Happy Weekend Growmies, you are all well 😊 Reds been growing away nicely this week, ive got the light at 16 inches and just keeping an eye out for any light burn. Shes still got a bit of clawing as you can see from the video, but i haven't fed her this week apart from the canna boost and its definitely got better. Il give her another weak feed next week but this strain dosent seem to need allot of nutes. Those lovely purple colours have now started to come through with the lower night time temps and shes loooking grand, i never stop marvelling at the beauty of this plant 😊 Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by ✌️

Pollination is well underway. The ladies are prego and the seeds are developing very rapidly! A few of the first flowers to get hit have there flower bracts already torn open. Exposing the growing seeds(still very green and immature). They are coating there flowers with protective trichomes like crazy! Sucess. All three ladies I have in there are heavily seeded! Now I'm watching them work their magic. Producing me some new killer crosses to phenohunt. The male flowers have been dried and stored. I'm slowly sifting the pollen into a vile. Whenever I get a chance to play with pollen lmfao. I've only made a dent in my freezer bag supply. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

DAY49 7 Weeks Buds are hard. Smell is extreme. Very limited amount of spidermites under some leaves. No reason to exterminate them, because next week I'll probably harvest the plants. The smell of the Triple G is fanastic, Big separated buds. The Cookies Gelato are more sativa style of buds than I'm use of them. There leaves are turning purple. The Liberty Haze has a lot of small leaves in the buds, and thet got amasing blinking white flowers. Probably this will be the plants I'll harvest the last, because they need some extra flowering time. The Wedding Gelato is creamy, lots of trichomes and is fast flowering. But some flowers got budrot. I'ts hard to get the humidity low because of the rainy and misty autumn outside.

I started germination of 1 orange sherbert bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on history with Orange Sherbert. I have grown orange sherbert out 3 times and all times had the same result. A shorter extremely branchy robust plant. That dominated the room. Loves training and really ups yeilds doing so. She produces an amazing canopy... just a sea of daggers. Her huge chunky colas pack and amazing orange tangy aroma and just taste like heavenly candy! Barneys Farm hit the nail on the head with this variety! She tends to have a little higher demand for potassium mid flower than most varieties. So a bit heavier on the pk booster and she will be mighty happy! Just a fabulous strain to work with.

New feeding schedule seems to be bringing the girls new life. I might have to give the Recharge credit. Also checking pH very thoroughly. Stick doesn't seem to work well anymore. PH could be why the couple in the back were growing slow the last few weeks while the others were slightly more resistant. Crossing finger to find purple phenos in a couple week.

Yeah I have already written a review about it in my previous diary. It is really strong not a day time smoke... It makes you really high. The plant is very very stinky when you cut so close all the doors and windows!!!!!! Last 2 pictures in the jar was aken after 4 days of the harvest. The harvest day it was 171g and after 4 days 80g. It needs to be cured. After 6 days its weight 51g. The last 6 pictures show the flower after 3 weeks of curing. The best thing in this smoke that it doesn't have that strong smell at all almost nothing but the effect is in :) All the plants grow at least 40-50 cm but it can grow over 100cm as well if you let it. 4 weeks later : I decided to make some cannabutter. Update: Fucking hell I have never tried brownie or tea like this and also I have never been so high. I put one tsp into my tea and felt nothing so decided to repeat with 3 tsp. I went to take a nap and when I woke up I couldn't see I was so fucking high for several hours. At the end of week 3 I topped one of the strawberry cough they are all looking good and starting to veg I’m all caught up with the grow diary’s and will add at the end of every week. I’m in Australia and did start a little late into the season but hope to get a decent grow in they will be at my brothers once transplanted and he has a few aswel that I will add into the grow log nothing but sun and water only use a little thrive that’s from Bunnings that I get from my pops shed. They will be in a nicer cleaner soil when transplanted into veggie beds and will have chicken poo as a nutrient source first time ever using chicken poo so see how it goes. Will keep the grow log updated and hopefully everything goes all well for the travel and transplant for the plants in the next few days

Week 1 Day 1 9/23/2023 I decided to go ahead and flip her to flower today, she had a stem past the net and high enough to super crop. Humidity was a little high so I added both Dehumidifiers to the tent and attached them to the InkBird. Week 1 Day 2 9/24/2023 I cleaned my canopy today, by trying to look straight down and opening up as many Tops sites as I could see blocked by leaves directly above. This will be my life for the rest of Flower cleaning and clearing as well as ensuring no sucker buds. Week 1 Day 3 9/25/2023 Today was one of those days where you can just sit back and look and enjoy some of the work you have put in. Today I just let her be.. Week1 Day 4 9/26/2023 I took the fan leaves that were blocking those beautiful bud sites from light.. Such will be my life every time I enter the tent for the rest of the grow. The clones all have roots coming from the rapid rooter, I am feeling really good that by Sunday they will be ready for selection and planting. Week1 Day 5 9/27/2023 I did some extreme defoliation today I opened the tent and she was just sooo full. Week1 Day 6 9/28/2023 I took a little from the inside and a few smaller inner stems.. I hate to take stems until after week 3 of growth to give each a chance to shoot up and hit the canopy. Week1 Day 7 9/29/2023 Took a look from the underside to see how much light was penetrating the canopy and removed some leaves and stems that were blockers. Tomorrow will add 10 gallons and the Nutes.. that will be my last in between week fill before I start having to change weekly for the rest of the grow.

I think I'm off to a good start. This is the roughest part of a grow for me so far. One thing that I learned from my past killings was to not get obsessive and that's the approach. I've got a way better understanding of feeding now. I was confused about feeding charts, thinking that it was mix and feed. Even though I checked the PH and PPM (incorrectly a few times) I'd consistently fry my plants to near death, bring them back with plain, proper ph'd water and then re-fry the next feeding. It hadn't dawned on me that the nutrient mix while being in the optimal PH range, mixed in right order and correct measurements, my PPM/EC was way too high for the stage of the plant. Yikes, I was feeding a toddler 3 double Whoppers with extra everything. And XL fries. You burn and learn I guess. The little girl was starting to look hungry so I took a shot and fed light nutrients with some hydrogen peroxide (will update the chart soon getting sleepy). I also punched a lot more holes in the bottom of the solo cup. Few hours later her leaves perked up like she was giving me a high five. Leaves are looking good too with a PPM of about 211. It's going to be a warmer weekend so I figure I'll crack another seed and put my 5 gallon pot to use. Possibly a photoperiod?

The root system had filled the previous container, making it the right time to upsize. Transplant went smoothly with minimal disturbance to the root ball. Fresh coco + perlite medium added to allow continued root expansion 🌱 Plant remains healthy with strong green foliage 🌿 No visible transplant shock so far. Watered lightly after transplant to help settle the medium 💧 Environment kept stable to reduce stress. Canopy continues to develop with strong branching. Stem structure remains thick and supportive 💪 Next step will be topping the plant to promote additional main colas ✂️ A SCROG net will also be installed soon to begin spreading the canopy evenly 🌐 📈 Focus moving forward: allow roots to establish in the new pot, then begin topping and SCROG training for optimal canopy control 🚀

Should be harvesting next week. Glad to finally be close
