12/05Gave the cover crop a light watering this morning to keep the bed happy. The girls are looking a little hungry gonna give light feed next watering probably tomorrow. Temps have dropped some due to winter weather 12/06 gave light feed with this watering and a little more water per plant now that roots are established.. IPM sprayed at lights out with lost coast plant Therapy gave a light spray with some wdg3000 to pots and about a gallon of it into the cover crop.

The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. Roughly at about 4.5 week I have turned the lights to 12/12 most of the flowers have shown sex with roughly about 60% being females, not a bad % of females, could have been a lot worse. The ICC’s are a bit stretchy & the cookies are quite squat and the bubblegum & black nitro’s are average size for the age.

Week 4 - Venom OG and an unknown seed strain. No nutes - tap water - 24hr light schedule Venom OG is in the normal pot.

Lots of growth this week and working to solve the humidity issues. I think it's probably because of the size of my pots but these girls just won't stop growing! I think I'm going to have to consider some defoliation for her next week. I noticed some rust spots on some of the leaves this week, I'm fairly certain that it's down to the humidity. Where leaves were gathering condensation they seem to have discoloured, probably because of magnifying the light - I'm just a beginner though so I'm happy for other people's opinions. I've kept feeding her a little bloom every couple of days, there was a little bit of yellowing to the tips of some leaves which I though could be down to nute burn but I'm not too worried about it at the moment. I think this plant has overtaken the Jack Herer now, she seems to be flowering a lot more. She smells divine - really strong citrus notes, I think she's going to be tasty! To fix the humidity issues I diverted the extraction duct to another room which seems to have made a big difference, RH is now consistently under 57% and usually around 55% - still not ideal but I don't think I'll get it much lower. I've moved the fan so that there's plenty of air moving over the canopy - hopefully enough to keep away the mould as the grow progresses.

The plants are coming along. Veg Tent Front is Catalina Wine Mixer, back left a Mystery and back right is Space Peaches. All looking healthy

Day 42: defoliation and single LST for all plants to get 4 stems each. DOS 3 1 stem broken from topping. The main stems are very thin. I use this week 2 times 3L water with 1.5 ml/L terra vega. The humidity is a bit high because of storm outside. I change light HPS 400W to prepare for next week flo. Day 44: Plants look better, put them to flowering stage under HPS 400 W

Day 38 I am very happy with how they are growing. finally begins to flourish, the LST seems to have paid off. from last week I started giving green sensation 1ml / l without adding anything else. thanks for viewing it is my first growth if you see errors comment and correct me. hit like and follow me for updates. happy day and good luck with your growth 🌱💚

Super super frosty and sticky nugs, very dense and compact, big calyx, stinks, beautiful strain to grow the 2 plants of wedding cake Auto I have got the same aroma, this girl is being fed using nothing but a good soil prepared organically with complete organics by guanokalong and also seaweed powder, and also I added florians livings organics which is such an awesome organic super food for the plants that makes the strains performer better when when it comes the time to smoke you don't feel all that chemical stuff. Coming into week 6, frost has covered pretty much everything. Terps are starting to come out more. What started as more of a pinesol smell has now become more gassy/old school funk. Pungent. Smells so bad, but you can’t stop smelling it. I upgraded my ventilation to a 10” ac infinity carbon filter and inline fan. That thing is an absolute unit and does work. Buds are starting to swell now, look like they’re going to start stacking nicely now. Plants are drinking probably 30 gallons a week.. runnin a 50% water change every Saturday.

Update 14/11 - plant has now dried for a week. Will wait for branches to snap and start jarring After 2 days of darkness. Plant was wet trimmed loosely and chopped as a whole. Currently hung up to dry for the next 7 ish days. Nice looking colas this time around :)

Taking longer then I had planned but no rush she nearly done. Amber trichomes are visible so chances are this is last week next post should be harvest

These ladies did'nt stretched much so far in week 2 but that could be due to the light intensity and distance I had it at in week 1 of the stretch period. This strain is really starting to show signs of that Gassy, Sweet, Creamy smelly that I was looking for and so far these ladies have been a breeze to grow.

Have been overfeeding these little lady's. Giving them some ph adjusted tap water to flush any excess nutes out of their systems. You can see some unusual growth at the newer most leaves. (Not the typical 5 tipped leaf like you should be seeing.) From what I understand this is a sign of too much nitrogen in my plants. Other than that these girls are holding up well. And I'll be cloning some of the strongest phenotype for a friend soon. 😉🌿

Week 7 (Feb 15 - Feb 21). All three plants are doing nicely, and River, our youngest plant, is doing a good job keeping up, but still a couple inches shorter. So, I decided to FIM the older two plants to see if it evens them out, or sends them into a growth spurt. If the later, then I'll give River a FIM next week.
