02.11.'24 After 5 days of drying, this little girl who was a little bigger than a meter gave 950 grams and a little bit of popcorn...this picking was 870 and a little bit of popcorn, and 4-5 weeks ago during a storm, one branch broke, which yielded about 100, but let's say 80 for sure, a total of 950 grams of beautiful, huge, potent buds

Day 50 - Started week 8 today and things are looking good. I’m still a rookie at all this but it’s looking like this girl might be a beast, at least for me. Gave her a feeding of the foxfarm trio today and did a little leaf tucking. Just waiting for her to start putting on some weight. Day 51 - She’s looking really good and stretched another half an inch. Gave her some more water today since she’s drinking like a fish. Just gonna continue watching her grow and fatten. Day 52 - What can I say?!! This girl is gorgeous and starting to fill in and stretches another 1.5” overnight. She’s slowly starting to fill in and lovin’ it. Love watching the day to day changes. Gave her just another feeding of water and will give her the foxfarm trio feeding tomorrow. Day 53 - Nothing too major to report, looks like she stopped stretching and is starting to fill out and looking good. Day 54 - All is looking good and really starting to fill in now and getting a bit frostier everyday. Two days in a row of no more stretching so hopefully she’ll really start filling in more. Day 55 - Things are taking off with this girl. She’s starting to fill in nicely. Gave her straight water and in the next couple days, I will start week 9’s schedule for the foxfarm trio. She starting to frost up a bit and loving it. Day 56 - Last of week 8 and rolling into week 9 strong. All is looking good and gave her the first of two week 9 feedings from the foxfarm trio. Starting to get a bit frosty and lovin’ it.

Welcome to Week 4! November 3 All is well, I see a little discoloration so I’m just keeping an eye on them. Watered today - 7.5g Grow/gallon November 4 Rearranged and increased lux to 30,000 November 10 It has been a learning curve for me this weekend trying to get temperature & humidity correct! All three plants looked like they were going to die! I ended up downloading a room VPD chart and hooked up a second humidifier and pumped humidity into the room at full blast. After a hour or so I finally got the VPD to be correct in the room! They are recovering well and I’m very thankful that they bounced back!

This one was a huge surprise because up to this point i had thought it was a completely different plant, blueberry cupcake. one of two seedlings had died and i didn’t have them properly marked. its growing great but clearly has a long way to go before finishing. smells like pine, funk, and a hint of citrus

FD22 - So...ummm... I forgot to update this diary for days. I even forgot to take pics today before the lights were out, so I quickly opened the tent and snapped a terrible picture. lol We're off into the fourth week of flower, and the girls are rocking it in the tent. They. Smell. AMAZING! They are the best smelling plants that I have ever grown. It's a pure joy to open the tent. FD23 - Took a bunch of pics FD24 - Watered each girl with 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.3, with 50 ml of EM-1. FD28 - The end of yet another week and not much to report. I did deploy Green Lacewing larvae to combat the thrips since the predatory mites weren't up to the task.

It is so very hot now every day here. All my girls are suffering from the heat and they need to be watered very frequently. I avoid drying them out completely. She is developing nice long colas that start to smell really good.

I will be growing her again, as I feel like I let her down, by letting her PH drift so low.. Other than that, she grew beautifully, and fumes of potency as you gaze at her! She yielded more than I expected! She's not that far below my previously lowest yielding plant! :)

I've cut down on grow at this point as the soil seems to have a lot. I'll feed for another week then think about Flushing. The kalimist will keep getting fed bloom and grow as its only been flowering for about 3 weeks due to taking longer to force flower.

Timing seems about right. The current flowering plants are finishing so these will be in flower within two weeks. From all that I've learned this grow (being my first DWC), I plan on carrying on with a combination of organics and synthetics. Along with GHE products below, I'll be using the organics right along side. Mainly for the microbes and fungi. I plan on keeping my water about 1-2" below the basket with heavier pumps. Will be using the EcoPlus Eco Air 4 Four Outlet air pump divided into 2 buckets/2 air stones and using the 2 Marina 200 Air pumps for clones. That will more than double the airflow to the roots. When I change the res and even when I transfer over to the larger flower DWC bucket (3 gal - 5 gal) I'll be keeping a litre of the veg solution to add to the fresh new res, thus 'inoculating' it with the already stable microbial and fungal environment that it's been used to. As well, I'll continue with Hygrozyme on a 'maintenance' dosage when changing the res and adding a liter of the microbial and fungal tea listed below as well as a dose of Tarantula from Advanced Nutrients. Adding organic Alaskan veg and bloom fertilizer (some 'Fulvic acid' as well, like seaweed liquid. Plants uptake Fulvic better than Humic. Root fungi eat the Humic and poop out Fulvic!) in 'moderation' to help bring PH back down and feed microbes and fungi. Once the plants start really stacking, I'll add more synthetics to compensate and to lower PH. The organics can really mess with the EC so I'm not going to be freaking about high levels. Found that it didn't effect the plants health that much if at all. This week went well. After transplanting the Sour Diesel grew pretty quick. In another few weeks I will have to transplant into a a 2 or 3 gallon fabric pot. So far so good....talk to you next week.

03/10/25. Start week 2 flower or day 8 Again…going with these definitely are based off candy and not size. She’s stretched 8 inches already. Her sister, Mellow yellow, is the same height. As usual she’s still yellow lol. Both seem to be more shy than their friends about showing some buds. Lots of white hairs sprouting all over. I’m sure they’ll be showing up any time now. These things are so bushy and leafy they almost look like some kinda big plant that you’d just see near some piece of art in the corner of your house. Anyhow, they’re drinking a gallon and a half about every 4 days. Usually feed every other water but these were getting a bit of spots around leaf edges.. that I’m thinking is potassium deficiency. So, didn’t skip feeding and actually increasing by going early with green sensation at half dose. The bottle says 4 weeks and up, but if they’re lacking, what can it hurt? I’ve increased light intensity to about 75% and they’re currently 13 inches from it. Going to raise it up some in the morning, as this seems a bit close for the moment. That about covers it for now. ✌️✌️
