🏁18/6 hello growerz, with today I start the resumption of diaries on GD. I have 13 new genetics in germination and as many diaries. I start by putting the seeds in water for 24 hours, after a day I will put the two seeds in two different jiffies, one with humic acid from greenhouseseeds and the other with just plain water. Get comfortable and follow the updates 😉👋🦄
19/6 The seeds were divided and placed in two different jiffies, one with humic acid and one with water only.
21/6 after another 24 hours in the dark the jiffies were moved under the lamp. let's start the dances!
23/6 nothing to report
24/6 ready to say hello to the world ( only the one in humic acid at the moment )
25/6 I wait for the seed to appear in the water
30/6 finally even the second seed has opened! yeeee, I had lost hope and instead there he is looking at me 😀

Day 50 - Starting off week 5 and she’s smelling amazing. Not very strong throughout the house but as soon as the tent is opened, you can smell the tropical citrus. Gave her the first feeding of the week today and just counting down till chop, still a couple weeks away but she’s filling in and fattening up nicely.
Day 51 - Nothing new to report today. She’s doing her thing and I’m just enjoying watching the growth and fattening each day.
Day 52 - Think she’s just about done stretching, hopefully she’s starting to move on to the fattening up more part. Gave her some fresh pH’d water today and seems happy.
Day 53 - All is good, just updating pics for the day.
Day 54 - All still looking good and gave her the second and final feeding of the week. Waiting for her to really start bulking up in the next couple weeks before chopping but looks like she’s still got plenty of time left.

SO, the girls were doing so well into their second week I decided to do the unthinkable... I topped autos! 😳😳🤯🤯
I figured they were doing so well and hadn't entered flower yet; let's do our best to keep them small and get multiple good buds instead of just one. This will also give me the best opportunity to lst them down using ties. Stayed tuned for that!
This girl is doing the best out of them all still. She was the whole real I decided to top them. I'm looking forward to what she'll produce.
Dimmed to 40% but increased it today to 60%

Ok the branches on this one were barely able to support the buds, while a good thing to have heavy buds give this Si from early veg to late flower to keep em strong.
Lot of leaves but not a pain smells great but can be a little funky at times right after lights on.

This was a tough diary post as the G.cookie plant died off due to an over watering issue coupled with a 22 hour power outage due to storms :( So I posted the last picture I had of her *RIP*. On the up side the Cherry Cola has taken off as you can see in the photo

The lowest shoots were removed again so that the energy stays on top.

I have never seen a plant turn purple / reddish at such an early stage .
Absolutely beautiful .

La fase final avanza con cogollos muy densos y bien formados, terminando de afinar su compactación y carga de resina. Los tricomas se mantienen mayoritariamente lechosos, con un aumento progresivo de ámbar que indica que se acerca el punto óptimo de corte.
El aroma gana intensidad y profundidad, definiendo claramente su perfil final. La planta reduce su actividad y se centra en la maduración, mostrando un ligero consumo de reservas en hojas grandes.

Well decided to plant the northern lights auto, this one’s a fast mover. Only soaked 18 hours before the tail popped. Only using fox farms ocean to start the first few weeks.

Semana 5 desde germinación. Semana 1 de Floración. Las dos plantas han crecido rápido y con hartas hojas.
Red Critical 1 - Poda apical - Poda de ramas bajas para potenciar ramas superiores
Red Critical 2 - Se le aplicó LST hace unas semanas. Solo he podado un par de hojas que sombreaban ramas bajas

What a joy this grow has been.
She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot.
I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that.
I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later.
Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet.
I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before.
Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!!
Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple.
Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well.
Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises.
This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable.
After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this.
Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent.
Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪

It's been cloudy for days but no rain right go figure ..have to try and keep those 2 cannabis off grid.. Experiment keep moving it for sun.. Then neighbor informer lol.. Im playing spy behind enemy lines ( right next door )..lol lol. Dam snitch..why other people has to watch other people is my guess

Day 6 - Invested into a TDS Tester. Watering is at 10ppm as I filter it from the tap we are at 120ppm. No other updates.
Day 5 - lollipoping and defoliation done, readjusted tie downs and watered. Looking good a starting to develop the trichomes now.
Day 4 - left alone
Day 3 - watered the ladies top down.
Day 2 - left the plants alone
Day 1 - no real updates just a watering and that's it. Letting it go for 2 days with no disturbance and seeing what happens. The end of week 6 left us in a pretty good situation headed into week 7.

It is week 4 of flowering, and both plants are now receiving 1.5 ml/L of Calmag. I suspect this was due to the cold temperatures falling below 19°C during the dark phase, which prevented the Calmag from being transported properly. However, since the outdoor temperatures are currently rising to around 12 °C at night and 20 °C in the tent when the lamp is off, this should solve the Calmag problem.

Week 7 seems to be going fine from my house and then I go to the grow 🤣 well fukc me I’ve ran into few problems let um get abit too dey for their liking the week leading up to Christmas / gave um a good feeding with week 7s nutes and peeled back abit of the fan leaves to get more light around , humidifier broke on us didn’t notice for 2 days so tent was 70 percent humid when gone to check , new humidifier replaced and back on track as I said earlier peeled back a few fan leaves think maybe a few too many plants started showing signs of stress soon after again these are autos and I think it could of stunted if not heavily affected the end product also we noticed about 3 weeks into this grow we had way too many plants in the tent starting to see the effects off that now a lot of nonsense on the lower branches and only really the top Lola’s getting the light and the mass , all the same seed bar 4 plants and very differnt plants all in all , definitely not a strain that’s been mastered about half are tall and spaced out and the others are short and very stacked from my own eye I’d say the shorter and more stacked buds will be the ones bearing more fruit the taller ones look very skinny and airy still
