Hey everyone! 👋 It's week 9 and the girls have really impressed me! 😵 The plant that's on the back of the tent (or the one closer to the timelapse video) was the most troubled one of the two (long leave stems, tons of branches, their leaves weren't very strong) but this week something happened and she stretched a lot, it was shocking! Perhaps she was stunned or something was affecting her? No idea but she even responded really well to the defoliation I did! (and to be clear, I did a lot of defoliation 😝). Her sister on the other hand was just developing well and it's clear she's a little more ahead. One important thing that I realized this week (and I completely forgot) is that these plants are autos and their flowering phase is shorter compared to the ones from a normal feminized plant. So regardless of which plant might be ahead of the other I decided to start feeding both of them (not full dose!) with my NP nutrients. Hopefully both will receive them well! And that's all for now. Hi guys, today (day 35) I made the last topping. I now have my 8 main branches. I will give another 5 weeks of vegetative and will do another one more transplant before I get to the final pot.

now we wait for the enlargement of buds ... the plant has remained low and compact ...... the branches and the trunk are very resistant and hard, unfortunately it has yielded a thread that held it and the plant has grown a bit ' strange, but the scent is not at all .... I think the plant will give me definitely less than what I'm used to (over 50 gr)

Day 49! Starting to give her just plain water for 2 weeks of flushing. Getting really excited to harvest and then get going on another grow. See you next week.

FD36 - True to form I completely forgot to take any pics before the lights were out. The third week in a row. I'm detecting a pattern... lol FD37 - Pics! FD38 - Today, I was proactive in trying to prevent botrytis (budrot) since I have had problems in the past when temperatures and humidity get too high in late flower. I started with defoliating hard by removing fan leaves. That should lower the humidity in the tent as there are fewer leaves to transpire moisture, and also increase the airflow around the buds. Finally, I put my small humidifier in the tent to further lower the humidity. FD41 - The anti-humidity measures are working. The tent went from an average RH in the high 60s to the high 40s. (The average RH in the last 24 hours was 48.9%.) I'm happy with that, which should be enough to avoid budrot. Better safe than sorry, so I did additional LST to open up the plants and thus increase the airflow around the buds. It's also helpful to increase light penetration, so win-win. FD42 - We're at the end of the sixth week of flower, and things are chugging along in the tent. The buds are slowly fattening up, but it will take some time before they are done. There isn't much to do in the tent this late in flower besides watering. Today, each girl got 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.5.

Another successful harvest have been made and I can surely tell I'm pretty amazed for how this strain showed off its potential! A downside is that yield will not be big, but overall I'm definitely satisfied. After 48 hours in the dark, I chopped her and here we are now, end of week 9, at the 2nd day of drying in a paper box, my estimation is other 5 full days before starting the curing period. I'll update next week with the harvest and I'll add some pics of the main buds fully dried. Hope you like the bloody pics I've updated today, I've really impressed of the resin, I cannot really wait to taste it... Yummy! For now it's all lads, stay tuned and stay high!

PH: 5.8 EC: 1.8 As you can see the PH from the feeding water is a bit low, this is because someone suggested that i can try to lower the PH as my PH pen was a bit too high, aswell as my soil PH. Lamp is at 80% and 40 cm distance. Flush week, Finally through the worst of a nasty heat wave, getting some cooler night temps just in time. Trichomes are showing enough amber Im going to flush for a week or so. These buds have me excited as they are dense and juicy!! The smell has been intoxicating to say the least. Already calling this plant a %100 percent success regardless of issues or harvest or quality, simply based on the fact I just LOVED watching her grow and I swear, just being able to smell her on the daily for the last 6 weeks has really just been incredible…. Say what you want, hopefully she holds up on the smoke test but yea, that smell, I will miss it.

Letting mother nature do her thing, lol. Im learning a lot . Got my pots tied down to the deck and supported with other dirt pots and water jugs, lol. I wonder how big they would be if I planted them in the ground! Going to half to hire help come harvest time lol

Overall a great growing experience with FastBuds Gorilla Glue Auto from start to finish. She went 65 days and hit 27". Lots of big beefy colas. She always took to changes in nutes/environment well. End result is a bunch of smelly, sticky goodness. 380.8g wet weight. I'll update more once she's had a chance to dry... check back soon for dry weight and smoke report. Harvest Update: Ended up losing a lot more during my dry time than expected. Just barely hit two ounces of bud and about 17g of trim and popcorn. My wet weight did include a lot of stem whereas my dry weight reflects trimmed bag ready bud. But still... that's a huge difference! Still very happy with the results! The buds smell amazing, hints of pine and citrus in the smoke. Gonna let her cure up a bit and we'll be off to the races. I will definitely be popping another one of these off in the near future.

Harvest about a week early to not get any amber thricomes. The buds look amazing so sugary don’t want them to become amber. Will press like 70-80% into rosin. So don’t want no ambers’s. Otherwise this strain was amazing to grow! It was super stable all the time and produced some Sick buds for me! This shit smells like gods v*gina!

Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread.
