Week 5 Update: Challenges and Optimism! 🌿💪✨ Hey there, fellow growers! 👋🌱 As we dive into the fifth week of this thrilling journey, I must admit that I've encountered a few obstacles along the way. But fear not, for challenges are merely opportunities in disguise! 🌱🚀 Currently, three of my plants are still looking a bit droopy, a consequence of my underfeeding mishap. 😔 However, I've taken decisive action to rectify the situation. I've increased their water intake from 0.5 liters each to a generous 1 liter each, provided every two days. Hydration is key! 💧💦 Let's talk environmental conditions. The temperature within the grow space ranges between 20°C and 22°C, maintaining a comfortable and optimal range for our leafy companions. The humidity levels hover around 60% to 68%, thanks to the diligent work of my trusty dehumidifier. Kudos to technology! 🌡️💨💨 In light of the recent droopiness, I've temporarily adjusted the LED power to 75%. It's a careful balancing act to ensure the plants receive the right amount of light without overwhelming them. We're all about finding that sweet spot! 💡🌿✨ Interestingly, I've noticed a similar issue with droopiness during my previous grow with sour stompers. Could it be a recurring pattern? 🤔 Moreover, upon activating the dehumidifier, I made an intriguing discovery. The CO2 levels have soared over 900ppm! It seems I've stumbled upon an unexpected correlation. I'll certainly be investigating this further to unravel the mystery. Another smooth week for everyone but the twisted helix. This plant gets the award for the most unhappy plant I have ever grown. The leaves are dying off fast and she isn't looking good. Just trying to keep her alive long enough to make hash out of her. Sugar Cane buds are pretty small compared to the others but she's full of trichomes and still has some time to put on weight. Jack Herer has a super strong lemony aroma. Everyone is still stacking up. Not seeing any swelling yet so we still have some time before they think about finishing up. I put the dehumidifier in the room this week. Hoping to start getting these girls chopped and trimmed in the next few weeks, but have to let them do what they do.

Week 3

### Day 22 ### Jeej, the last week of vege! She looks to respond pretty well to the LST, I see nice new growth everywhere. She is also very dence as shown in the video up above. I hope she will get a mayor stretch when starting to flower. I'm already very proud of how this little plant is turning out. 😁🌱 Also ordered some biobizz top max and bio heaven to boost flowering when it happens. ### Day 23 ### Decided to add more LST, a lot more LST (like 7 wires extra in addition to the 2 initial ones)! 😂 Was a little hard because of the density, but it worked out. I think only one budsight does not have access to direct light. I just could not get it in the right place, oh well, there looks to be enough others 😋. Hope she is not stressed too much, some of the bends are pretty hard, but she is still flexible. After reviewing the photos again I realized that I'm growing her in kind of a spiral. ### Day 24 ### Started the day by tucking the bigger leafs underneath the small ones who need more light. She looks happier now! Also watered her 0.6l with nutrients, the soil was becoming pretty dry and it was 3 days ago since her last watering. ### Day 25 ### Pretty uneventful day. She is still liking the LST, like a lot! Readjusted the LST and tucked the bigger leaves under. There is only one part of new growth I'm concerned about! It is in the middle of the top view picture, so it is from a few nodes before, but looks terrible in comparison to the rest of the plant. Like it was eaten by something. Hopefully she will rebound from this. ### Day 26 ### I put some cardboard in a V shape in front of the intake fan to defuse the airflow more. Now the new growth that had problems yesterday looks a little better, the brown red-ish is fading away. Windburn is a real thing apparently 😲 Did a lot of LST again today, trying to stay ahead of the growth. ### Day 28 ### The last day of week 4. Did some more heavy LST to make sure all potential budsights get enough light. The growth that was struggling a few days ago is doing a lot better and seems to be recovering.

Hoping to have more space soon when I chop my gg4 sherbert , I have four plants in flower in one tent and its pretty overcrowded and too humid as a result. The gg4 is not fading or maturing as fast as I would like but I guess I'm just gonna have to be patient

09/08/2021 - Fly traps collected a plethora of gnats - Had to till the first few inches of the soil while top dressing, as it was incredibly hard and dry - Fertilized with Gaia Green Power Bloom + EWC + insect frass - Carefully watered with a half gallon tea of DIY kelp extract, molasses, LAB and neem extract

I am so glad I decided to do some low stress training!! After that one feeding at the end of last week the plant truly bounced back and showed no more signs of deficiency problems.. 😅 Because I started some early LST I began to see the much smaller nodes develop over this week and it started to give me hope lmao. There was not only a difference in the vibrancy of the green leaves but there was also a difference in the texture of the leaves as well! The ones that were damaged were thicker and more rough, while the new healthy leaves were much softer! For now I will leave some of the damaged leaves on because I don't want to strip her too early but periodically over the next couple of weeks I am going to start pruning and training her more (especially since she's a keeper). I also went ahead and started giving my girl a foliar spray feeding of diluted garlic & onion peel water which I plan on continuing with while in veg.

Week 15: We are heading into flower! I noticed the G3000 instructions say for early flower to set the plants to an 18/6 timeframe, bring the light to 12" distance from the canopy, and increase the amount of light to 60%.. I'm in the business of following instructions, so I did this.. and hope I notice some stretching... I will say I noticed some browning on the edge of some leaves... but I also gave the plants two rounds of the Terp Tea and their first round of flower fertilizer on (10/18) so that might be contributing... Will be keeping an eye out for light burn and will be working to stay on top of watering. At least 2 times a week... with just under a gallon of water per feeding per plant.

Def worth the grow, took a good bit longer than expected though that is for sure.

Week 10 - Final 2 weeks before harvest this strain has truly showed how fire an Auto-flower can be ! Super Gassy Sticky Apple ! Not to mention I’m very impressed with spacing and the size. Very reliable and stable strain can’t wait for harvest. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE !!!!!

I believe these seeds were supposed to be auto's but nevertheless, I chopped them on day 121. A total dry weight of 234 grams. As far as the smoke goes, I enjoy it and it's what I would expect.

Hi all , after a very long break to use up the supplies I had accumulated after the perpetual year growing autos , u am now in rapid need and trying to beat the UK powercut threats coming . I have been sitting on these seeds a while since @exoticseed gifted them too me many moons ago. I was not going to run a diary as it is a one off grow to resupply only and I hate quitting the site while not growing. I had themi n 18 hour days for 4 weeks instead of the planned 3 weeks veg troops. ( timer issue-sorted now). I did very little training as maxing the crop is not the driver for this run. I am not defoliating either as I want to use all those powerhouse , photosynthetic fan leaves to keep rhe lowers at least converting some available light. hoping for not too much popcorn at harvest so I will be moving limbs around to keep the light throughout the canopy. I did top and fim the ladies to stop them getting too lengthy and pushing the light height. The longer flowering cycle of these girls at 11 weeks was an oversight when I needed speed but I also know that long flowering allows some really nice characteristics to emerge in yields and budswell. I am using the dehumidifier now to keep the moisture around 40% max to avoid those fatty buds from attracting any mould spores when they get chunky. They are a berry cross so I expect a nice tang of a hit from them at harvest and cure but already they are really pushing their perfume main term smell. The buds that are forming are far apart at present but have a great potential to fill put with 6 weeks still to grow and the addition of the @shogun products I genuinely love using ,should give a good end result. The girls have behaved perfectly so far and shown no issues at all . They have remained that beautiful solent green that comes with mega crop use and really benefits the photosynthetic process and its continously cycle. I use my own blend of a living soil but have not re-enlivened it as it is a one off grow so cod not maintain the bio life at harvest time. I hope that everyone has endured the past 3 years of this madness called the world and that your growing has kept you sane. any comments appreciated and don't be afraid to be open and honest. we only learn when we make errors or work on limited knowledge. Bienvenidos cultivadores de marihuana clandestinos y también a los que tienen la fortuna de no serlo!🖐️👨‍🌾👍 Este es un diario donde semanalmente explico algunas de mis técnicas de cultivo y preparados orgánicos, los cuales llevo experimentando dos años en cultivos de marihuana interior. Esta semana: HIDROLIZADO POTÁSICO DE LEONARDITA CON FÓSFORO (Humato PK). Este producto lo vengo usando en mis cultivos desde el comienzo, hasta el final de la floración y es una de mis fórmulas indispensables para el engorde de los cogollos. La leonardita es un mineraloide derivado del lignito y compuesto en su mayor parte por materia orgánica que se encuentra en el proceso de convertirse en carbón, no es soluble en agua. La leonardita es la mayor fuente existente de Ácidos Húmicos e Himatomelánicos, mejora la estructura del suelo haciéndolo más esponjoso, estimula el suministro de oxígeno a los microorganismos, incrementa el crecimiento, la división celular y la retención de agua y nutrientes, al tiempo, la fórmula aporta también fósforo y potasio solubilizados, con lo que consigo un fertilizante altamente soluble PK, con ácido húmico y materia orgánica líquida. Para hacer soluble la leonardita uso un tipo de hidrólisis alcalina con Hidroxido de Potasio, en esta ocasión he añadido Roca Fosfórica (P) como fuente de fósforo inorgánico y lo he enriquecido un poco con Azomite (Si, Mg, K, Fe... + trazas de 70 minerales). Como fuente de fósforo también he utilizado fosfitos orgánicos extraídos de la calcinación de huesos con cascarilla de arroz o cenizas de madera, pero en realidad la fórmula original sólo incluye la leonardita y el hidróxido de potasio (Humato K). El proceso es simple: - MATERIAL PARA 1 LITRO DE SOLUCIÓN: Agua pura 1000ml. (Yo en este preparado he usado agua de manantial alcalino (PH: 9.2 EC: 0.85), esta agua está muy mineralizada (Ca. Si, Fe, Mg, Mn...) quiere decir que tiene hidrolizados esos minerales los cuales se añaden naturalmente al producto.) Leonardita: 100g (10%) Hidróxido de potasio: 30g (3%). - MINERALES EXTRA 1%: Roca fosfórica: 7g, Azomite: 3g PROCEDIMIENTO: 1) Moler la leonardita y mezclar con la roca fosfórica y el azomite. 2) Añadir el Hidróxido de potasio disuelto en 500ml de agua. 3) Esperar una hora y agitar de vez en cuando. 4) Añadir el resto del agua (500ml). 5) Mantener en el recipiente sin cierre hermético, para dejar paso al oxígeno, durante al menos tres días. 6) Remover o agitar al menos 2 veces al día, durante estos 3 primeros días. (Cuanto más o mejor se agite el resultado de la hidrolisis será mejor.) 7) A partir de los 3 días ya se puede usar... pero yo prefiero esperar una semana al menos. 8) El producto se puede almacenar a la sombra durante años, el paso del tiempo hace que la hidrólisis de los componentes sea mejor. COSTO APROX. DEL PREPARADO: 3€. MEZCLAS PARA RIEGO EN MACETAS: HASTA EL 2%., EN EXTERIOR HASTA EL 3%. ========================== USOS: - Deshidratado, lo uso como aporte a las mezclas de sustratos o como enmienda seca. - Al ser un producto alcalino, en las mezclas para riego, lo uso siempre en conjunto con alguno de mis Bio fermentados con Microorganismos de Montaña Activados (MMA) que tienen un PH muy bajo, de esta manera regulo el PH final de la mezcla, además, pongo en contacto directo los microorganismos y la materia orgánica líquida del Humato, al que también añado melaza para dar energía a la microbiología, en definitiva es una simbiosis perfecta para el suelo: Materia orgánica solubilizada, alimento de fácil proceso para la Microbiología y ácidos húmicos, que completan la magia que se produce en el sustrato... los cogollos crecen y engordan sin freno!! This week we dropped 4 testers in a mix of Posidesine(Oregon's Only) and water for 24hr. All 4 seeds went into paper towel that was placed in clkne dome with a temp of 86.5 and humidity of 99%. Pot prep as follows for all 4 seeds 3gal using Fox Farms Light Warrior Natural Seed Starter× Roots Organic Formula 707 by Aurora Innovations×Wiggleworm Soil Builder(wormcastings 3cups) DOWN TO EARTH dry amendments as follows BIOLIVE 9TBSPS AZOMITE 3TBSPS KELP MEAL 3 TBSPS ALFALFA MEAL 5TBSPS OYSTERSHELL 5TBSPS HUMIC ACID 1TBSPS All 4 seeds germinated and where potted on 11-3-19 All 4 broke soil on 11-5-19 and were watered with Recharge and Athenas Aminas Day 1 was recorded on 11-6-19 Day 2 was recorded on 11-7-19 and all plants were watered with Cytoplus, Azos, Mykos, and Mammoth P Day 4 was recorded on 11-9-19 and this strain #09 Pheno #1 was watered with Athenas Aminas
