Coming to a close here with Tangie'matic. This grow has been so enriching! I decided to go outside of my comfort zone and head strong into the controversial world of topping autoflowers. Some people swear by it, others stand by their stance that topping an autoflower will destroy any chance at a decent yield by stunting the plant in its already limited life cycle. This plant has been a true partner throughout this grow process. I pushed with the top, she pushed back with buds. I pushed her again by changing her grow environment when I decided to prematurely move my grow tent into the basement. She stacked and fattened. When I traveled and let her house get too chilly, she tossed me a couple of foxtails to remind me that I need to do a better job. I responded with more environment correction and she rewarded me by finishing up beautifully.

Here we are at the moment of truth, the flowers are starting to form, our Ghost Train Haze reveals its sex and of course like all Zamnesia plants I will be the father of two beautiful females. One is growing straight but I will show it to you later because I have been focusing a lot on this one in main - lining. It is a plant with a wide internodal distance so we have more time to shape it before the woodification and it lends itself very well to late lst interventions. I managed to open it on the main line very well and the lateral branches are really, growing and stretching properly. We will not see the super productive trees of the autumn harvest but I am willing to bet that we will have lots of beauty and lots of resin in beautiful bush-sized plants. We have moved on to the flowering start schedule that keeps the same Power Roots additives - Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant dear in my house for obvious reasons of Biscotti. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. The Green Sensation when the flowers are already a bit swollen, do not start immediately. Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. 3-16 part 1. Very robust growth. I had to tuck the fan leaves under the growing lower stems so they could get some light and stretch. Leaf and stem growth has a good color to it and I will up the nutes by half a teaspoon and rotate Martha so she can get light everywhere possible. 3-16 part 2. After I came home from work What did I see but the top of Martha had been sliced off! it seems the metal tie-down stake was too tight against the resistance of growth and she snapped at the top. Its a clean cut and at the right spot. I raised the light to 24" in hopes she will stretch out abit faster. 3-21 VEG GROWTH ACCELERATING UP.

Day 10: The LED I ordered should have been here a few days ago and I still don't have it which means for the past few days she has been sitting on the windowsill trying to find the source of light while growing really tall and spindly. Sad times! Day 13: Today I have been out and bought a nice big 6 litre pot for her to spend the rest of her life in. I have transplanted her in and she seems pretty happy. Day 14: Today my LED light finally arrived in the post! I feel like time has been wasted now but I've still re-potted her into a 6 litre pot filled with already watered soil and put her in my wardrobe until my tent turns up.

Moon rock auto has been progressing more into her flowering stage. I have been keeping up on her kst and selective defoliation when needed. Not much has changed beside she is just getting bigger. I don't forsee this plant getting really big. I could be wrong. Nothing more to report on. F1, hoy empezaron los primeros signos de floración, ya se pueden ver pistilos en las plantas. Han crecido hasta 46-48cm, se ven super saludables y felices. El siguiente riego será con fertilizantes de floración.

Die Umstellung auf 12/12 ist passiert, jetzt beginnt der Stretch und dann die Blüte. Die nächsten zwei Wochen wird nichts geschnitten, nur die höchsten Tops werden auf eine höhe gebracht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem aktuellen Stand! :)
