Season 2 is officially underway and so excited for this grow. Growing 4 plants, but space is a lil limited. Growing in an 80x80cm so using small pots. 2x 8l and then 1x 5l and 1x 4.7l (if you wanna be exact lol). This time I decided to experiment a bit. I'm testing 2 different soils, both in 8l pots, both Purple Punch Auto by Fastbuds, both in airpots. Their names are Lily and Robin. Also testing fabric bags against airpots. Both in same soil, both in 5l pots, both Wild Dwarf Auto by Bulk Seed Bank (that was the plan but now it's 1 WD and another Purple Punch). Their names are Jess and Cece. For this one, Cece, had the seed in water for a few hours and then paper towel and then in 5l airpot.

Today is day 54 from planting, and I have a log of optimism that they will finish out strong! The girls continued to stretch until a couple or days ago. Then they seemed to slow down and start focusing on bud growth, which was a welcome site. I'm super happy with the lst on the right plant, the left was a learning experience. There are a handful of stalks that are 10-12 inches above the lower canopy, which is obviously and issue. The main stalks just got so stiff that I couldn't bend them without risking a snap, which I have had happen in both previous grows. They continue to be thirsty, drinking almost a gallon per day each. Unlike previous grows, I have been doing the full amount of nutes, as I've heard Green Crack is a particularly hungry strain. Not much else to report, should be close to the stage where I just try to maintain everything and hopefully watch the buds fatten up. last 3 days no watering and last 48 no light. drying conditions are RH 50% and temp 14°C. very intense smell like cookie dough with gassy fruitnotes to it. Not the biggest yielder but definetly loud!

The girl is suffering, it's too tight for her, too little co2, well, but the green color is increasing :D what I hope will promote her growth :).

Week 3: Noticed she started to look a little droopy on me and some slight yellowing on the lower leaves, she was outgrowing the solo cup and I think she needed some nutes so I transplanted her into some fresh soil, I am using a mix of ocean forest and coco so that should give her all the nutrients she needs for the next couple of weeks until it’s time to top dress with some Gaia green. This is an organic grow and I’m just using dechlorinated tap water. Confident she will bounce back and hopefully she didn’t stunt too much

I've been busy so these plants are absolutely bursting from their way too small containers. Some yellowing occurred and it's getting a lot better now after feeding more. They just need to get into bigger soil ASAP haha.

Week 10, the second week of flowering, has been a wild ride in our Tropical Tangie Ninja Run. Our girl is on fire! Talk about growth – she's become a bona fide giant, standing tall and proud. The canopy's like a green sea, and I'm thinking she might outgrow the room soon! I might have to sneak in for that defoliation before day 21 – let's see how ninja-fearless I can be! And guess what? Her fruits are stepping into the limelight, and they're like little works of art in the making. They're shaping up beautifully and in promising numbers. It's like she's a fruity ninja master! Now, let's talk numbers: Starting the week at a TDS of 300 and a pH of 6.1, things were looking balanced. But she surprised me with her super hydration skills – guzzling down 6 liters a day! So, as her thirst grew, I decided to amp up her food to 420 ppm. Yeah, the numbers asked for a little humor, didn't they? And let's give it up for my ninja buddies! They're on ninja-duty, keeping a vigilant watch over everything. The pH's sitting pretty at 6.2, ensuring the perfect conditions for our Tangie to thrive. And here's something enchanting: Our Tangie's always in prayer mode. Those upward-reaching leaves are like a constant reminder of her strength and the wonder of nature. Growing well . It is slightly bigger than the cinderella jack I am growing in soil in the same tent. It's definitley growing faster. I am seeing a calcium deficiency that I missed earlier on . I ordered some cal mag . I am expecting a full recovery. Also I had to add a bit of great white mycorhizzae to the mix because I was seeing alot of brown spots on my roots. It is starting to clear up. I also bought a better air stone to increase oxygen levels

14cm vertical growth this week. Flowering stretch reducing. Trichome production has started! She's starting to get frosty.

Pflnazen wurden die Woche in 100% Coco umgetopft. 20l stofftöpfe Eine Pflanze wurde aussortiert. Mal schauen wie sie das umtopfen vertragen.

Nach 10 Tagen seit letzten Update ist nun endlich tag 73 und die massiven buds sind rdy to harvest!! Im nächsten Update wird sie Kopf über aufgehängt;) die buds sind und die Pflanze allgemein ein riesen Teil!

Really nice plant to grow the high is nice and mellow, if I was to do this strainbagain I'd try go for the photoperiod to give her more potential but over all great grow and fantastic jar appeal.

Week 5 flower is progressing well. bud sites are getting bigger with more pistils and trichs on leaves everyday. This will not be a 8 week strain I'm thinking 10 but will calibrate if necessary to get the full potential of this genetic as I can see she is a special one already!

12/8 - Here we are at the beginning of week 10. Her buds are starting to frost up and she is definitely bulking up more than her sister, but her sister has a longer projected flowering time-frame (Heavy Sativa vs Indica). Anyways, did some minor pruning for airflow optimization and to remove some unhappy leaves from her undergrowth. They weren't yellow, but they weren't getting enough light and it was showing. Haven't done much to her this week other than top her off with Tap every other day. Seems like her feed from last week was on point as her pH and EC were solid as the water level lowered. After her first top-off, her EC started to fall as she ate more (reflected in the lower ec in the res after topping off with tap). Tapered her down to 80% strength as she is moving further along in flower and should hopefully finish sooner than her sister. If she needs a bump in her EC, I may top off with full strength nutes, but I'm going to just wait and see how she responds. Breeder's timeline reflects a ~65 day seed-to-harvest, but I can assure anyone out there growing this strain in DWC that she will not be ready in that time-frame. Currently she is sitting on day 67 and still looks like she has another 2 weeks or more. I grew her in soil before and she was ready pretty darn close to her expected time-frame (~70 days), but this strain responds to DWC differently. She didn't have slow growth or anything; just seems like she will veg longer in hydro than in soil. Not sure why. Thanks for stopping by the garden, and, as always, Happy Growing!
