Week 16 – Close to the Finish Line 🏁🌾 Week 16 and we’re clearly heading into the finale. Harvest is very close now. The smell is absolutely insane — lemon, sweet candy, bonbon vibes, bright and loud. The buds are looking fat, heavy, and fully developed. One thing still bugs me a bit: the front right plant in the 15L pot. That one turned out absolutely amazing — a really special pheno. Strong structure, beautiful buds, insane aroma. It honestly hurts that I didn’t take a backup or a cut from her. Lesson learned the hard way. Still, I’m very happy overall. Day 59, 17th of November 2021: Well, not much to mention but the most important: Pistils are coming so the flowers are on the way!!!!! Set up is the same nothing has changed: ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.

Flush time for divine storm and mandarin dreams. These ladies are frosty and sticky AF! Just insane how sticky they are and the frost is like light snow, my camera just doesn't do it justice. The Mars-Hydro TSW2000 has blown me away over the course of this grow. It's definitely a high quality light and has delivered impressive results so far. Thanks for stopping by growfessors! 👽🌳💚

Week 9 for 9lb Hammer F2 Plants in veg have been loving the stormy rain weather for sure 😂 They are getting much wider in size. Still not loving these 2 but the bigger they get the more they are growing on me. The pots are the heaviest they could be😅 Extremely saturated from the heavy rain fall. Wont need to be watering any of them for a while...

Coming along nicely. Should be a good little bud stick by the end.

Week 4 for Moby dick, She's finally starting to full herself together and getting some size, surprised how well she's doing for such low humidity conditions. I wont be training this girl whatsoever for now anyway unless her bottom branches start to push harder with growth. She's starting to show a few white hairs so i think from next week it will be pre flower time for her. I did encounter some aphids with her, was checking all the leaves every 8 hours or so killing anything i could spot & after 3 days or so i seem to be able to get rid of the issue.🙏

Day 70 — Cruising right along with the grow. Can’t say enough about the Sensi Bloom. I will definitely be using it for the next grow. Both Veg and Bloom. Buds are really filling on the short LB. Getting fat and sticky. Smell is really nice as well. Remind me of the pot from the 70’s. I’m starting to stress a bit about when to harvest. I don’t have a magnifying glass strong enough to see the trichromes. Is there another telltale sign the plant is ready? I’m starting to see the red hairs so is that an indication flowering is winding down? I still think I have a couple weeks, but will be watching them closely. Thanks for reading.

8/5 (Day 49)- The start of a new week! Last few days have been a little rough and I have unfortunately been unable to keep up the post. Dealing with a back injury so it’s been difficult just to keep up with the feedings. We are looking pretty good though and starting to feel a bit better. The last few days I’ve been slowly but surely trying to get a good defoliation in which I feel was needed very badly. Opened up a lot of place for light and airflow. Messing with the back left plant and OMG my hands got sticky quick! I leaned in for a close smell and all I can think of when I smell is candy, a very sweet smelling candy. It shocked me how sweet and yummy the smell was. All conditions for the environment are stable and kept in check. The girls are taking down 4-5 gallons a day now. Will continue to update this week. Thanks! 8/6 (Day 50)- Just monitored and checked in on everything today. Starting to feel better so not too worried about the change out in the morning. Gonna up the light and ppms a bit tomorrow then monitor very close the next few days. I think they should be good. Everything staying in check. 8/7 (Day 51)- Changed res and new fresh food for the ladies. I increased light power a little as well as PPMs. Going to monitor next few days, then when my back is 100% gonna do one last round of defoliation and trimming as well as put up the trellis net. I know it’s a bit late but the two plants on the right may need it. 8/8 (Day 52) - Just have been monitoring and refilling the res today. They are drinking 4-5 gallons a day. I also did a light light defoliation. I will be going through in the next day or so to do a bit more in depth defoliation to open up for more light and air. These girls grow and recover so fast. 8/9 (Day 53)- The two plants on the right are continuing to stretch quite a bit! The left plants seem to be short bushier plants, also im very sure I could have easily dont something to stunt them and not realize, but they seem to be pretty darn healthy. Did some defoliation, I've honestly been plucking leaves here and there everyday and focusing specifically on a plant when I feel it gets too bushy. They bounce back very quickly so that has been my method along with tying some branches down and bending here and there. 8/10 (Day 54) - Wow that back right girl is really growing. She has really been stretching the last two days. Just monitoring and adding to the res every so often. They are continuing to drink 4-5 gallons a day and all conditions stay in check. I did move one fan to get more airflow through the bottom of the canopy. I feel like I have constantly been moving things around this grow, trying to get a feel of what's best for the plants. Very happy with the Sour gorilla. Buds are rock hard and smell sweet and a little gassy. The flavour when smoking has more sour and gives you the lip smacks.

Week 9 day 1 video pheno. Gonna chop this week Week 9 day 7 well chop this weekend so on week 10 Day 1-2. Just waiting on a light to reveg one. Everything is magic

Ya habiendo comenzado el diario, la calidad del vídeo es la mejor posible, con un móvil de calidad media/baja. Terminada su 5a semana de floración, han formado unas puntas increíbles, ahora empezarán a engordarlas. También empiezan a soltar bastante resina.

Question 1 there’s a bit of purple on the stem I kinda did a nasty job on transplanting I believe it’s that but I’d still like some input if possible Question 2 theres a bit of yellowing I was wondering if that’s perhaps due to nutrient deficiency I do have my lights pretty far away and have them pretty low Lastly the nutrients I added were like at the same time I transplanted I heard Gaia green takes up to two weeks for the nutrients to be available I forgot to add warm casting so should I top dress with some worm casting?

I keep saying I’m just gonna let this one grow out just to see what happens but it’s getting so bushy. I’m really really tempted to defoliate. I’ll look more into it this week and if I decide, I’ll update the girl journal for the most part. I am definitely probably gonna do foliate at this point. I did also add bud candy to my nutrient list.

So there is actually very little work this week .. She has been a real joy to grow so far.. I do understand what they meant by pheno-hunting...
