After putting my timer wrong at 24h, I adjusted it to 18h to match the photoperiod plant. Heavy defoliation helps them breathe a bit. Focus on main branches

So I got 4 ounces off this plant which is not bad for a 3 gallon pot grown indoor !! Very frosty and dense nugs. Also terps are very pungent and almost cherry flavored cough drops and funky smell to it ! Definitely packs a punch I give it 7 stars out of 10 ! Could been a little taller and wider but I don’t have a lot of space so it did the job for the space I have !

Week 6 of flowering, and things are heating up—literally with the scent! 🌬️💨 Both plants have significantly increased their aroma, and every time I open the grow box, I’m greeted with a strong and delightful smell that fills the space. The non-LST plant is much further along in its development. Its buds have progressed beautifully in color, and I’ve already noticed the first amber trichomes appearing. 🍂✨ This, along with its overall appearance, is signaling that it’s nearing maturity. Because of this, I’ve started flushing the plant with clear water to prepare it for harvest. Speaking of the LST plant, it’s about a week behind. 🌱 While it’s not as far along, it’s still thriving with strong trichome production and a stunning Lemon Haze aroma that’s sharper every day. 🍋💚 Both plants are doing great, and the differences in their timelines make this grow even more interesting. I’m excited to see how the LST variant catches up in the coming weeks! 😊🌟

I think it Is a great product to mantain your plants free from plagues. also I have used tricomas and Flora Booster to them. Will apply surely one dose More in two weeks and no More... not too much smell but they are growing nice.

SO this is my second grow of this strain, this plant shared a 120x120 tent with another Magic Melon and 2 Gorilla Cookies from Fast Buds (Amazing Strain) Very happy with large feedings, and now that she is alone in the tent, I can publish some good information about this strain as other diaries for this strain do not seem to do it justice. From previous grow, which was summer here so 40 degree C days, was growing at around 33C and obviously feeding it around 2.5 litres a day - but she did it and the smoke was great, this time around since the temps are in the normal ranges, Im hoping for less terpene loss and a much better smoke, great strain from HUMBOLDT - Im guessing this harvest will be in the 150 g Dry Weight Range, the previous 2 I grew in Summer at those very high temps yielded 220g between them.

I harvested her today, the trichomes were to my liking. She is STINKY, she is definatly taking after her diesel heritage, granted, she does have a super fruity tropical smell. She developed some purple tinges to the calix with the lights out temp in the 60's. Super starchy, and lanky. She needed support 3 weeks into flower. The buds are fat and solid. There was some foxtailing at the end, but its expected. She is super frosty and I'm happy with the outcome thus far. I'm trying out whole plant hang drying instead of individual branch hanging. Definatly saving me some time.

Good week. Light is great. It's rapid seedling growth is very impressive with the right co2 in a tent that just kisses the lights edges. Perfect umol 1125-1437. This lady is about 80cm away as my light is 100% for the 2 late flowering plants and then it'll be lowered to 70% in the next wk. And lower the distance then. No stretch, no mutos. Good healthy girl thus far. Good week. Diet Full plagron natural line. Shes in her 11L pot with all the extras from their line. And a few more for flowering. Their new Power Bud. And the norm + PK booster. Everything needed will be plagron. Except calmag (I like to control that separately either with cal powder or Epsom salt. Adding both when one is needed. Well, its not needed. Generally I rarely have cal issues. Co2 Jargin. (Not an advised read if you've no interest in co2) Co2 levels are kept within this level. But, I've set on delayed timing. As I need to make sure my plants are eating. So instead of a constant set co2 level. They're eating the level drops as low as 750min 800 (80% when it is dropped before its raised) and this way. I can tell my plants are eating. Its a method of co2 growing. Feed/eat/eat/feed. Its served me well. Saves on co2. But self application can be a bitch so 80% of the times its on fuzzy logic and its resets itself (this hmmmm. Hard to know when your plant is eating. I'll have to get a co2 monitor i can check on my phone. That way, I'll know how often co2 is injected. There's no count. You could of of units used. But, the math on a 10L tank per squirt, (im not that smart) nor would I even attempt it. Yes a co2 calculator can be used. But, that does not account of areas of the tent were the co2 rests on a low level. Co2 intake of the plants/how much they eat. There is a limit I've noticed. In late flowering plants after 10hrs of high co2 use. The intake drops of by about 90%. With autos, they'll eat forever. But id 8 fems and after 10hrs of solid co2 intake 200 ppm every 10m was going down and then late into the cycle they'd eat 200ppm in an hr. So, I'm learning. To know when my plants are eating and not, is just a gift alone. Not having to wait days, to notice an issue. But, it is very demanding. Nutrient 2x-3x the norm and 1-1.5L for fully grown plants twice a day so 2-3L , of which one needs to be nutrients every other day. Lights SE5000 seed-harvest. And this pheno has loved every umol from this beauty. So thankful to Bella for this chance to run a high powered light that has great capability for co2 (you don't need 1000w lights) for 3x3. This spectrum is proven itself everyday the plants co2 intake overall improved by 1/3rd possibly more. (Past test plants were under light as co2 rec) big improvement just finishing off my other plants. The fade alone is stunning. And the push these girls are doing from 50-30% faster across the board speaks for itself. Veggin plants in its 1st week. How did you create/breed Freakshow? A. Methodical selection, line breeding, and culling is the short answer. Read our About page for more details. Q. Is it an indoor or outdoor type? A. Everything I've ever worked has been outdoors, including of course Freakshow. It has been our experience that outdoor (or sun grown, as it's recently being referred to) cultivars seem to perform extremely well under artificial conditions. The opposite is not always true; indoor clones often give an outdoor grower headaches because they don't always make the transition smoothly. The exact heritage of any cultivar today is impossible to determine accurately. Also, considering the amount of continuous shameless hybridization that has occurred in the last 40 yrs., any modern kind could easily contain over 40 kinds. In the case of Freakshow, it's much more limited because the ancestry is largely older "Sativas" that didn't go through as much outcrossing. In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Freakshow has the pure energy effect and greatly alters perception to the positive side, so definitely destroys depression. Appetite suppression is a side effect, but the enjoyment of food is enhanced. I personally will attest to all of the above. We all have different receptor profiles, so these are just generalizations. This includes 0botritis, PM, various mites and insects, soil fungus, etc. We haven't heard any complaints along those lines so far, so if anyone has any problems, especially with a rigorous IPM regimen in place, we would like to hear about it. And if anyone can attest to the extreme level of resistance it seems to have we'd love to hear about that as well. Q. Does it contain web-leaf genetics? A. I thought I better clarify this because there are a few people thinking that because of an article "Growing Marijuana that Doesn't look like Marijuana" that mentions that I had worked web-leaf types years ago and had eventually turned that into Freakshow. This is incorrect and I'm needing to get ahold of the writer to have him change it. When I read the piece and saw the mistake I figured it didn't matter that much, that the actual method of breeding could just remain a "trade secret". Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. We solved the problem by removing the power supply from the Lumatek ats 300w pro lamp and taking it outside the tent. Everything seems to be fine even if there are some yellowish leaves.
