This is THE week. The girls are putting on weight and connecting with a great fade going on. The trichomes are at about 1% amber, 25% hazy and 74% clear. I suspect that will change soon. I’m doing special feedings for the plants every other day with a shot of beastie bloomz 0-50-30 and redirecting the runoff to a separate reservoir. We are in the home stretch here and I can’t wait to trim up the super piney, earthy, floral strain.

Harvested back in Week 14 but the website has been stupid and not letting me update

2/2/24. Great week for Bud site development. The pic with droopy leaves was a surprise. About an hour after watering without NUTES, both of them started drooping. Then they both bounced back within 4 hours. Strangest thing. They're doing great now. 2/4/24. Super excited! Received new batch of seeds from RQS. Got feminized Royal Gorilla, Royal Cookies, OG Kush, and autoflower F1 Orion. Oooooh, it's gonna be a good year!

Major morphological changes being observed still. Stretch & bud thickening occurring. Sept 18 - looking good. Hairy hairy buds! Sept 19 - all watered with nutes 2ml/L all. 1.5L each. Sept 20 - looking great, sticky colas when handling, smelling noticeably when opening the tent now & Lina’s hairs starting to brown off. Subtle purple colours are popping on some cola’s - notably BM & TB. Scrog’d them. Need to find out how to make it square and less bowed in..I’m guessing poles or bungee cord? 21 Sept - doing well. 22 Sept - all watered, 2L each w/ bud burst @ 3ml/L and in total 1/2 cup of molasses for 10L. 23 - all good 24 - looking great!

All and all I popped 19 seeds lost one after it came above ground 5 of those I will be posting on here which are mandarin cookie crossed with zweet og they are regular photoperiod plants so I will have to sex them it is a small pheno hunt looking for something to keep as a mother plant didn’t use any nutes for the first week

Days 33-35 Both ladies have been transplanted and moved into the Veg tent! If you look in the video you can see the setup. Both are in 10.5"x10.5" square nursery pots approx 3Gal each. Both were put into happy frog soil using azos and recharge during transplant. I have them under an optic 8+ with a cob as supplemental lighting Day 37: A light defoliation day today, especially for #1. I removed all the mature fan leaves that were blocking any bud sites or nodes at all. Essentially leaving the top 2 mature leaves in tact. I honestly did not want to do this! It was heart wrenching to mutilate such a beautiful naturally growing plant 🤷‍♂️ practicality wins in the end tho. I removed the 2 oldest lowest fan leaves from #2 as well. More for sanitation reasons. They werent8blocking anything but the uh were dragging in the dirt and starting to fade anyhow. I actually kept 1 leaf. My 1st time ever doing this. The leaf is so neat, overlapping itself. *transplant update day 37* In my very green opinion they look to be struggling a bit with the transplant. I like to wet my medium prior to placing the rootball in, sometimes it's great and the roots chase it. Sometimes they get a little water logged and it takes a week b4 watering. I'm thinking it's the latter in this scenario. Day 38; #1's top fan leaves are rolling in again. I figured it was heat but the surface area doesn't get above 78° which from what I've read is fine. Maybe it's a strain issue? Looks very imdica, ma uh be is accustomed to a cooler climate? Day 39: I lowered #1 about a foot further from the light. She is still all curled up tho. It isn't heat. I watered them at transplant per my usual routine. 2 other plants stranded extremely bad and these 2 are acting goofy. I probably over did it that day Day 42 and 43 In day 42 CMOG #1 needed some water. It's her 1st drink since transplant. #2 on the other hand is drinking a bit less. I also took 2 upper fan leaves off #1(I hate doing it, but gotta promote those bud sites!! Day 43nothing really to report. I videotaped myself plucking a couple lower fan leaves. I'm raising the fan a bit more above #2 to keep wind stress down. Day 44: 🚨⛈️Emergency!!⛈️🚨 Power is out! My light cycle is as follows: on at 6pm off at 12pm. Its 2:45am right now and the power has gone out. Which was wierd because it went out b4 the storm hit! It was fricken midday when the outtage happen!! My poor Chocolate Mint OG 😖 keeping humididty down is gonna be hard and my grow is very far from and natural light source even if they were on the same cycle as nature 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ if ur reading this say a quick prayer! had big bud over the weekend, The soil was very dry when I came in on Monday so give it 2 litres hopefully last the next day or 2. Still very tempted to defoliate but unsure if it is the right time or what to remove. Decided to try and defoliate it a bit. see if it has any impact. still a bit worried about things like this what wiht it being my first plant

15 Noviembre: -Hoy se instaló el sistema de riego "Drip to Waste" que me permitirá hacer riego de precisión, con protocolo "Crop Steering". -Se instalaron sensores de humedad de suelo, para saber cuándo y cuánto regar, el sistema manda datos de humedad de suelo, temperatura y humedad ambiente, etc vía internet a mi celular. -Mañana se comienza con el primer riego de precisión. 17 Noviembre: Segundo día de riego automático, 3.0EC y 5.9pH, las plantas crecen a buen ritmo, las raíces ya están saliendo por los orificios de drenaje a 2 días de transplantadas. 20 Noviembre: Se realizó una pequeña defoliacion de las hojas tipo abanico muy grandes.

Day 115 since seed touched soil. Joe is harvested, a bit early, bottoms needed way more time, some tops were still flowering even, but i leave country and almost no time was left ... Happy Growing !!!

Huge growth this week with this girl. Just feeding with water still, but she's chugging along. 2 weeks above ground as of this update (2.5 weeks from seed). I'll be starting my next seed this week, decided to go with Diesel Auto from Royal Queen Seeds as the next up. Look for that journal next week.

Day 42 Update : Well folks , we are getting towards a finish now. The FFT #8 is still a bud on a stick style so we won't visit that one at all !!. FFT#9 Is now pushing some very nice trichromes out throughout her many mains. The bud structures are solid on her and she jas somewhere nice long colas stacks that are fattening up daily now. She is in her budswell stage now and has a beautiful fruity smell oozing from her. She is starting tonget some nice pinky colour appearing deep in the bud too which makes them look very nice FFT#10 Looks like she is trying to escape with her main stem off tonthe side looking for the sp250. Her buds are also rock solid with a really candy sweet smell She is nice and dark again since I have been adding the megacrop and shogun products and her stack girth indicates she will be a nice yield come harvest. Another 2 winner strains from this range nice work Fastbuds. Now we need to know who they are. lol

13.12.2025 Today I did cut her off and my heart is bleeding. She was such a beautiful plant and depending on the smoke-check I will grow her again. Her smell is skunky-citric, with notes of whiskey and fireplace and just calling out to be smoked. I will give an update on her quality but up for now she needs to dry slowly but surely to be ready for christmas 🌸💜

Got hydro halos setup because I need to be able to go away for work for a few nights, Was actually really easy to setup and works awesome, I got most the parts plus all my nutes from my local hydro store. I'm using cocoforcannabis.com as a guide for most of this grow and his site includes details on how to setup an auto watering system. At this point I'm still using Professors Go Green for cal-mag and following the GP3 feed chart to mix nutes to the right ratio and then diluting with cal-mag water to target EC (300-400EC for wk 1). Some of the plants had clawing leaves and were really dark green - I read that this could be caused by nitrogen toxicity and I'm concerned this may be due to the Go Green as it seems to be intended as more of a deficiency fix rather than a regular use cal-mag supplement for coco. Some of the leaves on one of the plants started getting rust spots like calcium deficiency, Canna Coco comes pre-buffered and I was adding Go Green so it had plenty, I think the likely case is that nitrogen toxicity may be blocking calcium intake also. I intend to change to Green Planets Pro-Cal which has low nitrogen and is made to work with their line of nutes. Also we named the girls! My roommate and I were pretty baked if you can't tell...
