📆 Semana 9 La Monster Maker entra en su fase final de lavado de raíz. Los cogollos mantienen su dureza y la capa de tricomas sigue brillando con intensidad, mientras la planta termina de consumir sus reservas internas. Los pistilos oscurecen completamente y los matices terrosos del aroma se vuelven más redondos y nítidos, dejando que el dulzor y las especias destaquen. 💧 Lavado final: limpieza interna, aroma puro y resina lista para el corte. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Restantes hipérion F1 e bolo de casamento, germinarão assim que estás, terminar seu ciclo de vida, devido organização de esposo, e com isso estudo diferentes épocas do ano. DAY 1 (06/03/2020) The seedlings started growing tonight after 4 days since they were planted inside the rockwool cube (02/03/2020). They are under a 23w CFL until they are a little taller and start to make the first 2 leaves. The distance is very small from the light to not get them too stretched. Feeding just water now. I already prepared the RDWC setup with a 60 liters box (0,6 m x 0,4 m x 0,25 m) for 3 plants. The grow tent is 120x120 cm. The light will be a Sylvania 600w HPS powered by a Gib Ligthing LXG Timer 600w Electronic Ballast. Since it is dimmable I will start with 250w and increase in the first weeks until reaching 600w. The ballast has the Sunlight mode which increase the wattage of the lamp during the first hour and decrease during the last to simulate the sun cycle. DAY 5 (10/03/2020) Seedling are growing well. I started RDWC yesterday and put 25 liters of water with 15 ml of FloraCoco Grow, 15 ml of FloraMicro,15ml of FloraBloom. I also added 5 ml of Great White Mycorrhizae to strengthen roots. The water from my tap is 40 ppm , the water in the reservoir is 500 ppm. Increased power light to 350w. Temperature and Humidity when lights on: 23°C and 35%. Added a humidifier inside the room to increase humidity.

This is my first grow indoor, 2 plants in a tend 80 x 80 x 160 cm. Using a mix substract, in a 7 liters vase. Germination was done with the paper towel method. At the first week one of them was stagnated, so I forced up the seed and probably hurt a cotyledone.

Et voilà la floraison à bien commencé sur les 2 plantes la bannana x purple à un peut d avance sur la west coast og mais elle aussi a bien commencé (et moi j latrouve trop belle forme, structure;) Voilà voilà rien de neuf autrement a part que d ici 2 jours je commence le flusch de la scherbet (la grosse derrière la bannana et une fous couler la west coast og ira rejoindre la bannana x purple histoire que je puisse fermer la tante pour utiliser du co2 en gaz (pour mon dernier grow fast bud et dernier grow de l année j vais essayer de tous faire pour avoir une recolte digne de se nom;)

J'ai utilisé uniquement de l'eau cette semaine pour les arrosages en terre pour commencer le rinçage, uniquement un engraissage en foliaire en début de semaines , je vais faire encore une semaine voir 2 pour le rinçage.je pense atteindre mon objectif de 2g par watt. Un grand nombre de tête fond environ 30cm 🤩 et elle vont prendre encore un peu...💪

So we're going into the 2nd week of flower and everything is looking good and healthy. Definitely ready to see what the flower looks like on this cross. My diary won't be complete in time for the contest but I'm still stoked for this grow.

A light spectrum in the scope of 400 to 700nm induces growth and development, and UV (100–400nm) and infrared (700–800nm) light play a role in plant morphogenesis—which is essentially the process of plants developing their physical form and external structure. Optimizing Your Knowledge in the Grow Room To maximize your yield, always aim for 40 moles, or 40,000,000 μmol, per day. Here is how much PPFD is needed per second for each phase of cannabis growth to achieve the DLI of 40 moles of light per day. Seedling phase (18hr cycle): 200–300 μmol m-2 s-1 Vegetative phase (18hr cycle): 617 μmol m-2 s-1 Flowering phase (12hr cycle): 925 μmol m-2 s-1, (1500 μmol m-2 s-1 @2000ppm co2) (ballpark) When choosing grow lights for cannabis, it is essential to check the technical specifications to determine if they are strong enough to get the job done. Of course, this doesn't mean that you have to buy the most expensive lights there are. Still, it does mean that you should research each of these specifications in relation to your cannabis plants to find a grow light that will fully serve your needs. This is especially true with PPFD, as this is arguably the most insightful value for growers—it tells you exactly how much useful light your plants are absorbing at a certain distance from the grow light. With my fixed light source, as the plant develop height through stages, it will naturaslly grow into higher μmol ranges naturally dictated by its height. ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL5 (HY5), a bZIP-type transcription factor, acts as a master regulator that regulates various physiological and biological processes in plants such as photomorphogenesis, root growth, flavonoid biosynthesis and accumulation, nutrient acquisition, and response to abiotic stresses. HY5 is evolutionally conserved in function among various plant species. HY5 acts as a master regulator of a light-mediated transcriptional regulatory hub that directly or indirectly controls the transcription of approximately one-third of genes at the whole genome level. The transcription, protein abundance, and activity of HY5 are tightly modulated by a variety of factors through distinct regulatory mechanisms. This review primarily summarizes recent advances in HY5-mediated molecular and physiological processes and regulatory mechanisms on HY5 in the model plant Arabidopsis as well as in crops. Plants utilize light as the predominant energy source for photosynthesis. Besides, light signal acts as an essential external factor that mediates a variety of physiological and developmental processes in plants. Plants are continuously exposed to dynamically changing light signals due to the daily and seasonal alternation in natural conditions. The various light signals are perceived by at least five classes of wavelength-specific photoreceptors including phytochromes (phyA-phyE), cryptochromes (CRY1 and CRY2), phototropin (PHOT1 and PHOT2), F-box containing flavin binding proteins (ZTL, FKF1, and (LKP2), and UV-B RESISTANCE LOCUS 8 (UVR8). These photoreceptors are biologically activated by various light signals, subsequently initiating a large scale of transcriptional reprogramming at the whole genome level. Extensive genetic and biochemical studies have established that the ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL5 (HY5), a bZIP-type transcription factor, tightly controls the light-regulated transcriptional alternation. Loss of HY5 function mutant seedlings display drastically elongated hypocotyls in various light conditions, suggesting that HY5 acts downstream of multiple photoreceptors in promoting photomorphogenesis in plants. In addition to inhibiting hypocotyl growth, HY5 regulates other various physiological and developmental processes including root growth, pigment biosynthesis and accumulation, responses to various hormonal signals, and low and high temperatures. This review summarizes the recent advances and progress in HY5-regulated cellular, physiological, and developmental processes in various plant species. We also highlighted emerging insights regarding the HY5-mediated integration of multiple developmental, external, and internal signaling inputs in the regulation of plant growth. Among the genes regulated by the circadian clock, we found that the excision repair protein XPA is controlled by the biological clock, and we, therefore, asked whether the entire nucleotide excision repair oscillates with daily periodicity. XPA transcription and protein levels are at a maximum at around 5 pm and at a minimum at around 5 am. Importantly, the entire excision repair activity shows the same pattern. This led to the prediction that mice would be more sensitive to UV light when exposed at 5 am (when repair is low), compared to 5 pm (when repair is high). We proceeded to test this prediction. We irradiated two groups of mice with UV at 5 am and 5 pm, respectively, and found that the group irradiated at 5 am exhibited a 4–5 fold higher incidence of invasive skin carcinoma than the group irradiated at 5 pm. Currently, we are investigating whether this rhythmicity of excision repair exists in humans. Molecular mechanism of the mammalian circadian clock. CLOCK and BMAL1 are transcriptional activators, which form a CLOCK-BMAL1 heterodimer that binds to the E-box sequence (CACGTG) in the promoters of Cry and Per genes to activate their transcription. CRY and PER are transcriptional repressors, and after an appropriate time delay following protein synthesis and nuclear entry, they inhibit their own transcription, thus causing the rise and fall of CRY and PER levels with circa 24-hour periodicity (core clock). The core clock proteins also act on other genes that have E-boxes in their regulatory regions. As a consequence, about 30% of all genes are clock-controlled genes (CCG) in a given tissue and hence exhibit daily rhythmicity. Among these genes, the Xpa gene, which is essential for nucleotide excision repair, is also controlled by the clock. Circadian control of excision repair and photocarcinogenesis in mice. The core circadian clock machinery controls the rhythmic expression of XPA, such that XPA RNA and protein levels are at a minimum at 5 am and at a maximum at 5 pm. The entire excision repair system, therefore, exhibits the same type of daily periodicity. As a consequence, when mice are irradiated with UVB at 5 am they develop invasive skin carcinoma at about 5-fold higher frequency compared to mice irradiated at 5 pm when repair is at its maximum. The mouse in the picture belongs to the 5 am group with multiple invasive skin carcinomas at the conclusion of the experiment.

Growth Overview: Vegetative Stage: Auto Critical Orange Punch developed into a thick and bushy plant with vigorous growth. It filled out its space well, creating a dense canopy of healthy, deep green leaves. Flowering Stage: The plant maintained its bushy structure, with buds developing steadily and gaining significant mass. By the time of harvest, the buds were thick and plentiful, displaying a beautiful orange hue typical of this strain. Harvest Details: Timing: Harvested at the peak of maturity, with the trichomes reaching the desired level of cloudiness and amber. Yield: The plant produced a substantial amount of dense, resinous buds, thanks to its bushy nature and strong branching.

Sooooo this has been an amazing and exciting week! Ive been patient with this last plant and really checking the trichomes i inly wanted a few amber caps on the nugs, was looking for milky on this one! Shes smelling amazing and the color change was such a sight to see! She did so well with the nutrients and loved the 2 week flush i did! I cut her down did a wet trim and have em in the drying rack! Im excited to see how she cures and drys ready for the smoke reveal! Nach dem erfolgreichen Topping in der Vorwoche hat die GMO Rootbeer ohne Pause weitergemacht. Da keinerlei Stressanzeichen sichtbar waren, wurde das LST direkt fortgesetzt. Die jungen Spitzen und Seitentriebe ließen sich problemlos weiter in Position bringen, sodass die Pflanze zunehmend eine breite, offene Form annimmt – perfekt für gleichmäßige Lichtverteilung und kräftigen späteren Blütenansatz. Parallel dazu gab es regelmäßige, sanfte Entlaubung. Nur große Fächerblätter, die Licht blockierten oder das LST behinderten, wurden entfernt. Die Pflanze hat auf diese Maßnahmen durchgehend positiv reagiert: keine Hänger, keine hellen Blätter, kein Wachstumsstillstand. Im Gegenteil – sie wirkt extrem vital, treibt schnell nach und zeigt eine kompakte, kräftige Struktur. Ein wichtiger Fokus dieser Woche lag auf der Umgebung: stabile Temperaturen, kontrollierte Luftfeuchtigkeit und keine extremen Schwankungen. Auch die Lichtstärke wurde eng überwacht, um jeglichen Stress oder Bleaching zu vermeiden. Die GMO Rootbeer scheint die Bedingungen optimal aufzunehmen; die Blätter stehen zu jeder Tageszeit sauber nach oben und zeigen dieses typische „Happy-Plant“-Bild. Die Gesamtstruktur ist jetzt breit, flach und sehr gleichmäßig. Genau das, was man vor dem Übergang in die Stretch-Phase erreichen möchte. Sie baut derzeit eine perfekte Grundlage für mehrere gleich starke Tops auf. Woche 5 war insgesamt sehr clean, sehr kontrolliert und extrem effizient – alle Trainingsschritte sitzen, und die Pflanze macht voll mit.

Going for another run at drunken bitch slap. Last attempt HPLVD destroyed everything. So all new equipment from new buckets to new light. Which is the HortibloomLED Solux 350. I have it on at 50 percent. Virus is gone as far as I can tell after resetting everything. Plus extra sterilization I have been doing. So she germinated, and sprout well. Everything is looking pretty good at the moment. Things are going pretty good the smaller plant that was growing crooked fixed itself and is starting to grow a lot faster. They both just started sprouting hairs and the tent is starting to smell nice. Also I only mixed in 1 tablespoon of grow dots into each 3 gallon pot. My last grow with Tropicana cookies I did 2 tablespoons of grow dots in 3 gallon pots and had tiny yellow tips throughout the grow. 1 tablespoon seems to be doing the trick this time with the poundcake.

Whats Up from Down Under growmies?!! Another update- And its been a week thats for sure. I noticed a few spots of bud rot on some of the Zkittlez main colas- after that rain last week- so being week 7 in flower heading on into week 8, I decided to chop the affected buds and a few around them. After sniping out the mold, its hung up drying now. After speed drying a few nugs to see, it was obvious she wants a week more to put on a bit more weight, she dries out to weight next to nothing but damm is she clean as a whistle!! Very fresh and sweet smell, and taste with a racy head high thats on the short lived side. That also suggests she needs at least a week more if not 10 days. But what can ya do? Its a few Oz easy if it kept its weight. Quite enjoying the smoke though so cant complain. Id be annoyed if it was for sale as it weighs next to nothing, but its not. I ran it super light on nutes the whole way, and prob stopped bloom nutes a week too soon looking back, so light weight is to be expected in early bud. A dose of humiboosta this week was given to help release any remaining nutes in the soil and give the plant a boost in carb production for its last week or so. Hash plant is looking good considering its issues, its fought off mold on its own it seems, I snipped off a few buds that had issues, but all in all its doing well for a runt I fed even less than the others. Colas are looking very fox tailed but also filling in quite well despite that, will be interesting to see what the final buds look like. Gave a final dose of light Bloom nutes and Humaboosta for her last two weeks or so. Project Sour lemon D got a heavy dose of bloom nutes as she basically wasnt fed until I saw the buds were actually buds and not bananas. So second proper feeding since she started flower a few weeks back. And decided to do this weeks diary in the Twilight light, as I noticed the Zkittlez had a Visitor that was settling in for the night to do some hunting, so added a few pics and a vid of him/her also. This week went well, I did some defoliation, as I am trying to keep the bud sites down on this grow, to hopefully get some tighter and denser buds. I did start adding Liquid Kool Bloom which is a P/K booster. I am now feeding at 1.65 EC. They are still stretching a little bit, but really seem to be focusing on flower growth more than anything at this point. Some very nice smells starting to come from the box. Really stacking now! Beautiful sea of colas going on between these 3. Buds are really starting to structre. This variety has a little bit of a longer flowering time. Usually 11 weeks in my experiences. So the buds are definitely on point for the 4 weeks of bloom. Starting the 5th week off so far with elevated trichome production. Definitely gunna be alot frostier come the end of this 5th week. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
