Herbert: 1.25 gallons water, pH: 5.77, Height: 24.5 in. ***Both fed nutrients - 5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 7 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 1 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) Plants were watered on day 5 of week 9, as follows: Thin Mint Sr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.76, Height: 20 in. Thin Mint Jr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.50, Height: 19.5 in Notes: Thin Mint Jr has nutrient burn and so was NOT fed nutrients today. Thin Mint Sr was fed nutrients at 50% strength 2.5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 4 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 0.5 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) (both plants still in nutrient distress - in process of recovery but have some new growth that is greener so improvement is being observed; slowly but surely!) ***Plants ideally would have been transitioned to the flowering phase this week, but due to nutrient deficiencies and nutrient burn on Thin Mint Jr., we are holding off on this transition for 1 week to give the plants a chance to recover from stress.

Black Orchard recovered very well from the stress and now is pushing some nice flowers. second week of flower is gone and for it means lolipoping and defoliation time!

Hi Growers, Day 1 of week 6, two days ago a did smooth lst (i was thinking not to do in this run but i did) like this i improve a bit the light exposure, since i dont start LST from the beggining . Since we have been seeing one of the ladys are smaller but bushy, i think they are good and healthy . Thank you. _GrF_ 👊

Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. Go off site to my instagram for HD/DSLR content: https://www.instagram.com/glazedgrow/ Very excited if this is just the first bulk week because it's easily the biggest main bud I've seen so far/still a couple weeks left on it. New lights killing it. Great Candy/Citrus smell to it / Very similar to the Dark Devil beside it in profile/build structure. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. Still clear signs of the Tobacco Mosaic/Genetic issue in the leaves but clearly not affecting anything else, might tip the top of the bud when i start the flush to have it back build on itself and see how dense I can make it once it's dried. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. Day 29: smelling stronger every day just tucking leafs daily Day 30: bent down more branches to 15" Day 31: plant is focusing on budding for sure will need water soon going to do plain water ph'd I think shes showing some signs of nutrient burn. Day 32: flushed with 2 gallons of ph water removed burned leafs Day 33: nothing new keeping a close eye on her Day 34: not growing much but seems to be budding still Day 35: she got up to 15" now some orange spots on leaf edges from over feeding

Hey hey growmies! another longer week, as I wanted to show these girls bouncing back from some problems I ran into with my Kratky experiment. about halfway through the week my plants started drooping and showing signs of overwatering, my guess is either the plant outgrew her air roots or the reservoir was too hot, inhibiting the plants ability to take up oxygen. either way, a quick peek at the roots showed some very healthy looking noodles, so I decided to not take any chances and come up with a solution that would solve both those problems. I took a 3 litre container, put a coat of primer and black paint on it to keep light out, then a layer of plumbers tape to bounce some of the grow lights off of the container, theoretically keeping the heat out, some other things I could have done was paint it white, or put some wall insulation around it. I could have also kept my jars and tried some troubleshooting, fill them less and more often. but I am happy with the roots created by Kratky, that's the nice thing about that system, it forces the roots to grow more horizontally, the roots have now created a sturdy foundation for low stress training and are perfect for placing into DWC. so that's what I did, I added a tiny pump and air stone, and for now both plants will sit in this tiny container, The Runtz will be moved to the tent as soon as possible, hopefully before these girl's roots get entangled, If that does happen, I will have to trim back some of the Runtz roots, I don't want to hurt the autoflower. now you've likely wondered what is up with the host of deficiencies the plants are showing, honestly that's just neglect on my part. I can tell there's damage from overwatering, pH fluctuations and even some lockouts. I am more on top of it now, the pH is more stable, the plants are getting oxygen and will recover plenty before flower. Plus I get to show off how hardy ruderalis is, look at the auto-flower compared to the photo period, she barely cares about the high temps, pH fluctuations all she appears to want is more food, so I have increased the ec to 1 ms, but most importantly, ill keep the pH in a range where they can actually take up the nutrients now That's it for now Growmies, Thanks for checking out my diary. Flowers are starting to get thick. Still watering the same amount and everything is going great! The smell is definitely getting stronger too.

Sadly I had to cull the bigger nicer one this week, she started producing balls. Was gonna just pluck them until I noticed how many branches had them, she was fed to the piggies. The small ones catching up, gonna keep a very close eye on her as I've heard manbearalienpig has had herm issues, and now I've witnessed it in this cross. 3BOG is known to give dense nugs, so hopefully out of the 2 seeds ill get some buds.

Her leaves are forming perfect…you can see the kush genetics from her broad leaves.

2/13: Stem still seems stretched from the shell being stuck on the leaves. 2/16: Decent heat stress observed an afternoon. Temperature was 80° and the light has been at 100%. Move the light to 26 in and open more events in the tent and window in the room to let in cold air overnight. Time to temperature got down to 62°. 2/18: Heat stress is improving. Keeping her well watered.

Vegetation Phase - Week 5 Week 5 marks a bittersweet milestone. RIP to the Marienkäfer homie — gone but never forgotten. Their watchful eyes and pest-snacking legacy will forever live on in the tent. Meanwhile, the Donutz gang is thriving and about to hit the next big step in their journey: the 7-liter pot upgrade. Updates & Changes: RIP Marienkäfer: Nature giveth and taketh away. The tent feels a little emptier without our little guardian, but pest pressure remains nonexistent thanks to their diligent work. Transplant Time: The plants are moving up to 7L pots this week, giving their roots the room they need to expand and thrive before flipping to bloom. This upgrade will ensure a strong foundation for the explosive growth coming soon. Watering: Still sticking with reverse osmosis (RO) water for maximum control and cleanliness. Plan for Flower Transition: After the transplant, the plants will chill for the rest of the week in their new homes to recover and adjust. Week 6 will cover the flip to flower. With the clean lollipopped structure and solid root development, these plants are set to focus all their energy on producing hefty main colas in the Sea of Green setup. Observations: The Donutz are stacking beautifully, with healthy green leaves and strong stems. The SOG canopy is filling out, and each plant is shaping up to deliver a uniform, productive grow. Next Steps: Monitor the plants closely after transplanting to ensure they adjust smoothly to the 7L pots. Maintain stable environmental conditions to avoid stress during the final veg phase. Prepare for the flip to flower in Week 6 — the real show is about to begin!
