The big day is here! 😎 Today, March 28th, 104 days (15 weeks) after germination, I have harvested my first indoor photoperiod plant. It has been an incredible challenge, especially managing it in the middle of a winter environment, but the results speak for themselves. 📏 Harvest Data (Wet Weight) -Total Wet Weight: 56.5 grams (15.7g + 40.8g). -Final Height: 40 cm of pure density. -Status: Rock-hard buds and an impressive resin layer. -Dry Estimate: I estimate that after water loss (60-70% less), the final dry weight will be between 14 and 17 grams, given how dense the buds are and the cold conditions we’ve faced. 🌡️ Process Summary -Managing a grow with lows of 12°C for my first indoor photoperiod experience has been difficult. I am aware that a climate control system would have been ideal, but the budget is what it is 😆. Despite the limitations, using lukewarm water for irrigation and controlling the lamp height were vital. This plant has been a great learning experience, and I am sure the next one will be much better, applying everything I’ve discovered during these 15 weeks. Now, on to a slow and controlled dry so the flavor is as spectacular as its look! I want to wrap up this diary by thanking everyone who has joined me during these 15 weeks. Your likes, and comments have been an extra motivation to pull this Critical through despite the cold challenges. It has been an incredible learning journey, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my first indoor photoperiod plant. 24/03 watered AGAIN after 2 days with 1.5L 5.9 PH 1.5 EC, 5ml/L of Terra Bloom. So far im really happy with plagron. Just one bottle for grow and one for bloom and the plants look healthy and show no signs of deficencies. really happy with the product. Moreso than biobizz, where i used Grow, bloom, calmag, activera and topmax and still fought deficencies here and there. I also am conflicted about the trellis net. I like what it does but i think my tent is too full with plants or too small to really enjoy it growing-wise. I cant move the plants and its hard to reach them during watering. So i removed it again. its an on/off relationship with us :D I also did some more defoliation, PROMISE ITS THE LAST TIME. i took out the plants of the tent for it to better reach the insides of them and made some nice videos of their progress so far. ALSO: Tent smells really good and overwhelming when i open it! sadly, it escapes pretty fast so ill put "normal" smell on here. but its decent! She is putting all her effort in growing two long and three little branches. I turned her a bit more towards the sun and out of the shade of her neighbour plant. As the weather is great, she needs more water now.

I turned her pot and plucked a couple of yellow shade leaves...the basic daily maintenance. 9/22- I didn't water her yesterday as she looked great and was 'praying' hard. Today she was given 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ which I gave her through her drip pan (bottom chuggin) and I also gave her pot a turn. I'm keeping an eye on what appears to be a few seeds developing. I'm hoping they're just fat calyx's that haven't matured yet however there's a strong possibility that, due to a temperature fluctuation that was excessive (20℉) may have caused her to stress and turn hermaphroditic... Fingers crossed! 🤔🤞 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Six of flower in a couple of days and she'll be past the half-way point with the most exciting weeks yet to come! I didn't water yesterday and today I went ahead and Top Dressed her with 2 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Gold Premium 4-4-4, 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish, 1/3 cup Down To Earth High Phosphorus Bat Guano and 2 cups of Worm Castings. I watered in the Top Dress with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ and let her enjoy her meal! 😜 9/26- After her heavy watering on the 24th I didn't water yesterday and when I checked her today at 'lights on' and she still had some weight to her pot and her leaves were praying hard so I held off on watering today and will hit her tomorrow with her usual 1.5g watering. ~Thanks for stopping in! Day 57. I’m going to alternate water only and 50% feed now to finish. All 3 have their own minor issues but nothing of concern I don’t think. Hopefully they continue to swell. Still lots of white pistils. A good 20 days left as yet if the plant lets me push that long.

I'm seeing some definitely fast bud growth this week. Outdoors is keeping right up with indoors. However I didnt put it in the most rich soil and had to top dress with some roots bloom booster and papa's perfect poop. Indoors we have zero issues. The pheno is just killing it! Stinky too. Smelling like chocolate and coffee. She is the darkest in the tent. Easily. Indoors is the untrained pheno and there is a couple dominant colas. Like pine cones. Outdoors I trained this one, and she has golf ball nugs everywhere

Impressed with this plant. Only grew it under a cheap LED and it did really well. Harvested ~92G of prime bud plus an ounce of frosty trim which will be made into bubble hash. Will be interesting to see how much more it would yield under better lights. Nugs are dense, frosty and the hit from this strain is hard. Night time smoke. Will grow again. EDIT: As it cured, this just got better and better. Best weed I have grown, even better than the Wedding Gelato, which was incredible. Popped another seed straight away. Update after 12 days curing (See video): Gorilla gonna knock you out, son! Wow! This aint no friendly Disney Gorilla. This is a Dominant male Silverback with zero respect! These buds are dense and sticky after 12 days with a 62% humidipack in a Mason burping daily for the first week. Will def grow this again. Hardest hitting and as smooth as anything I've ever grown, too. Damn!

I removed the older leaves to help the plants focus their energy on fresh new growth 💪🌿 — and they’re loving it! 🍋 Fast Buds Lemon Zkittlez is smelling incredible — a sweet, fruity mix with that sharp lemon zest punch 🍬🍋🔥 🍇 Grape Wedding Force is stacking up with a strong, solid structure — it’s looking like a powerhouse in the making 💒🌲💥 🌶️💜 Red Hot Violet is coming along beautifully with a structure perfect for LST — can’t wait to see her stretch and train

Hi there ! Week 6 of flowering and the weather is an absolute shit fest now. Rain almost everyday, glad she is not under it, temperature are low but I am fighting as I Can. All pistils still white, I think she needs three more weeks, thats gonna be though but good I choose this genetic which is kind of cold crop. F41 pistils are turning creamy we are getting closer to the harvest guys ! Maybe 2 weeks more or even a bit less.

At the end of week 8 the blackberry cake feminised is doing well as the bud formation tightens and the stigmas fade, leaves paled it’s looking like the end is nigh. All of her energy is being used to complete the bloom. The try chromes glistening over the flowers are mostly milky. The blackberry cake feminised stalk is beginning to dull/decay. In the last stage of defoliation she will be flushed thoroughly for the last two weeks. She stands at 67cm tall.

Lets start off with the Gas lantern lighting technique, this was invented in the 1800's I believe, by hemp farmers. if you give the cannabis light for 1 hour in the middle of the night, then you will keep it from going into flower. So if you leave the lights on for 12 hours, then darkness for 5.5 hours then 1 hour of light then 5.5 more hours of darkness. This will give you the growth of a 18 hour light day but you will only use 13 hours of electricity. Plants are more rested, faster growth and tighter node spacing. Overall very advantageous. It generally shortens veg by 2 weeks. the Jobes organics 4-4-4 is 17g per gallon, Above measurement system would not allow this. Will start LST and FIMing once plants have settled from transplant. Added extra Silica to boost available Si until microbes can catch up and degrade the vermiculite properly.
