Added another 1800w LED (pulls like 250w from the wall) to the 1800w one we already have. Provides a better even spread of light so they aren't all reaching for the middle and they can grow upwards towards the light instead. Raised average temps by a few degrees with still below 80 so its good. Ended up flooding the tent on accident when the water was left on and it drained our reservoir. The plants experienced some nutrient burn probably because of the 4 gallons of nutrient supplemented water they were flooded with. The time lapse will show the flood :P Refilled the reservoir with 5.8 pH'd water with no nutrients to help the nute burn. Did some defoliation and LST. Janice and Rachel were topped. Ended up accidentally snapping one of the lower branches on Monica and just propped it up and its healing well no issues. Have some great before and after pictures of some of the defoliation and growth on the plants. With the defoliation tons of new bud sights are growing well since the light can penetrate better and the addition of the new light helps too. The runt (Pheobe) is still.... runty. basically just gonna use the zkittlez to fill out some empty spaces that the sour grape kush doesn't fill. The sour grape kush is super bushy and is doing noticeably better.

25.08.2026 Update: Woche 7 ist gestartet & damit für mich auch der offizielle Wechsel in die Blüte :D. Ich bin bisher super zufrieden mit der **AK-47 Auto von HubaSeedBank**, denn der Grow verlief bis jetzt wirklich ohne größere Probleme. Die AK hat sich von alleine richtig gut im Zelt ausgebreitet, sodass ich weder toppen noch groß mit LST arbeiten musste. Mit ihren ca. 55cm scheint sie den Stretch jetzt hinter sich gelassen zu haben & macht insgesamt einen sehr gesunden Eindruck. Ab jetzt liegt die volle Konzentration auf den Buds & ich bin gespannt, wie stark sie in den nächsten Tagen zulegen. 28.08.2026 Update: Woche 7 ist in Progress & die AK-47 Auto von @HubaBreedingLab_85 sieht aktuell richtig gut aus. Das satte Grün gefällt mir sehr & auch die auffälligen Blattspitzen aus den letzten Wochen haben sich mittlerweile vollständig erholt. I transplanted the Blackberry Kush a little early so it could start benefitting from the auto watering. For my grow set up I am not worried about overwatering, and I think the root development will be just fine in my tall, 2.5g pots. I will keep dialing up the nutrients carefully, as the Blackberry Kush is showing some minor development issues which I hope will self resolve (the Fastbuds Blackberry is doing great in the same conditions). I will have a lot more updates during the week, happy growing everyone and stay safe! 👍🌱 Day 10: started adding silicon and rapid start (and a little pH down) and upped the trio slightly. In case anyone is wondering if there is any perlite, there is! It's just chilling under layer of pure coco. Right now there is 3l of perlite per pot, with the highest concentration lowest in the pot where drainage will be needed the most. Day 12: I lowered lights to 20 inches which is my vegitative growth hanging height generally. Thanks to those who responded to my grow question regarding this plant's leaf deformaties, the general consensus was that if the other parameters are good and this is the only plant showing symptoms it is likely genetic. This is also what I have suspected, as the only other plant I have had display these characteristics was a Black Cream almost a year ago grown with a completely different growing style. That plant grew alright (although slightly behind it's peers) so I hope this one can do well once it starts taking off! Day 13: I am running low on calimagic as a cal mag source, so I switched out to Greenleaf nutrients cal-mag pro that I have a bag of (that will last forever!) It has a bit more nitrogen, which is good for the current plant stage, so I can save the calimagic for flowering if the plants don't mind the switch. I mix about .5-.6 EC worth of Cal mag, which is about .625tsp per 5 gallons of the Cal mag pro. I will have this reflected on tomorrow's diary entry.

Week 9 D66. Mad how far she is behind. She only started first signs of stigma, (flowering, pistons, white hairs) 14-18 days ago. So by right you should give any auto up to 55 days of flowering. I know some say 70days from seed-harvest but you start counting once you see signs of flowering, no auto will be done under 40 days, has to have at the very very least 40days and even then she still more than likely could still happily bake for 14days and not bend a leaf in unhappiness. You always wanna go by the trichomes either way. Am pushing the PPM up by a couple 100, she can take it. Am going to give her another 20days on this mix 3 weeks and then change it up by dropping nutes and cutting the PPM at least by half a week before the 2 week flush, (when I say flush, I just mean just flawless finish with no run-off and let the plant finish up on that. This being the course if nothing comes up. But you never know with autos. RH is steady at 65% in the tent and 55-58% in the room temp is 21 with lights off and on its 26c. 15/3/22 Taking a lovely overall shape. Going to have some nice long colas hopefully. Day 56: Like I said in the 2 weeks before this one, I was on vacation and a friend took care of my plants. This is the last week he helped out, I will be taking care of them again in the upcomming week. Well what can I say about this week; - Weather/climate was still bad. Lots of rain and cold temps. - They kind of failed with Low stress training, they went up and stretched without proper bending. - One plant has already mature looking buds but still on the small size. Two/three of them are going well and one is falling behind flowering wise. - They look nicely green tought. Until next week.

Começou a flora, ontem fiz a primeira rega com os fertilizantes da flora, elas parecem estar gostando bastante, notei algumas queimaduras nas folhas, não sei o que pode ser mas estou observando ver se evolui ainda não fica claro qual o problema. Esses dias as temperatura tem sido boas, não muito quente não muito frio, acredito que isso tá ajudando muito, o cheiro está começando a ficar mais notável, e o substrato tá secando mais rápido também, já estou pensando em aumentar o volumen de rega mais não tenho certeza. Week 2 of Bloom

Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil.
