💎 Black Diamond Auto by Zamnesia – Pheno A Week 6 | A Black Diamond Revealing Its Brilliance Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! Some plants ask for your attention. Others simply earn it. Black Diamond Auto Pheno A has quietly become one of the standout performers in the room, displaying remarkable vigor, outstanding health, and an effortless elegance that's becoming more impressive with every passing week. Growing under the exact same conditions as every other plant in this project, she's proving once again that genetics have a personality all of their own. While some phenotypes take their time settling into flower, this lady has embraced the transition with confidence, stretching beautifully while already building an impressive number of developing bud sites. For a plant grown 12/12 From Seed, and especially for an autoflower, her progress has exceeded my expectations. She's growing exactly as I hoped she would. 🌱 The 12/12 From Seed Adventure Every plant in this project has been flowered from the moment it emerged from the soil. No extended vegetative period. No additional weeks under 18 or 20 hours of light. Just twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness from day one. One of the reasons I love this method is because it allows every genotype to express its natural potential without artificially extending its growth. It creates an incredible opportunity to compare phenotypes while making efficient use of the growing space. Black Diamond Pheno A seems completely comfortable with the challenge. Rather than slowing down, she's thriving. 💎 A Phenotype Full of Confidence Standing at approximately 111 cm, she has become one of the tallest plants in the room and is very likely the tallest Black Diamond phenotype of the project. Her architecture is simply beautiful. Long, elegant branches rise confidently toward the light while maintaining excellent spacing between flowering sites. The central stem is thick and strong, supporting a canopy that's naturally balanced despite her impressive height. The foliage is another highlight. Rich, deep green leaves cover the entire plant, showing outstanding health and confirming that the current feeding program is providing exactly what she needs. Every leaf stands proud, acting like a perfectly tuned solar panel powering the next stage of development. She's growing with the kind of quiet confidence that makes you smile every time you open the tent. 🌸 Flowers Arriving Right on Schedule One of the biggest surprises this week has been just how quickly her flowers are developing. Considering she's an autoflower being grown under a continuous 12/12 light schedule, I honestly expected flowering to be slightly more delayed. Instead, she's right where she should be. Fresh white pistils continue emerging across every branch, while the individual flower sites are already beginning to stack into recognizable clusters. The spacing between nodes should provide excellent airflow while still allowing the flowers to merge naturally as bloom progresses. Everything about her suggests she's preparing for a very productive flowering period. 🌿 Gentle Training, Maximum Efficiency Training remains intentionally simple. Earlier Low Stress Training successfully opened her structure, and from this point forward, only occasional leaf tucking is needed to keep the canopy balanced and every developing flower site exposed. Healthy fan leaves remain exactly where I want them whenever possible. Rather than removing valuable solar panels, I prefer repositioning them to improve light penetration while preserving the plant's full photosynthetic capacity. The result is a naturally open canopy with excellent airflow and outstanding light distribution throughout the entire plant. Sometimes less truly is more. 💧 Bloom Nutrition Begins to Shine This week marks another exciting milestone as the flowering nutrition continues evolving. Current feeding includes: • Plagron Terra Bloom • Plagron Power Buds • Plagron Sugar Royal • Plagron Pure Zym • Plagron Green Sensation • pH adjustment using pH Plus and Lemon Kick This also marks the introduction of Green Sensation, one of my favourite bloom enhancers in the Plagron range. Rather than acting as a simple PK booster, Green Sensation is formulated to support flower development from multiple angles, encouraging efficient nutrient uptake, stronger flower formation, improved resin production, and overall plant vitality throughout bloom. Introducing it as the plants fully commit to flowering helps prepare them for the demanding weeks ahead, and judging by Black Diamond Pheno A's response so far, she's more than ready for the next stage. 🌡️ A Stable Environment Consistency continues to be the foundation of this grow. Current conditions remain: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • pH: 6.0 • EC: 1.78 mS/cm • Root zone temperature: 21°C • Nutrient solution temperature: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 639 ppm When the environment stays predictable, the plants can dedicate all their energy to growth, flower production, and resin development instead of adapting to unnecessary fluctuations. It's one of the simplest principles in growing—and one of the most rewarding. 📸 This Week's Gallery This week's photographs capture exactly why this phenotype has become one of my favourites. The full-plant shots reveal a tall, elegant silhouette rising confidently above much of the canopy, while the close-ups showcase beautifully formed flower sites covered in fresh white pistils and the first visible dusting of trichomes beginning to appear on the sugar leaves. Even at this early stage, the buds are developing with impressive uniformity from the lower branches all the way to the main cola. The rich green foliage provides the perfect contrast against the bright white pistils, creating a plant that's as beautiful to photograph as she is to grow. Sometimes you can tell a plant has something special long before harvest. She feels like one of those plants. 🔮 Looking Ahead The coming weeks should be incredibly exciting. I expect the final stretch to slow naturally as more energy shifts toward flower production, allowing each bud site to begin swelling and connecting into longer, fuller colas. Green Sensation will continue supporting that transition while the flowering program gradually takes centre stage. If she continues performing like this, I believe she has every opportunity to become one of the standout plants of the entire project. The structure is exceptional. The health is exceptional. And now the flowers are beginning to catch up. 💚 Thank You Thank you for following another week of this incredible journey. Watching phenotypes reveal their own personalities is one of the greatest pleasures of growing from seed, and Black Diamond Pheno A is quickly becoming a perfect example of why every individual plant deserves its own story. A heartfelt thank you to: 💚 GrowDiaries for providing a place where growers from around the world can learn, share experiences, and inspire one another. 🌱 Zamnesia for supplying the genetics behind this beautiful phenotype hunt. 💜 Plagron for the nutrition that continues supporting these ladies through every stage of development. 💡 Future of Grow LED for delivering the consistent light driving this entire grow. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable environment where each plant can express its full genetic potential. And finally, thank you to everyone following these diaries, leaving comments, sharing knowledge, and enjoying this adventure alongside me. Every grow teaches us something. Some plants whisper those lessons... Black Diamond Pheno A is saying them loud and clear. Until next week... Growers love and Happy Growing! 🌱💚

Welcome back, Other that the time lapse looking like an earthquake went off the RED POISONS are kicking ass the DARK DEVILS did not respond as favorably to the super soil. look like N toxicity! I thought it might have been over watering, but I let them dry out a bit this week and let them use the water left in the soil instead of watering the reservoir again. the DARK DEVILS look liked they stretched this week and there is no sign of nutrient deficiency. give them a drink on Saturday and re hydrate the soil.👍

we got this strain from super sativa seeds club to test grow, and the results are highly aligned with the super sativa seeds club standard and totally fulfil the expectations. This strain streched like a sativa but the buds grow as fast as an indica and got nice, hard and fat in around 7 weeks, another week to get totally ripen and you will get rewarded with nice, sweet buds, exploding in thc. This strain is perfect for true connoisseurs, the terpenes will definitely surprise any grower. This strain is suitablefor a good sog, to plant 20 in a grow room and flower them directly after 2 weeks. I did used some support to avoid buds falling around and sustain the weight of the buds. Some slight defoliation will help to have even the smaller buds get enough light, but in general we didn't removed to much leaves as the leave bud ratio is already optimal on the strains genetic.

Men, I don't know if was the nutrients, pots, new light or the second time. The size is rly big than the first time. The Torpedo double the size of the first time. Some old leaves are drying, taking an orange, by the other, same on the tip are taking a little effect. Maybe is 'cause by overnutrition. This week over the vegetative stage, and the smell will be more stronger since now.

The three girls are almost switching into flower, so this week i'll start with a low dosed flowering mix in terms of nutes Differences between the three are huge, there is no doubt that the three different environments we've put them in are definetely putting their mark on the growth and overall character of the plants. the signs of light deficiency on plant number 3 are showing clearly: its brittle and very wide spread, you can tell its looking for more light. Number #2 gets the most light and is hardly stretching at all. it seems like a crop of lettuce. Number #1 gets plenty light, not showing any signs of slowing down however i'm noticing that this one consumes less water (probably has to do with temp/RH levels being different due to the different lamp) than number #2. Probably should give #2 some more straight water because its consuming so much water and i do not want to overfeed it. I think #1 is doing fine and can do with a little less water, but with nutrients. #3 is hardly using any water it seems like, i'm thinking of moving it next to a radiator so it should be able to get a quicker absorbtion and vaporisation of water in its system, hopefully charging it with some more power. Just did some LST on day 29 as well, including removal of 2 leafs of both #1 and #2. Not sure if it should be considered defoliation though.. Don't think so ;) ------------ end of week 5: i've flushed plants #1 and #2 as seen on a video on youtube. the idea behind this is to flush out any leftover grow nutes and start with a clean slate when the girls transition into flower. as an added benefit i've discovered that it is much easier to maintain a beneficial VPD value when the earth is completely soaked once a week instead of watering it with smalller portions more often. The earth contains a lot more water and evaporates it into the climate, easily reaching a 60% RH without a humidifier in these fridges. I've even lowered the lamps to get the temps up, because the VPD was reaching values below 0.90.

Week 2, all 7 repotted in 4.5L and 7.5L pots.... all lights wired up properly...... holding perfectly with 24oC, 40% humidity... relying on the soil nutes, and just tap water...... the PH of the tap water is abit high- 6-7... so i'll try to get some rainwater, or 10L box of spring water....

10/16: A lot of stretching happening this week. I had to move the light up 3 times and even then the main cola of #1 grew into the light and got a little heat burn on the leaves. They are starting to build flowers. This will be a fun week as i should start seeing some purple in the flowers and leaves if I have one of the phenos that has the really deep purple. I did successfully clone all 4 plants, but ended ip with a powdery mildew issue in the propagator and so i may just throw the clones out as all of their rock wool cubes have some on it and i am not sure how to clear it up before putting them in soil. Will probably post a question about that. These ladies had a defoliation a week ago and clearly already need another. I over vegged for sure. I am not sure i am going to defoliate this week, and will probably just let them grow unbothered. Im hoping yo only have to defol one more time and so hoping to wait until they have finished their transition.
