7 Woche

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. One more week to catch up on

01/01 happy new year start of a new week here. Top dressed with craft blend, pushin p, and ocean blend, and 2/1 mix of buildaflower and castings .and watered in rootwise goodies just 3 gallons also raised vpd to 1.2 and ppfd to 550-600 depending on the spot. 01/02 remembered to shift the hours down to 16/8 definitely gave em to much light for to long looked pissed before lights out. Also have been adjusting light height and power to get the ppfd I want and temp. Think I got it dialed in now. Just keep tucking for now 01/05 For some reason wat I logged the last few days is now gone from here... yesterday I watered in 17 gallons total 3.5 of that in the middle with supplemental stuff. I should have kept it at 14 gallons cus in slightly over saturated in the bottom but it should be fine. Did a pretty aggressive defoliation and tucking to open up canopy and under side of plants.

Day 50 😍welcome to week 7 😃👌

FLOWERING First week of flowering. The first flowering phenomena are visible in the tops of the plants.😜 -------------------------------- GROWTH The plants are still growing rapidly. To keep the size of the plants somewhat at the same height, I use the following techniques: 😷 1. Removal of the side branches (Defoliation) -Small plants: I remove almost all side branches. In this way the small plants do not have to spend energy in the growth of side branches. -Large Plants: I don't remove anything. The plants will put energy into the growth of side branches, so the plants will not grow too fast in height. -Other plants: I remove the side branches in proportion to the size of the plants. In the course of the following days, I gradually remove all low side branches! 2. Tying the branches (Low Stress Training) -The smallest plants grow straight upwards. -The largest plants are tempered in their growth, after I have tied them to the plant sticks with the help of plastic plant binders. On DAY 5 the plants vary in length between 23 and 41 cm -------------------------------- AIR HUMIDITY 😨 When the lights are on, it gets nice and warm in the growing room. To keep the humidity at the desired level, I have two 7.5 liter humidifiers working almost continuously. In less than 24 hours I have to refill them. As long as the plants do not have real buds, I like high humidity so the plants to keep a low VPD. -------------------------------- WATER and NUTRITION 😱 Due to the high humidity, I don't have to give that much water. Every 2-3 days I give 1.25 liters of water per pot. I add 3 tablets of Easy Grow Booster to 10 liters of water. I divide this mixture between the 8 pots. This week I gave 2 x water. !!! The WATERING VOLUME PER PLANT PER 24H above, is in fact PER POT (4 POTS) !!!

Day 65: What a beauty! The sugar leaves have all faded purple and she is covered with frost. The buds are really starting to fatten up now. I gave her 2L of water with nutrients. The weather has been rainy here the last couple days and I kept the lights on 24 hours to avoid the humidity rising above 60%. Soon the humidity should drop and I can go back to 20hrs. Maybe this wasn't really necessary, but I gives me peace of mind. Day 67: I gave her 2L of water with nutrients. The smell opening the tent is so strong now. It smell of the tent is skunky, but if I smell the buds up close it smells sweeter and a bit like berries. There are a few more leaves yellowing at the bottom and a few of the fan leaves are starting to turn purple now too. The buds are fattening quickly now. The trichomes are a mix of clear and cloudy. Day 69: I gave her another 2L of water with nutrients. Buds have grown noticeably since the last watering 2 days ago. She is also looking pretty frosty.

Start of week 6! Week 5 went well, the girls are all very sticky and smell incredible! The super lemon haze continues to need extra feeding, she's a hungry lady! Both blueberry plants are packing on a lot of weight as the branches are bending and twisting, I tried them up to give them extra support.

11/27: harvest day. Well, i have chopped them all down. I trimmed all the bud and put it in seal bags in the freezer. No drying - fresh frozen. Sometime in the next few days i will turn it all into bubble hash. If i had gotten the buds that i wanted I would have dried and cured much of this. But as this is just a typical looking and smelling lemon strain, it all went in the freezer. If not for all of their expectations set by FastBuds, i would likely have loved at least one of the plants. The one labeled PL1 was a monster. It produced over 27oz of trimmed wet bud. The hat is more than the other 3 plants combined. With a total of 53 Oz of trimmed wet bud harvested and frozen. The one that i labeled PL4 was insanely frosty when compared to the other 3 phenos. I have clones of bother PL1 and PL4 that i may consider using for breeding projects where i want a strong lemon. The other two plants were mostly forgettable.

The cycle is over now and trust me it was a run I love it, the sugar breath is a must have this strain is top notch, the whole development of the buds is so premium the final product I'll give five 🌟.

La temperatura está un pelín alta 26 grados y la humedad anda entorno al 55%. Riego cada 48 horas y suelo pulverizar con agua para aumentar un poco la humedad ambiental. Im Moment verlaufen die Tage sehr ruhig und die Blüten Reifen wirklich schön. Die Trichome sind sehr beeindruckend und die Calyxe bildet sich aus. Mikroskop kommt bald zum Einsatz um das THC Level zu ermitteln. Allen Growmies eine mega erfolgreiche und schöne Woche gewünscht! 😉 VG
