist Just topped one of three after about 7 days.

Day 36 preflower stage, should see buds forming within the next several days or so. WE ARE AT WAR!!!! Applied a pouch of nematodes to every pot to kill the fungus gnat at its larval stage. Which has been gnawing on my roots! Increased the sticky traps to trap the flying f*<|{£rs. Will reapply more nematodes in 10 days to kill the next generation. Then hopefully that’ll be all! Don’t overwater folks. Fungus gnats suck! Hopefully last hiccup of the grow. Cheers everyone. Good luck on your grows. Day 41 and I’d say we’re officially in flower. Seein those hairs real good now. We’re still experiencing a rather annoying fungus gnat infestation which has really stunted these ladies. This is entirely my own doing by more than likely overwatering them, creating the problem. Sighs… lower stems grew considerably, which has me optimistic as to the potential yield. I won’t know till stretch is over to gauge my yield. Hopefully Fastbuds amazing genetics can help me fix my f up. 🤞 Day 45 and were on our second round of treatment with nematode packs. I have moved the grow lights up substantially as to hopefully help with the discoloration of my leaves. I believe it to be light stress from the lightening around the edges and some brown tips. Some of them are curled upwards so thst could also be nutrient burn. I have asked a question about it to hopefully get the help of someone more experienced than iam. Good luck growing my friends🍻 Day 48 I ripped open my nematodes packs and mixed in the first couple inches. The top few inches of soil are now aerated better. Hopefully things will improve. Seem to look better since I moved the light up. Stretch ladies… stretch watering at 6.0 to hopefully lower the ph of my girls. I could do the viniger method? Or sulfur. Comment and let me know how you lower the ph of your soil?

Gonna start flush this week….everything looking great…no problems this run I love it when they grow themselves practically

Hi Potheads, During the course of the week there was a small addition of 3 More CFL LIGHTS through the use of Splitters and sockets thus freeing more outlets, the remaining were programmed to have different schedule that had increasing / peak /decreasing intensities of light sources according time before total blackout, harshly emulating outdoors but with the benefit of keeping thermals , consumption and electronics lifespam at range. VEGGING WEEK TWO: 10 days of 21 vegging remaining if everything goes according to the plan but there is an impending menace that has to go out before putting plants to flower . Plants had a good growth response to the budget light, used soil and non-canon nutrient combos , but in the aspect plague control has been a bit more tedious, and even through im using an agressive product (Aceite de Springhill - Anasac) it does keep them at bay but it doesn't totally eradicate them, seeing a few small flying white dots and some moths when plants are shaken in search of bugs , having really low stretch horizontal plants does make harder to inspect the reverse of the leafs, some of them with clear signs of being chewed , and the bit size is like a hole made with a mechanical pencil and that can react to pesticide toxicity if overdose. This is totally my fault because the reused soil with a lot of organic content is a perfect host for plagues and doing aggresive LST is easing the way to climb or jump towards the plants for any bug. For plant placement inside the tent , u can use week 1, pic 1 for reference. G13 Hashplant : The four specimens are the most affected by plagues persistence, because they have the most vegetal mass and trained branches that vermin can hide. In consequence, it also has received more spray doses of Aceite de Springhill (paraffin oil) and this losing battle contrasts absolutely with their spectacular growth , ramification and thick stems. Santa Bilbo: The four specimens received topping with lst through last week, if there is a net above their cup, its because i already know that when it's stretches, it shows ALL her sativa ascendancy, don't believe in her morphology, preflowering is very messy indeed!. Also, The nutrient deficency didn't had heavy impact on the plants after they were transplanted and received both nutrient & plague control formulas. Eleven Roses: All the plants were healthy but with different vigor, making the desition of the ones that will stay inside according to their reaction to topping. Eleven roses, althrough is declared 100% indica by her crushing effect, it can present phenos with longer internodal distance and flowering stretch , so i reccomend a bit of height control in it's grow stage as well.

Well, another week has passed and the end of the second week has come and the pistils have already shown themselves and I continue watering with top crop bloom, first time testing this fertilizer and I'm only using two of them, top veg and top bloom, next cycle I'm going to use General Hydroponics fertilizers because I have a friend who uses them and he's having great results, I still want to talk to my friends about this strain because I think it hasn't grown as it should, but anyway we're studying to improve ourselves for the next ones, the rest is all experience for the next ones it grows. =D
