So I addressed the calcium and magnesium deficiency, I purchased Roots Organic’s calcium and magnesium dry amendment and top dressed all of the plants accordingly. They are bouncing back currently, I will be setting up the SCROG this week and will post pictures on Sunday. Really excited for Bluenana she is definitely going to be something to watch! Honestly they are have me excited. Also, I’m growing organically and have not used any bottled nutes. I’m currently using all Roots Organic products. Sorry for not stating this sooner . I fixed the high temps in the room, always another good week growing!

🌱 Grow Diary Update — Sour Diesel Week 4 | First week of flower (12/12) This week, the spotlight is on Sour Diesel, because she clearly stood out from the rest of the room — and when one plant speaks louder than the others, we listen. ⸻ 📍 Quick recap (so everyone is on the same page) • Sour Diesel just entered week 6 / first week of flower • She was running on Autopots with mineral-only feed • Organics and amendments were removed from the Autopot system • The rest of the room handled this change fine • She did not She started showing: • Droopy posture • Loss of vigor • Early deficiency-type signals • A general “I’m not comfortable” look Important detail: 👉 She was the only plant reacting like this. ⸻ 🌿 Why this happened (the key lesson) Sour Diesel is an old-school genetic, and not all strains respond the same way to abrupt system changes. In her case: • She was previously thriving with organics + minerals • Removing organics reduced: • Nutrient complexity • Biological buffering • Availability of secondary elements • This happened right at the transition into flower, when demand increases sharply On top of that, we had environmental pressure: • Outside temps: ~4°C • Outside humidity: ~98% • Room stabilized at: 21°C / 58% RH Those conditions are acceptable — but combined with: • Feed change • Flower transition • Genetic sensitivity …it was enough for her to react. ⸻ 🚿 Why we took her off Autopots Autopots are great — but they’re not universal. This plant definitely could have used a little longer in veg but the bigger plants were ready to flip it will still be a great plant it just needs a long veg to reach full potential. The plant is nice it has a skunk smell and the leaves are growing well and good color. The plant is starting to get some strech going on. Not sure if it’s the cold weather but they don’t seem to be flipping to flower as fast as my last grow. The leaves are starting to be perked up all the time and it looks really healthy

The plants are growing at a good rate now and drinking a litre each per day. I feed them by hand and each plant gets 2litres every other day. Didn't do anything else this week other than install the trellis on the last day. This plant is at the back of the timelapse video.

10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.

Fed nutes at 6.3 pH. Runoff was close to 7 pH. Other than that they look like they're doing well. Very sticky and very fragrant. The leaves of the CBD Blue Shark are a nice dark shiny green. The Wedding Cake is lighter. The profiles of both are starting to come out in the flowers. The CBD Blue Shark has these long, dramatic white pistils. The Wedding Cake is starting to show its creamy colouration with red hairs mixing in with the white and looking very delicious. The smell is incredible in there now. Fruity and creamy and delicious.

NOTE: THE COUNTING OF DAYS STARTS FROM THE DAY THE SEED STARTS ITS PROCESS, IN THIS GROW DAY 1 WAS THE MOMENT THE SEED GOT INSERTED INTO THE EASY START (i do not recomend this method for experienced growers, but higly recomend it to unexperienced growers that might accidentally damage their seedling's new root as they move them from the germination zone into their next or final pot, with easy start you can just pick up the small cube of soil and place it inside the next pot GENTLY). NOTE: For strain informations, soil recipe and nutrient's stock please do check "Germination Week" as you will find all the information there. While at home i'm at 34~36º in the street things are worse :(. Also humidity fluctuate from 50~65º. At last I removed those ugly & dangerous cables from the branches and used a rubber covered one. For now i only need to fix her in 4 points, 1 per each main branch, as you can see, at about 13 cm of the main branch. Later i will fix her with another 2 points per branch, one in the border of the pot from inside, and the last one also in the pot's border but outside. This week i removed the first horizontal internode on each main branch, and also removed the branch that grows vertically down from the second internode leaving in place the one that grows totally up. At the end of the week i will fix the SCROG mesh, but it's not going to be permanent until later, or maybe not at all due to dark photography, as if i place the mesh i will not be able to move the plant (i need to think about it). For now, I just need it 3 or 4 days to test it as i never placed this 60x60 mesh before, and also i had to cut the central rods for the mesh. About Alice K. she's growing beauty and healthy, some week ago i found a little white spider that i killed, @time (week 7) I didn't noticed any insect signs more. Also remark that she's standing well those temperatures and some days of very low humidity some hours 35% inside the tent. And also the equitative distribution she's developing. Esta semana he quitado el primer nodo de cada rama y también la rama que crece hacia abajo del segundo nodo, dejando la rama que crece totalmente hacia arriba. Al final de la semana colocaré la malla de SCROG, pero no va a ser de manera permanente, por lo menos hasta más adelante. Voy a empezar a hacer fotografías de fondo oscuro, y el tener la red me va a imposibilitar la tarea ya que debo sacar la planta del armario para las sesiones (necesito pensar en ello). De momento la quiero montar 3 o 4 días para probarla ya que nunca la había montado antes y también tenía que cortar las barras horizontales para la malla. Sobre Alice K. está creciendo super bonita y sana, hace un par de semanas encontré y maté una arañita blanca (Requiescat In Pace), a día de hoy (semana 7) no he visto más signos de insectos. También debo remarcar lo equitativamente que está creciendo y lo bien que soporta las altas temperaturas y la escasa humedad, hay alguna vez que he mirado el higrómetro y estaba al 35% dentro del armario. Pretty happy with the grow and the harvest, the drying went well also! Each grow highlights changes for the next and this has been no different! I'll be making more training adjustments in the next runs to try and refine the vertical scrog and get to the point where it's a wall 1 bud thick! I know it will get there in the end it's just like relearning how to do a horizontal scrog! I just need to predict the way the plant will respond when the light is from the sides! Bravery and brutality during pruning I think is the key! 😂✌️💚

Hi Growmies, This was her last week of heavy feeding. I have already decreased the nutes for the coming week and will probably start flushing her the week after. So that she should be finished by the end of the contest pretty much. Regardless of her age the rootball has shrunk only a little bit. I have also taken her out of the scrog to enable the canopy to open up further and allow more light penetration for the maturation of the buds. This worked actually very well, as the weight of the buds pull the plant open. Thanks for stepping by and until next week!

Hi people, how are you all???? Week 7 here, and all is good with the plant, I did some defoliation to keep the airflow, and I got a ScrOG to open the plant a little bit to get more light. I am very happy with the results until this stage, is a whole new world for me :-) Thank you for following me. Peace and love! :-)

It's a really frosty variety, but so small... I don't know if I want to try the RF3 now.
