Starting to reduce nutes in preperation for full flush next week, reduced to 450 ppm, 3/4 of my trichomes are where I want them to be so I reckon the half strength nutes with a full week of straight water will do the buds nicely. Huge amount of sugar on the leaves which will make some mean bubble hash!!.. More pics will be uploaded later. Buds are 9/10 density and the Aromas are frightening, strong AF 💪 . . Check the video, says it all lol... This 'Auto' has been a complete roller coaster, never thought the thing was ever going to stop growing! That being said, check her out... Buds are swollen lovely and coated in trichomes, can see purps on some of the buds. Hopefully the taste is half as good as the smell haha...

Note: At time of writing the Runtz has had 2 weeks cure, will update the review and rate it after 2+ months cure. Hermied a bit, has very few seeds so not too bad. Growth review: - vigorous grower during veg - solid stretch - medium internode distance - small sized buds - lower buds not too airy - very easy/not fussy - medium amount of smell - 80+ days flower (12/12) in hydro DWC under full spectrum led - responded well to various lst techniques Ease of growth rating: 9/10 General note: --> For me personally this strain NEEDS a good cure and is not worth smoking yet... It has a bit of a citrus grassy (not hay) taste, with some 'special' fruity smells to it that remind a bit of grapes/cassis. When grinding/opening the curing pots there is a pretty dank heavy weed smell so I think the quality will come out after a few months of cure... In its current state not worth smoking for the taste or effect after 14 days cure. --> Currently the effect is not very strong, easy to handle and I need a lot to feel a bit. The effect lasts for short compared to the average strains I smoke. Should develop more character with a longer cure. Hash making notes: - water extraction of the trim yielded 16g of hash (45mc-220mc) - rosin has a bit too much of a weird spicy grassy taste which make it a bit unpleasant, waiting till the buds improve with cure to try again - rosin color at 80c is yellow/white/beige creamy waxy, with hard consistency - rosin color at 95c is golden with hard consistency

Finally into the big tent. The plants are looking a bit unhappy but fingers crossed it’s temporary until they adjust to their new home. Also back to using my 550w x 2 LEDs. Hps can cause swings in temperature and the plants love these LEDs better. Will top these once they have recovered from transplanting. Still only using root juice as using allmix soil.

Day 79 (First Grow, Flowering Phase): Hey everyone! It's the start of a new week, and we're now on day 79 of our first grow. The flowering phase is progressing beautifully, with the buds getting bigger and frostier day by day. 🌸✨ We've started to see the formation of orange hairs, which is a promising sign of the buds maturing. The plants are looking healthy and vibrant, and the SCROG net is helping to keep everything well-supported and evenly exposed to light. Humidity issues from last week are still being monitored, and we're considering adding a dehumidifier to ensure optimal conditions as we move closer to harvest. Hi guys, the third week of flowering is over. The plants have grown a lot, almost a meter. Today I sprayed plagron's 'vita race' for the last time and now I just have to wait for the tops to swell. The temperatures drop at night to a minimum of 14 degrees, which is why I lowered the power of the fans, to try to raise the temperature by a couple of degrees. The humidity is still at 50%, I will try to lower it in the last 3 weeks of flowering. I hope I'm doing a good job because I want to collect as many buds as possible.

Defoliation week and training my stretching ladies through the trellis. Next week I up the nutes just a tad.

Positioning 8 plants in 2 rows of 4 based on height with the last LST and HST ligatures. Final dimensions of my SOG: 150 cm x 100 cm. To increase the surface and the penetration angle, I tied the HPS lamp cable to the fan in order to create a small oscillation of the lamp. You can look it on my demonstration video.

This week the Blackberry shows a solid progression into the late flowering stage. Buds are already dense with a nice resin coverage and the aroma is becoming more intense. From now on I’m stopping Big Bud and switching to Overdrive for the next two weeks. The reason for this is that Big Bud is mainly focused on building bud size and structure during mid-flower, while Overdrive is formulated for the final phase, helping the plant push out extra weight, density, resin and terpenes before the flush. This way the Blackberry can fully focus on ripening and maximizing quality in the last stretch.

Start of week 4. Interesting how important it’s to do sog with clones or at least same strains. Trying to keep main colas same level all together. 34 dli. Just one purple punch it’s falling behind in height and flowering. Happy to learn this technique.

7/18/21 - They are looking good! Harvest day is coming and we are excited. We have just a few days left. Giving ph 6.0 water. 7/19/21 - Everything looks good. On track for harvest! 7/20/21 - Looking good. Just a few more days left before we chop. The final ripening is going on. 7/21/21 - We are preparing the drying room. The buds look awesome! We have mason jars for curing after the dry. 7/22/21 - These plants stink so good! Tomorrow we cut both plants down! They will be drying in 70 degrees temp and 56% humidity. 7/23/21 - We pushed back harvest one day due to a medical emergency. No biggie, the plants will ripen one extra day. 7/24/21 - HARVEST DAY!! - We cut the plants, removed all fan leaves and hung in a temperature/humidity controlled room. More pics/videos/weight and more will be added when we are finished drying and we post our harvest results. The smell is of strong pine and a little sweet. We are very excited to try the smoke. Had a ph problem last week as my pen decided to out of the blue go wonky. Made my plants basically drown till I caught it but these girls actually didn’t take it to bad. Only got a bit of leaf damage and plants seemed to bounce back overnight. 2 of 4 are tied down now and the others will be done this week as well. I will also be installing my Scrog screens at the end of the week.

Been away for 10 days so had a friend go up and water for me just water without feed as I realised I was giving it the bloom and the dragon force which should be one or the other first I’ve seen since being back looking pretty done to me gonna leave it a few days see if buds are still fattening up a decent amount
