Day 29, topped twice 3 day intervals. Added some string lines an ties spread out, still space to fill keep in veg bit longer

This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁 I'll leave you with these beautiful photos and come back to you later. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

The moment of reckoning arrived with the scale's unveiling. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja, from a single plant, bestowed upon me 309 grams of dried medicine. Each gram was a treasure trove of cannabinoids, a promise of euphoria and relief. The sheer compactness of the buds translated into a concentrated potency that left me in awe. In parallel, the clones, nurtured with equal care, showcased a fascinating divergence. A twist in the tale unfolded as the intense oranges of the mother transitioned into vibrant tangerines. This unique expression, I believe, was a testament to the clones weathering a summer heatwave differently, bringing forth a distinct personality. The clones, resilient and generous, gifted me a bountiful 549 grams of pure joy. This now my keeper of the garden, an embodiment of the Lego Ninja's legacy. The harvest dance, though familiar, carried the nuances of tangerine zest, a refreshing twist that left me eager to explore its intricacies. Both harvests shared a common thread—their resinous abundance. The trim bin, akin to a treasure chest, gleamed with golden trichomes and fragrant joy. 2 Girls 1 Cup week 9? Short term memory loss is a m'fer... *edit* i have talked directly to quite a few suppliers/vendors/etc... and i can tell you FastBuds is a great company to do business with. im not licking boots here... i paid for my beans, and am loving these FastBuds genetics so far. JUST LOOK AT IT! a little short, but i think thats my fault from around the day 21ish mark if ya look back in the diary. i told myself i wasnt going to run any more autos, unless it was some odd occasion. but IF i do in the future... it WILL be FastBuds. unless this pink runtz i have ends up being an auto, and if it is.. im going to off the fucker lol. Day 56- GC is trying to catch up. I think stabbing the main helped a lil lol. Few random plucks on WG tonight, and don't even want to start on GC for now. May clean it up a bit later depending on how the back feels. It's got a ton of branches that are going to be too close REAL soon. Kinda f'd GC off over a week ago, and said I'd run it again in the future to make up for it. So not too pressed on how it looks, as long as it stays alive until WG chopping day. Atleast it wasn't a male 🤣. Anyway, bumped the girls up to the "aggressive" mid bloom GHE feed. Using TAP water to reduce the amount of calmag needed since mine has N in it.. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm 15mL calmag - up to 252ppm 10mL hydroguard Micro- 33mL Grow- 33mL Bloom- 47.5mL RES total after PH correction - 818 @ 5.91. ============================================================================================= Day 57- I REALLY need to cut back GC... like yesterday... backs been hurting something fierce, and I'm out of my medicine of choice ATM. few random plucks on WG today. may make my way in there again later and start hacking away at GC. will update pic if I do. They're both liking aggressive feed, maybe a touch too heavy on the N though. *edit* 🎶oops, i, stabbed it again...🎶 lol. still feel there's a branch that's gotta go. Started pulling WG out some to help expose lowers. Need more garden wire for sure ============================================================================================= Day 58- cut back GC even more.. we'll keep it alive, but I'll make sure it doesn't block the beloved WG. remember, there will be a list of things I learned I did WRONG in this experiment and will share at the conclusion. Trimmed up WG little bit later in their morning. Top view pic is after the small defol. Some fans only had the middle finger snipped, to be on the safe side. Progress seems slow on WG atm, but it's getting ready to fatten up and mature. ============================================================================================= Day 59- i just cut back GC AGAIN!!! like HALF of its branches, and cut all the tops to the same length before snapping todays pic. after comparing 58 to 59's pic... it STILL looks like it grew.. WTF... that things confused ASF or something... just dont herm on me... WG finish is right around the corner.. a few weeks... hang in there GC... hang in there... ive been topping off with 80% strength nutes and RO water, and the EC has remained pretty consistent. may bump em up one more time for WG next week to help fatten her up some. right before we dial it all back for the end. WG already looking pretty frosty, and the weatherman is predicting some more in the next weeks. *edit* added a night vid to show my WG defol struggles. Its easier to see why the foliage looks so thick and it needs a trim when lights on when you see lights off.. We're down to a few fans towards the bottom to help out down there. Rest are connected to bud sites, and are limited. May need to add a small fan blowing up WG skirt soon. ============================================================================================= Day 61- nothing really to report. tried to kill the ice probe, and put frozen 1L bottle (in 12hr rotations) to see how it performed. i think 61.2 is a little too cold for my liking, and one morning i woke the temp was over 71.. the roots are messing with the flow and the water isnt getting chilled as much with the probe. problem ive been facing for the last week or so. ice probe back in, and warming up the tent with its exhaust again.. should fab up a duct system for a 3d printer... ideas... tinkercad here we go.. ============================================================================================= Day 62- kinda feel bad for leaving GC out of the shot yesterday. Since she's riding along in this experiment... added her back today. WG is starting to phase 2. Her finish is coming within the next 2-3 weeks I'm guessing. Maybe 4? We'll see what tricomes say when the time gets closer. ============================================================================================= Been offered a cut off a custom strain that looks and tastes AMAZING! i know i may have mentioned pink runtz or amnesia lemon next... but i dont think i can pass up this opportunity.. will mention more about it, its name, etc etc when the time gets nearer.. -Added half the amount of nutrients recommended, may add a little more than half recommended during next feeding in a couple days -Newer leaves have a lighter brighter green, thinking more so than normal. Maybe not enough food? -Started LST, maybe too early? Day 50

Day 56-59 from seed. End of week 8. ( soaked in water before planting on March 7th) Great bud development over the past week. Starting to smell and really pouring on the THC. Last heavy feeding on day 58. Lowered my RH 35% (as low as it it can go, how low can ya goooo). Temp is 24c probably going to say right there until the end. Still all clear trichomes on the plants inspected with my microscope. Apologies for my pictures it’s impossible for me to take all my plants out of my tent when there this size so I won’t have full pictures of the plants until the final week I hope these do them some justice.

This was a wild ride. Gave way to many nutrients and I realised this way too late, when lock-ups already started to happen. The buds still look very potent, I just think they had way more in em size/potency wise if the nutrients would've been on point. Not growing auto flowers indoor anymore, but I'll deffo be growing this one outdoors this year! The smell is out of this world, #1 smells like tropical fruit juice, #2 more of a candy-sweetness but definitely tropical. Can't wait for ya'll to grow this one!

Internodal spacing is tight, leaf formation is elegant, and both phenos (PM#1 and PM#2) remain incredibly similar in structure, color, and vigor. They have a compact yet big presence, lush canopies with balanced symmetry. The consistency in these genetics is impressive, and they’ve kept their health spotless from the start. ⸻ 📸 Studio Shots This week, we brought them into the studio to capture their beauty one last time before they transition to flower. Deep greens, perfect leaf serration, and textbook node formation, they’re looking ready for the big stage. ⸻ 💧 Feeding – No Change in Recipe We continue with the same nutrient schedule as before: • Start Booster – To encourage strong root systems and microbial support • CalMag Boost – To ensure no deficiencies and strong cell walls • Regulator – For nutrient uptake efficiency and plant resilience • pH: ~6.1 • Feed EC: ~0.6 (pellets in the soil are still doing a lot of the work) This consistency is key, we want them steady and strong going into the flip. ⸻ 🌿 Environment & Measurements • Air Temp: ~31°C (slightly high, AC unit arriving soon to improve this) • Humidity: ~50% • CO₂: ~700 ppm • Soil Temp: ~25°C • Watering: ~1.5–2.0 L/day, triggered at ~25% soil dryness • Soil EC: ~2.0 (nutrient balance remains ideal) • PPFD: 760–780 µmol/m²/s, with natural variation due to untrained growth pattern ⸻ 🎓 Why the Data Matters Tracking PPFD, soil EC, dryness, temperature, and CO₂ isn’t just technical, it’s about reading the plants. Also a fastbuds purple lemonade in a 11 litre pot (30grams)a a original cheese in a 2 litre pot(experimenting)which is not ready yet. Strawberry pie.....wow so impressed with the yield but also the looks are amazing and smells like strawberries... who’d of thought it lol. Recommend to everybody will defo grow again. Fastbuds are killing the auto game!👊🏻

This is an outdoor light depravation run on 3 Purple Push Pops(PPP). These were clones on May 5. I’m running this outdoor light dep grow side by side with my indoor garage grow. Each strain and site is set up to finish over 4 week period (July -Aug ). After they’re all finished I’ll post an average per strain in both the indoor and outdoor sites. That is, if I finish…. ____________________________ Two weeks ago at solstice they showed signs of flowering so I decided to go for a light dep grow and avoid the 100 degree days in September. I’m also trying to avoid moths and caterpillars, which frequently lay at night. These are outside during the day and placed into a closet at night. I have multiple issues to deal with: light leaks, high humidity and ventilation in the closet. Growing outdoors is easy, hand watering is a pain. I have some pumps and drip systems but moving them every morning and evening makes that hard to connect and disconnect every time. So, this is just a test and we will see how things go. I’m also growing a few black cherry gelatos, both in and out. So check those out. Best of luck on your grow.
