Had a heat wave blow through, 32c days, plants blasted all day. Growing much quicker, easy week, didn't do much, may start scrog net next week. Final topping has recovered, even canopy forming, no issues at all. Weekly lost coast spray and 2hr 15min of drip was it for this week, top dress feeding next week.

Hello, 1ère semaine, on démarre en douceur, les plantes ont 1 jour, une graine de critical+ 2.0 n’a pas germé, mais cela arrive, je l’ai remplacée aujourd’hui. J’ai mit vidéos du set up de la box et une qui reprend rapidement les conditions de cultures. May 11: wildfire smoke rolled in this morning for the first time this year. Last year was horrible but hopefully this year won’t be as bad. Today was stay inside the house sort of bad smoke but it’s supposed to blow over soon. Hope. Plant looks good and happy in the final container. May 12: took out a couple of small cedars and I have a new sunniest spot in the yard, or at least for the next 12 weeks or so. Today’s sunlight is like what it will be like in early August (6 weeks to solstice). May 16: cool and rainy today but some sun at the end. She’s still doing great, and definitely better than most of my previous starts. I think I had the soil too wet before, or maybe the apple thing actually works. Either way she’s off to a good start and we’re on schedule with the May long weekend coming up. May 17: cool and rainy all day. Left plant in the mini-greenhouse all day.

Day 96, 15th of December 2020: Hi! A bit late I was on holiday I usually start the week with the first day but now with the last one. Similar to my Runtz Gum (same breeder Original Sensible Seeds).... Amazing strong appearance middle streching nice buds.... Looking like a scarecrow... Nice quality I am totally satisfied no issue now in the end some brown points apleared on the fan leaves which is totally normal aprt from that she is so healthy. She could be cut now but need to wait till I get back from my Christmas holiday again... By the way I am going on holiday again and back on 28th of December so after harvest starts The 7th weeks starts with tomorrow 16th of December.... Only flushing and no more nutritient will be used. Soon full report comes. Lamp is the same 11 hours on and 13 off.... The last 4 days she will get 4 days darkness and only ventilation will be working no even more water ;)

Very happy this week as my friend gave me a female Mac x Purple Punch he was using as a mother plant. That is in an 18 litre soil pot. The 3 Rado Z are now in 15 l autopots fitted with airdomes. A soil mix was made with dutch vega bio soil , Bio grow and silicium flash. The MacPunch I have stripped the lowers and trained it using easy bend clips.

Didn’t manage to get a pic of all my autos this week cos we were in a rush. Will take pics of every strain on the weekend. Crazy smells coming of these plants now and they are getting very frosty. Will start feeding bottled nutes to make the most out of them.

What an incredible grow this has been! It's definitely up there with my best and favorite indoor grows I've done on Grow Diaries so far. It had a strong, resilient and beautiful growth from the first week when it fell all the way to harvest. Definitely an easy plant to grow that had an amazing pay off in the end. I think it's safe to say that anyone could grow this strain with mid level supplies and minimal experience and get good results. If I ran more powerful lights and kept a more comfortable environment (humidity etc) I don't see why my yields couldn't get even better with each grow. Even at the 4 ounces of good smokeable buds and 1 and 1/2 of trim and larf I was very satisfied . After drying and curing the plant had a strong smell with hints of flowers and sweet fruit. The taste was subtle fruity and sweet too. Where the Blue Monkey really shines is with making concentrates. I was able to do a few different projects with it. First I did some rosin pressing where the return rate was just barely under a 20%, which is very good. A 4 gram squish giving .8 gram back, that's the best return I've gotten off just bud, no kief or hash pressing. Then I decided to make some rick simpson oil. Ground buds and trim, decarb it, put it into the jars with high proof alcohol 150+, let it sit and shake overnight and then strain into a dark tincture, then use double boiler with no open flames to evaporate all of the alcohol out, and suck up into some syringes. I got 12 ml total...which is equal to 12 grams of RSO. It was awesome, you can smoke it, use it for edibles, a good diverse concentrate. * Don't forget to make your mom a care package, she'll be happy.💚 All in all this was the most productive, and educational grow I've had all year. Not to mention the plant and buds were just gorgeous! Thank you @exoticseed this was an amazing seed you created.
