31 Aug. I start the third week of my autoflower. The plant is growing well, but I noticed small yellow spots on the leaf tips, which seem like a mild calcium deficiency. This is probably due to the fact that so far I have been giving water with a slightly low pH, around 6, while the ideal range would be 6.5–7. At the beginning, to lower the ppm of the tap water (which was around 211 ppm), I mixed it with demineralized water. This brought the ppm down to about 109–140, making it harder for the plant to absorb the available calcium. Additionally, the soil I am using, Biobizz Light Mix, is lightly fertilized but does not contain enough calcium to correct this small initial deficiency. For this week, I will not add any fertilizers. I simply want to raise the pH to 6.5 and use water with higher ppm, so the plant can better absorb the nutrients already present in the soil. The lamp is positioned about 35–36 cm from the plant and so far there are no burn issues. Temperatures range between 25 and 30 °C depending on the day, while humidity in the room stays between 40–60%. The humidifier is always on because I keep the window open, but the dehumidifier is not being used, as it is not necessary at the moment. I also have a new oscillating fan arriving to replace the current fixed one, and I’m waiting for a regulable extractor (90–145 m³/h), which will allow me to control the air perfectly during winter if needed. This week my main goals are: Increase the water ppm without overdoing it Adjust the pH to 6.5 Keep observing the plant without adding any fertilizers Everything else seems fine and growth is regular. With these corrections, I expect the new leaves to grow healthy and free of spots. ==UPDATE 31/08== To control the calcium deficiency, I will administer an eggshell solution until I reach 300 ppm (I will boil some eggshells and administer the solution in tap water).

Yo what's up growmies. smooth sailing, no more leaks have sprung, the buckets have been recirculating nicely, it seems as if my mad idea to turn my DWC into an undercurrent RDWC mid flower wasn't so mad after all! the plant bucket is as good as off limits now, its a whole lot of noodle, the roots in it have swallowed my InkBird Probe, which has been kept at a cool 19 degrees steadily. I'm happy i have an easy access bucket now, though, i noticed that if i do not aerate the reservoir, black smuts starts collecting on the bottom, so I put in some better air stones and we are good now. As for the plant; after starting green sensation these things have become incredibly sticky and smelly, I still cannot place the smell! i like it a lot once i'm acclimated to it, but when first opening the tent it attacks your sniffer quite violently, this is not a stealthy strain, she is resinous and loud. I think I am happy with my training and how she turned out with a few exceptions, next time, I'm growing following a guide, like Nebula Haze, whilst taking clones. I know this is week 6 of flower, but honestly its more like week 3 or 4 of actual flower, hence why i waited so long to add PK to the mix, this girl took a while to hit puberty and start flower production after flipping to 12-12, Im not sure if its the strain, a fuck up on my part, or just nature being nature, she did seem to stretch after flipping and before starting flowers, so I'm going to guess it's one of those Sativa quirks where it all just seems to take...a.....little.......longer. which is I will also set up a veg tent, sick of waiting for flowers! gotta keep that perpetual grow going, you know how it be. Gorilla cookies has grown a lot. She is 18 inches tall! I took a picture so show viewers how much growth she has up under the main cola area. I decided that I needed to do a LST on her and tie down 4 of her stems. If you look at the pictures, you can see the LST really opened her up a lot. Looking at the weather this week, we are going to have a lot of bright, sunny days. That means I will have to water and feed my plants regularly. It will be nice to have a break from all of the rain that we have had. I bought some "Fruit Fly Sticky Traps Fungus Gnat Traps Insect Trap for Plants Kitchen Indoor Outdoor White Flies Mosquitos Fungus Gnats Flying Insects Houseplant Gifts" off of Amazon that I really like. I don't know if anyone else has a buggy problem, but it seems like every time I get a new bag of soil, there are little gnat like bugs flying around. I tried to show my viewers how many bugs the sticky traps caught. I am very interested in how my FBA Gorilla Cookies is going to grow --I usually buy 3 containers of FoxFarm nutrients but for this grow I am using Miracle Grow. I had some left over and decided to use up what I had instead of buying something new. As always, please leave me comment and EAT COOKIES!!!

Everything's still going pretty good. With my previous grow I had some problem with overwatering (classic noob mistake), so as you can see on the video I'm giving them small amounts at a time once every 4/5 days. Made a photo of the light that I'm using. Flowering mode is turned off so power consumption is around 120 watts.

The outdoor grow continues to come along nicely! Temps were up last week, getting in the 30's with the humidex, so the ladies got some extra water. Thanks for stopping by growfessors 👽🌳💚

Welcome to the fifth week of flowering ... The smell is strong enough. The tops are getting hard and filled with resin, the pistils are getting dark and some violet shades are noticed. Unfortunately for the hydroponic system my water pump broke when it was still in veg and as soon as I inserted the bloom the air pump broke too. I could not replace either of them and therefore the results in hydro are not abundant but the smell is very good. With the help of ga3 I produced some male flowers only on the Cranberry and therefore some seeds on the smaller flowers ... Happy growing to all

11/20/23 - Day 14 - Today the box flipped to Veg state. I made the decision in the software yesterday, its take effect the next day at the light on schedule. The system will do a couple of things now that it's in Vegetative mode. Lights will remain at 18Hrs On/6hours Off, however the intensity will slowly creep from 30% intensity to 100% within a couple of days. Air Temp will remain the same at 79deg. F Humidity will go down to 50% Water temp and PH will remain the same, 64.5deg. F and 6.0Ph Because I have it all hooked up for Auto water. It started the first video about 1 min after lights on. It drained the water, refilled it. After it refilled it, it turned on the air stone, started the water temp cool down, and it slowly over the next 30 minutes delivered nutes, and finished it off with balancing the PH. All of this was done on its own. I DID NOTHING. Other than verify because why not. I sat back and watched the system work. This time around with everything hook up for auto I really am not doing much. The hardest part of this grow so far is not opening the door while the light is off. the rest of the week I don't expect to do much. I will update daily with pictures and things that I am noticing. This is an Auto strain. I am a little worried about growing an Auto in this box. usually, I can control the growth utilizing the lights because I'm space limited. This time the plants going to flip to flower on its own. I'll need to make sure I am training and cropping early on. 11/24/23 - Day 18 - Everything is starting to get aggressive in there. I say that because the new nodes are growing out of new nodes on the top. It's like its packed full of plant and it all wants to come out at the same time. The leaves have more serrated Leafs than I have seen on any of the other strains I have grown. Ill post a picture of the last time I grew this strain. I did it in Coco Coir. It will be cool to see the differences. 11/25/23 - Day 19 - The Leaves are all reaching up, and the plant is growing so fast! Its such a bushy plant.

Ok start of week 5, as stated in the video I finally got on top of the ph drop. After some research I found that dwc systems can have 2 problems that can create this problem. One is the air it pulls in is to rich in co2 and basically creates acidic resovour but since I have been changing the system weekly I didn’t feel this was my problem. The other reason could be too low ec for the plants. Basically every plant has a natural ec lvl and if the nutrients are below that of the plant it can create an inbalance that leads to ph drop. I upped my nutrients from 1200 to 1400 and since I done that my ph has stayed stable at 5.8. Also had signs of slight light burn so lifted the light. So on we go learning this system day by day. Will say I have seen some great explosive growth since it’s all been stabilised.
