It's a natural part of the lifecycle, as the plant focuses her energy on the swelling buds. In our efforts to optimize her environment, the GCX 9 lighting is now set to 100% flower spectrum and 75% veg spectrum. I'm carefully pushing the limits to provide maximum light without imposing stress or damage to our plant. This stage requires a delicate balance, pushing for maximum growth while maintaining the health and well-being of the plant. Given how tall this Sativa-dominant landrace can get, keeping the canopy managed is a priority.Train: Implementing a DIY bamboo trellis system. I’m gently pulling the main branches outward to encourage lateral growth and ensure better airflow through the center of the plant. Irrigation: The dual-timer manifold is up and running. The custom-drilled hoses are delivering a consistent soak, which is crucial as the Colorado sun starts to intensify. Nutrients:Sticking with the **FOOP Organic** regimen. The leaves are a deep, healthy green with no signs of transplant shock or nutrient burn. Pest Management: The **African Marigolds** are positioned as sentinels around the fabric bags. So far, the companion planting is doing its job—no signs of mites or aphids. Observations The nodal spacing is starting to stretch slightly, which is expected for Durban Poison. The stalks are thickening up nicely, becoming sturdy enough to handle the afternoon gusts. not much to report this week, plants are looking very healthy and happy. Struggling to keep them away from the light. stems at the base of the plants are looking beefy. So far this has been the healthiest and most vigorous looking grow I've had (aside from letting them get a little out of hand in size)

Done. Harvested ALL on Day 72 - one LCC was very heavy on amber trichomes, one BPP and one LCC were what i consider optimum, and one BPP was VERY milky, like peak potency. very few amber. Interested to try them all! Total Drying time was 7 Days for both LCCs and 8 Days for both BPPs. I decided to do my first proper dry trim. For two plants i hit the spot and could just shave off the remaining leaves. For the other two it was much more of a hassle. They already smell way better than my previous runs where i dry trimmed. Also the colors are awesome for both plants that purpled. Smoke review will have to wait some time. Right now, all of them are curing.

******** Week 3 of flower, Week 12 growth - Oct 3 to 9/20 *********** It has been less exciting this week with respect to new issues👍😃 GG4 has reacted very well to the stem cracking but just leaving the area alone at the same time. Really impressed with how the colas have been stacking. They are done their stretch now and will work on getting thicker🤞💪👍 Leaves are getting a little darker for my liking this week. It is one of the things I have often struggled with using AN Sensi Grow and Bloom base nutes.,,,,,,keeping the feeding at 1ml.L to maybe 1.5ml at max.....stopped using their CalMag Basie of nitrogen levels as well. Not sure where else to go and will just give her some time for now and stay the course and see what the next two weeks bring.......keep up, increase, the plain water feedings. GG4 should have some nice size colas. At three weeks her tops are the size of a BIC lighter.......with 6 more weeks of swelling to go.....keeps you smiling😃💪🤞 Little more detail........ Mental rainbow f1 I have just switched her to 12/12 light schedule to start the flowering stage and hopefully start to see more streaching and signs of transitioning become more noticeable been seeing the plant stretching over the past few days and foliage getting wider

This week has been excellent for my Black Cherry! Five days ago, it received its first pruning. It was defoliated a bit and the top was pinched. I want to see how the genetics react to stress and how it copes with it. The side shoots have been tied back as best I could. A beautiful bushy growth is slowly forming!
