I have been feeding nothing but water the past few days. The Trichomes are cloudy at the moment except for a couple of the buds that’s lower. buds are definitely getting fatter and covered in trichomes. I’m thinking maybe another week before harvest. I need to figure out a way to cool my temp down to before the drying process. I’m in a apartment so it’s kind of difficult. The lowest it’s gotten was 70. I’m not sure if that would be enough for a slower dry. Let me know what you think.

No fertilizer this week and probably next week, only tap water. Removed some of the leaves blocking flowers. The bruised banana stretches really strong and is really thirsty, the other 3 are still pretty compact

Plant seems to be growing well, she’s has some nice fans. I’ll be transplanting some time next week. Topped her this week too.

Day 172 21/10/24 Monday I had 1.5 Litres of feed left, and she was top dry this morning so she finished that off today. She is stacking !! This week she has developed a really floral aroma is sweet and tantalising like a perfume almost. She is glistening with trichomes, and buds are taking the dark 🌑 colour with purple/pink calyx tips. Super duper sticky!!

Grow Diary: Durban Poison (Week 7 – Early Veg The Overview It has been a busy 7 days for the Durban Poison. As we move deeper into the veg stage, this Sativa heritage is really starting to show its personality. Daily Breakdown Day | Observations & Actions | Day 29 | DP1's first top, i noticed a significant vertical jump. Tucked the tallest fan leaves to ensure light reaches the lower bud sites. Day 30 Feeding Day. Stayed with a light veg nutrient profile. Day 31 | Light LST training. Used some sheethed solid wire to help hold out and dowm. Day 32 | The "stretch" continues. Adjusted the LED panel up. Day 33 | The plant is looking exceptionally healthy with a vibrant, lime-green hue. Day 34 | Plain pH-balanced water (6.3 pH}) to prevent salt buildup from the previous nutrient feed. | Day 35 | Checking runoff. pH levels are stable. The canopy is level and the stacking of the nodes looks tight and promising. The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Wow what a strong weed. The yellowing stopped immediately after repotting and she wasn't stunted at all. I give her 3 liter water every other day. The temps are higher in this season I hope that will not be too much of an effect on yield. Humidity is OK so mold should stay out too.

New week, new growth.. Will hopefully start the LST and Topping in a few days. They are really starting to grow. Fan leaves looking healthy and big. Girls coming with vigorous growth now, everything dialled in and happy. Just adjusting the EC/pH as needed when the girls show me the relevant signs/deficiencies if any. D31/D35- Decided they were in a good enough place to start topping the girls, all 6 topped and just some defoliation of the bigger fan leaves that are shading the growth shoots some HST was also done. We were also due a water change, so I cleaned the whole system just to keep things extra cleanly, very important in a RDWC system. I also switched over to a sterile system instead of using beneficial bacteria so I will experiment and see how this goes. Time to let the girls ecover before the next training session. Cruise control for now.

27.11.2025 She got really tall and nearly reaches the light. Maybe I'll supercrop her, in case she will stretch a little more. She is a giant and if she will provide a good harvest I'm the happiest person ever. I'm already dreaming about smoking her on christmas eve. That would be a perfect occassion. And hopefully some seeds come around, too .

Starting to see the benefits from Topping last week definitely, when I first topped I panicked and thought what have I done. Also when I defoliated I did some more research. All In all I’m learning as each week goes by! Increased the ballast wattage to 1000W and terminated the Kush Berry also as it was interfering with my other 4 ( Temperature and space). Next week I’m going to add my SCRoG net. This is all new to me and I’ve never trained a plant before so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks everyone

end of week 4 I have finished heavy defoliations, now just plucking one or two loose fans here and there. Stretch has totally stopped (finally whew!) and stacking has really begun on the colas. lots of new pistils at bud sights, very few but early signs of some orange pistils, but majority still all white. the smell has gotten outrageous. Nemo smells literally like a blueberry patch! after I defoliate her my hands smell like i was smashing blueberries all day long! V has a more distinct lemon scent, with undertones of mint, basil and spicey peppers. Occasionally the mix smells like a gasey pinesol, but I'm not sure which one the petrol smell is coming from, I'm guessing V, she's a unique boquet for sure! I am not sure if it is heavy 16 full line, or because I have been religious about getting lots of compost tea feeds, but I've NEVER had a run smell so strong, and so distinct this early! I'm stoked to watch these buds fatten up!
