After defoliating both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants after week 11 they now develop more and amore flower clusters, since the light can penetrate deeper int the canopy now. The plants are producing trichomes like crazy, even the bigger sugar leaves are covered in them! VERY FROSTY PLANTS! The flower clusters clearly form colas now along all side branches and both plants fill up nicely. The smell is now strong and sweet with a clear peach aroma to it, it makes me smile every time I look into the tent. The plants love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are getting the recommended dose every watering.

Hello Diary, I'm starting a new round on my little Farm, the 18th since I started growing these beautiful plants. There are again three different Autoflowering strains at the Farm: Cherry Pie Auto, Purple Lemonade Auto and one of the legendary strains White Widow Auto. This journal will be dedicated to the Cherry Pie Automatic. To begin with, I will write a few words about Cherry Pie Auto itself. Cherry Pie Auto has an impressive family tree. As the autoflowering version of the terpene-packed Cherry Pie, this strain has close links to both Granddaddy Purple and Durban Poison. These ancestors occupy opposite ends of the indica-sativa spectrum, meaning Cherry Pie Auto features a balanced genetic profile. The zingy and cerebral qualities of Durban Poison—a pure South African sativa—and the fruity terpenes of Granddaddy Purple both shine through in their fast-growing successor. Cherry Pie Auto shares many of the effects and flavors of the original cultivar. Her moderate THC content of 19% drives a mentally uplifting yet physically relaxing experience. This time I decided on 11 lit. fabric pots, my dear friends at RQS sent me these nice pots and it's not like this is my first time using them. They are great to handle and prevent me from over watering the plants. For soil, I use BioBizz's Light Mix, mixed with Easy Boost organic nutrition in the form of pellets. I put 50g of pellets on the 11 liter pot. After that I put Seeaweed, 1g/lit and finally Mycorrhiza Mix which I put 5g/lit. After that, I mixed the soil in the pot well and soaked it with water. I put Seed Booster in the water, a new product from the rich range of organic nutrients from RQS. I made a hole in the middle of a few centimeters and put a seed inside. I did the same with the other two strains and after that I put them in the grow box. 20/07/2024 In the morning I sprinkled the surface of the soil with water, not too much, and by the end of the day all three plants had sprouted. 21/07/2024 I watered the plants, I gave each approximately 1 liter of water to which I added Seed Booster again. Before that, I photographed the plants. 23/07/2024 Watering. I repeated the same procedure as two days earlier. That's all from me for now, I'm looking forward to a new trip as always. See you soon.

Decided to ponytail them today DAY 14 and 15 for 18hrs and will remove just before lights out.... Day 16 - 18 Leaf Tucking Day 19 begun LST , hopfully they don't run away on me.... Watering only when needed and adjusting lights when needed .... Rain Water Only !!!!! Can see the differences in Pheno types .... Loving it .....

Loving the look and bid formation. Seeing the difference in how my Gelato cake had previously budded and this is a way different experience lollipopping and mainline attempt definitely change the bud arrangement the smells are so wonderful. And now to see them lineup and stack they way are with only another 4 days til I stop everything but purpinator for another 4 days then force them to drink up last remainder of what's left in the coco during a 3 day dry spell and finally flushing before harvest.

Plant has been cruising no problems it's showing little bit of nitrogen access so she has been put into a water only diet only and is a bouncing back from it other than that everything is Just smooth Sail thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

This has got to be one of the best Plants i have ever grown. The Taste and Sweet smell is like A Starburst . Cherry , ice cream . Buzz is Smooth And very high but mellow . 10/10 👌

I'm really digging the Chem OG, squat plants with those trademark thick thick thick indica leaves, clearly it's gonna be a heavy smoke lol Wasnt able to get the juices flowing this week, hopefully next week i'll get the smart protein into feed. Started training some of these, did two more defoliations (total of three light defos so far) ... and then flipped them 4 days ago. the f-ing landlord has been attempting to enter the lab according to my security cameras lol, motherfucker !!!! anyway i have to pack up the lab, hopefully i'll be able to complete the grow cycle , but for sure i'll have to move the grow op ... that's my problem, sure but it also means that i'll have to wait in order to set up my perpetual cycle... and of course i cant really take cuttings if i'm moving the lab... why must people be so curious? really wish there would be at least a bit more tolerance around this hobby just so i can sleep peacefully at night... in the mean time , I lowered my lights to 22cm, i heard from someone (forgot who) that it's a good thing to get the lights closer when you flip so that the plant gets that extra energy for the stretch. W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 21-6 After 14 days of slow drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 It was a very nice daytime smoke, tasted sweet-sour. End results: 74.26 Grams of bud 57.90 Grams of small buds and trim, in the freezer for bubble hash. I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Week 7 of flower in the books and we’ve had to adjust to the height issues in an attempt to salvage what we can of the largest mains on the cheese. Really should’ve done this 2 weeks ago and while it’d be preferable not to supercrop this late in flower - there really wasn’t a choice. It was done early in the week and the plant is none the worse for wear. On the whole, the nute burn issue has been rectified and while the damage isn’t massive, it’s still really obvious. For all the above reasons, We’re really not going to get that late flower look with this plant. Kinda sad there. Otherwise, the plants have begun to colour up and were quickly coming in to the harvest window. At this rate it looks like the gorilla cookies and cherry Bomb will go off first, with the cheese to follow and the lemon haze last. The GC is absolutely covered in trichs. We expect a great finish for this one. She’s unlike any pheno I’ve seen on here - ducksfooted with a pineapple shape to her heads but again, got it where it counts. The cherry Bomb is similar but also true to her description - huge cherry diesel scent coming off this plant. She’s chunky and sticky too so very pleased she’s made something of herself. The lemon haze is developing And rounding out slower. Trich production is moderate and I suspect she’s got a week longer than the rest. We’re getting there - maybe a week to 10 days. Almost time for jazz hands👍😎. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Let’s just hope that she’s not a dud like the last bean. The new digs for this run are courtesy MarsHydro👊. Their 2x4 single grow tent, paired with a shiny new 240w QB courtesy ViparSpectra. These folks were kind enough to discuss a collaboration and as a result, here we are to test out the gear with an inaugural run of autos. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. 11/22 Week 14 One has fallen five remain FFT-11-1 is in dry Rate of harvest as much weather driven as anything dont want a lot exposed at once. Planning every 2-3 days FFT-10 is in full bud building mode still so keeping the pedal down on them with a 10/10 finishing feed till we see some closure on those buds. FFT-9 is really showing great color purple so deep almost black water only FFT-11-2 is waiting her turn water only 11/23 pics Harvest FFT-11-2 in the morning 11/24 Yield on FFt-11-1 : 189 grams dry FFt-11-2 in dry (1100 grams wet) 11/25 Unless the weather turns on us will harvest both FFt-9s tomorrow FFt-11-2 still in dry be finished tomorrow 11/27 The FFT-10 stands alone , showing signs of ending, putting them on a finishing feed and reduce as the buds close 11/28 Welp those signs of ending backed off and she making buds heavy again. Go girls go not reducing feed till this goes as far as it will zero pressure to harvest. Lights on pics Built a better jute cage for FFT-10-2 she is very wide and there was a danger of branches breaking from weight of buds. Increased Bloom and Peak PK hitting them a bit harder as dont want noticeable def beginning until I want them as much as practical. Buds still spikey and hairs strong though seem a few less its not much. Seems every time we switch up our PK for them it triggers another round of production. See what what when they begin to slow again. This is fun dont get to do this... ever... no space pressure finally although thats due to problems in germ more than my design going forward I think. Plants are at max par being under their individual ts-2000s so I killed the side lights not doing a lot anyway with the tent near empty 11/30 At lights on the buds seem to be slowing, reducing the Bloom nuets and PK after a single hard hit to see if they pick up
