Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The fourth autoflowering that we present to you is our version or rather of Zamnesia forgive me if I start to feel at home, it is the Northern Lights. Here we are talking about a classic of classics naturally in the Zamnesia version as I said above with the right ruderalis it really promises big harvests in a short time. There is great competition on this plant and I have grown some very good ones let's see what the home one is like. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Holaa sexta de la Negra44 y ultima semana de vegetación lo que me tiene muy contento. Hago los riegos 1/1, uno solo con agua(EC: 0.4) y el otro con los fertilizantes. En los riegos estoy utilizando Sensi cal-mag para llegar a una EC base de 0.4 y luego aplicar los fertilizantes. Regulo el PH con los reguladores de BioBizz. El día de hoy (04/08) se le realizo una defoliación pequeña en la cual solo elimine los brotes del primer nodo de la planta, luego se hizo la segunda aplicación vía foliar de Delta9 y en 10 días será la ultima aplicación que será a través del riego. El cambio del fotoperiodo lo hago de manera progresiva. Le doy dos horas más de oscuridad cada día hasta llegar a 12/12, el día de mañana (05/08) será el primer día con el ciclo 12/12 por esto el periodo de floración a empezado el día 43 de vida de esta planta. Durante esta semana la planta creció bastante y todo va bien encaminado. Ahora solo queda esperar que todo siga así y esperar que las temperaturas con el led apagado no sean tan bajas. Well , these girls are just massive 😂 I seriously have never saw this amount of growth in such a short time honestly 😂 When I'm putting the height of the plants I'm measuring from the bottle of the soil to just above and what I like to call gestimating as its beyond difficult to measure so sorry about that in advance guys 👎🏼 I wish I had an amazing camera so you guys can fully see the extreme crazy growth amongst the canopy ! Had to give the girls another major trim As those fan leaves where multiplying , twisting and knotting and doing some crazy 💩 Haha😂 Now we have been in limbo with what to do with regards to the scrog , everytime we decide something we end up doing the opposit so just going to take it week by week, as you can see from the middle of the canopy those stems have been wrapped round the full tent nearly and still popping right up, so put them back under which I was initially not going to do but yeh lol! Still using cellmax nutrients a,b and flower... Feel like I should stop haha. Highly rate them guys the growth with this grow compared to last is outstanding! Espero que anden bien amigos!, yo ando con poco tiempo (créeme que me encantaría poder cultivar y vivir de esto😅, pero esta complicado), a lo que este diario se refiere, he trasplantado a macetas definitivas de 10 litros, seguro ya comience la floracion la próxima semana , he regado con fertilizantes y agua con un ph de 6 -6.1, aun no he a medido drenaje. The Mandarine Cream is in its second week of flowering and is stretching incredibly. The plant is growing nonstop, and the buds are swelling beautifully. The aroma is becoming extremely strong, shifting to a more citrusy scent, reminiscent of grapefruit. The plant is healthy and looking great. Ambient Conditions: This week started off warm (with a minimum of 23ºC and a maximum of 30ºC), but a cold front has brought the temperatures down again (with a minimum of 11ºC and a maximum of 20ºC). Humidity remains quite low, around 30-35%. Training: I’ve kept the main apical tied down, which has resulted in 12 colas. Other than that, I haven’t done any additional training or defoliation. Fertilization: I applied one final dose of nitrogen this week and nothing else. Pest Control: The Beauveria treatments continue, and I no longer have any issues with the fungus gnats that had appeared. Watering: I’ve been watering the plant very minimally, as the substrate has been staying moist on its own. Looking Forward: From here on, there’s not much left to do except let the flowering progress and enjoy the results.

Final week now. I watered with clear water today and it’ll be the last time. Harvest will be on the weekend probably. Was a nice ride with some hurdles but it should turn out alright. Excited for the next grow already. Will most probably be Dynamite Diesel. Stay tuned for more. Update: All the branches are hanging at half past eight, as we say in German. None of them can hold its weight properly anymore. Only one or two days left. I’m excited to see the roots. The ones in my first grow have been kinda crippled for various reasons mostly my fault. But this time the roots at day 12 when I repotted already looked stronger and even almost bigger than those of my first grow after the harvest. So I’m expecting the entire pots to be filled with strong roots justifying this so far magnificent result.

Another week without any big issues! I am still figuring out this light though, I started lowering it now and it is at 100%. I am surprised how little heat it is putting off. I haven't had to remote mount the driver.

Bumped up the nutrients this week. not by much, though. Just enough to top off. I prefer to make gradual increases and underfeed rather than overfeeding. To me it's easier to correct problems of underfeeding than to correct the problems from overfeeding.
