3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

Nice flat canopy, no more wire needed for LST, will just gently pull the branches down as it grows. Now just need more growth! Trichomes popped and a lovely citrus aroma.

Day 21. I post one day earlier, but its a huge week for them. Cleared space, install chicken wire fence. Added worm castings, epsom salt, mono potassium, calcium nitrate , Great White, Biosys and hope they will be ok. Next visit in two weeks. Root system was good, couple girls had mini root bound on the bottom, so timing was perfect ! Sherbet was strongest, purple haze weakest, both Apples were ok too. Happy Growing !!!

This week I only watered them with water and aloe vera. They are growing, but slower than I expected, but that's okay. I think I'll leave them for another two weeks before flipping them for flowering.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. 19/06/2021 - Day 28 - First day of the 5th week. MEMO: I'm using the following "names" for differentiating the two both in comments and pics: 🅰️ - "A" for the one transplanted in the garden soil and that will NOT receive any nutrient; 🅱️ - "B" for the one that will grow in the pot and that will receive nutrients. 👉 Started LST also for "A", 3 good spots for the flowers. She is starting flowering right today. Smaller than "B" but I'm positive. 👉 "B" started flowering basically the 2nd day of 3rd week. Isn't this a little too early? Didn't have time to optimize LST so now I have to remove fan leaves in order let the sun light reach all the flowering spot. Definitely not satisfied with the training. Started right today feeding with "Easy Bloom Booster Tablets" by RQS. Hot and sunny week, zero rain, we good 😁 There is just one problem (is this a problem?): I think ants created a nest under both plants. Do I have to worry? Eleven roses surprise mi with pheno diferencies, but in a good way. Mine is resines full buds with flowers almost Fruit aroma. High is quick and Věry sativa feeling like U háve to move and do something! I cant smoke it before bed for sure

So this week I've added some co2 bags too help with the temperature raise here in my country and I've been told that not only too plants use co2 too grow but it also gives them the ability too withstand higher temps , I have been told by a grower that with co2 bags the plants can withstand temps of 35c with no ill effects on the plants so they have been placed Infront of the air intake pipes ,

🖐️👨‍🌾 Bienvenidos amantes de la Marihuana, comienzo una nueva temporada de cultivos, primavera/verano 24, con esta cepa que me va a llevar de viaje por el viejo reino de Siam a la búsqueda de la marihuana que pude fumar allí y antaño, tal vez en este camino cargado de recuerdos, me encuentre con otras flores... con más recuerdos. Después de unas semanas de descanso de la temporada anterior, comienzo este nuevo viaje con ganas y la esperanza de conseguir la mejor cosecha hasta el momento. Preparé concienzudamente el sustrato donde puse las semillas de las 9 cepas que voy a cultivar esta temporada, mi intención era emular la germinación espontanea que se produce en el bosque o campo, pensé en reproducir este escenario, mezclé un sustrato "cocinado" durante meses con nutrientes y minerales, añadí fibra de coco inoculada con Microorganismos de Montaña y mi Bio Coco EM que contiene minerales, hormonas, enzimas, etc. puse la semilla en superficie de ese sustrato y lo tapé con materia orgánica seca proveniente de Mulch rescatado de mi anterior temporada de cultivos, a continuación humedecí todo con agua caliente y miel, lo tapé y lo puse al calor de una manta eléctrica, a los 3 días asomó esta semilla de Thai Fantasy, dos días después otra semilla de Colombia Gold también salía del sustrato, pero 8 días después ninguna de las otras 7 semillas germinó, a la vista de una lupa, todas la semillas estaban podridas y con ácaros similares a los que se ven en el compost, el fracaso ha sido total, la ley de la selva a imperado y solo han sobrevivido las más fuertes, estas dos semillas tendrán las mejores macetas, se las han ganado. Ahora he vuelto a poner las semillas a germinar, pero esta vez sobre servilletas húmedas y calor, y prepararé un sustrato menos caliente para el momento del trasplante... adelante!
