This week I assembled the new 48x48x80 Mars Hydro tent and installed the new FOHSE Aries 600W LED light. I set the dim to 75%, but after two days, it was clearly too much, especially for 20 hours per day. I will dim it way down and shorten the hours until the plants appear to be doing better.

Started flushing about three days ago. I think I have about a week left on these and it’s going to be time to get them out and start the drying process but the Pacific seed bank. The chronic strand is not even started to bud yet and the 42 fast bud plants are almost done, so there’s a huge difference there

After I’d done a little photo shoot with her, I harvested her. Wet, she weighed a good 150 grams on the scales. Once dried, she weighed a full 32 grams. The buds are sticky, and the smell is intensely fruity. I left them to dry in a cardboard box for two weeks. It works quite well in the summer. Now it’ll take a few more weeks to cure

Week 12 - Mehn Oh Mehn - The Purple Is Really Starting To Come In Now I Think Last Week’s Cold Temp Situation Really Unlock The Purple Characteristics. The Scent Is Very High And The Trichomes Are Mostly Clear With A Few Cloudy Showing. I Am No Longer Using Nutrients Because I Will Start The 2 Weeks Now Because You Don’t Want The Weed Getting Over Ripe Thats When The Scent Would Start To Face. So In Two Weeks Time I Will Have Mostly Cloudy With A Few Clear Or A Few Amber With Strong Aurora At It’s Peak. Tell me What You Guys Think In The Comments.

Another smooth week. I did some light defoliation and a bit of lollipopping to tame the jungle, mainly removing leaves that were shading bud sites or blocking airflow through the canopy. I’m hoping the Hyperion stretch is finally done, because I’m right at the space limit. I had to run the light at 80% to manage height and keep the main tops around 50k lux (and under 60k) to avoid stressing them. I bumped feed strength up to 2.0 EC. I also added another fan down low to improve air circulation and I’m trying to keep VPD above 1.0 kPa. It’s not easy all day, especially when lights go off, so I’ve been compensating a bit by running temps higher. Not ideal to be above 27°C at this stage, but the dehu can’t always keep up. DID SOME MAJOR DEFOLIATION SO THE LIGHT CAN PENETRATE THE BOTTOM BRANCHES. ITS REALLY STARTING TO SHOW WITH HOW MUCH BRANCHES HAVE SHOT OUT. FINALLY STARTING THE PHOTOPERIODS AND I HOPE MY TIMING IS GOOD FOR CHOPPING THE AUTOFLOWERS..........SEEDS PUT INTO THE SOIL ON JUNE 22ND. RUNNING OUT OF ROOM IN THE 8X8 TENT SO I PUT ALL THE PHOTOPERIODS IN THE 5X5 WITH A TSW2000. SOME FAN LEAVES ARE BIGGER THAN MY HAND NOW. Ergo, schon gestern hat meine Pflanze extreme Probleme mit der Wurzeltemperatur bekommen und hat die Blätter hängen lassen . Ich hab das Licht runtergeschraubt und Abluft extrem erhöht. Ventilation direkt in die Pflanze sonst gibts Schimmel . Aber hilft halt nicht wirklich . Luftentfeuchter läuft auf Dauerschaltung und produziert dann auch noch Wärme, die ich überhaupt nicht gebrauchen kann bei den Temperaturen draussen lol. Ein Teufelskreis :(((((( Day 55: + 1.75 Liter Flaschenwasser + + Dünger für Blühte + + + Canna Terrar Flores (Achtung wirkt wie PH-) + + + Canna Boost + + + Cannazym + + + Canna PH+ + + PH 5.88 Draussen sind 31 Grad , ich hab den ganzen Growroom + Vorraum (meine Wohnung ) über Nacht runtergekühlt so weit es ging (23°C und 22°C). Das Licht noch weiter reduziert dafür näher an die Planze gemacht. Das ist wirklich das mindeste was noch geht. Liegt ca bei PPFD 600 an der Spitze . Wenigstens ist hier die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Rahmen , zwar immer noch zuviel (67% im Zelt) aber besser so als das hier die Hitze in die Höhe schießt . Nach 12h Licht (19:00 Uhr) wird dann wieder aufgedreht und die letzen Stunden mit mehr intensität nachgeholt was nachzuholen geht , denn dann gehen hier erst wieder die Temperaturen runter . Day 56: Läuft wie gestern ab 19:00 wurde das Licht aufgedreht und DLI nachgeholt .

The plants are huge and they are developing preflowers. I lowered the photoperiod to 14/10 in 3 days I lowered it to 12/12. I gave water to flushing roots and now I gave phosphorus and potassium for flowering

Day 14 - She's thriving it seems so far. She's bursting with tri-leafed nodes. I've changed the environment a bit. I have not been successful cooling the room enough to bring down the VPD from 1.3kPa or so. Instead I'm approaching it from a humidity perspective. I have the threshold up to 70%RH. I'm peaking the humidity to lower the VPD to .9kPa since I can't really effectively cool the tent to the low 70's. There is a slight aroma from the seedling. The infamous skunky smell is only observable when very close to the plant. I have not been using the filter on the exhaust fan though.
