Week 3 – Day 22 (VT22) RedPure#4 was transplanted into a 15L fabric pot this week and received 💧 2.5L of water. She’s showing the first signs of preflower 🌸 and is staying nice and compact – just as expected. Looks like she’s going to turn a beautiful purple 💜 soon! She reacted well to the transplant and shows no signs of stress. The overall light intensity (DLI) was reduced to 27 to keep stress low, but RedPure handled it like a champ 💪. 📅 Looking ahead: 🔹 Watering volume will increase to 4–5L depending on demand. 🔹 Root growth looks promising – they’ve started exploring the new pot. 🔹 Light LST will continue, and I might remove a few bigger leaves 🍃 if needed.

Pre-flower time... Top dress feeding for the first time for this lady added with some worm casting. Switching lights to 12/12 in a few days, Monday but until then each day I'll decrease the lights. Other than that things have been super easy, once again she's strong. She's thick she's healthy she's happy. If I can count correctly I may have about 16 tops, so things will be clear later on In flower. We'll see the true tops. Plus she is putting off a really leafy greeny smell, if that makes any sense. Other than that looking good

week 6, i removed all the Internodes on the 5.5(I will mark the photos which is which) and lst on the 3 gallon pot(now four main colas). Temperature is the current temp outside, I do it by day just cause. There was a big storm and my plants loved it surprisingly, so tomorrow I’m going to drench the 3 gallon,which is dry again, in water to see if any more surge in growth happens. 3 gallon shows heavy prefñower I guess with pistils and the 5 gallon is alright

Had a great run with this grow. I learned ALOT about DWC, growing and myself. I think it would have been infinetly more successful if I would have just stuck to the feeding chart, and stopped "fixing things till they broke", but a great learning lesson and I am excited for my next grow.

Very excited for this plant it massive compared to my others. I can't wait ro see how much it yields!

Looks like I switched to 12/12 just in time. Even though I trained and topped her, she still stretched more than expected. The canopy is nice and equal and there is plenty of room for of the lower branches to grow above the ScrOG net and produce some flowers. As I don't have much space left to raise the light I hope the stretching will stop in the coming days. After the predatory mite were released in the GTools I haven't found anymore bitemarks in the leafs and additionally the black flies also disappeared. The plant looks really healthy overall and she enjoys the Plagron I feed her. The smaller HighCloudz in the cups are still going strong. The buds seem to grow faster than on the bigger plant and it's amazing to see how the plant can grow in such a small cup. As for the Biscotti Sour Dubb, she shows little signs of blooming but still healthy and strong. Some of the leafs are showing some brown spots. My first idea about this was nutrient lockout but please leave a comment if you think it's something else. I added some CalMag to the feeding just in case. Let's see how the plant responds to it. 🌿🌿🌿 Mid-week update The brown spots turned out to be nutrient burn. I made a mistake as I kept giving Alga Grow even though I already started giving Alga Bloom, resulting in way too much nitrogen. At the moment I'm flushing out the excess nutrients and just giving CalMag and Power Buds. The fresh leafs show no signs of nutrient burn and I hope flushing for a couple of days will fix the issue. It's a shame and we'll have to see how much of a setback this will be for the plants development. We still have 7 weeks to go before harvest so the plant should have some time to recover form my mistake. Shoutout to @Belgiums_basement_budz for the excellent answer to my grow question

I harvested 2 apple fritters by RQS and a Durban Thai XC99 by Brothers Grimm. Huge colas, very tight and frosty. Looking forward to trying in a few weeks. These were the biggest yielders out of the run, and I anticipate around 8 zips off each of these. I'll update after they're dried and cured. We've made it to day 28! - 17/12/20 The girls seem to be happy and healthy today. I won't be feeding/watering them as the pots are still heavy from yesterdays feed. A few of the girls have started to show sex & the smell has picked up a little bit(inside the tent), so I'm hoping to see some flowering begin this week sometime. (I've been using my iPhone as my only DSLR lens is useless for focusing on certain depths, but I hate the colour I get using the iPhone... I may be switching back to DSLR unless I can find a better camera app.) update - day 29 (18/12/20) Short update today. Fed the girls today and will probably be feeding/watering every day from here on out, we'll see though. veg growth has really taken off by now, I'm hoping to see some flowering this week. update - day 30 (19/12/20) I fed the girls today. I need to find a better way to hand water, the plants are so short and bushy its a pain getting in between all the branches. I wish i left my drip feed system up and running, I will definitely refine it and use it next run. Update - day 31 (20/12/20) Fed the girl's straight water today. I'm going to purchase the pieces I need tomorrow to reconfigure my drip feed system & hopefully have it running by mid-week! Update - day 32 I attempted to set up my drip feed system today but the plants are too thick around the base to place the halo around :( I will have to wait until next season to set it up, oh well, I guess its hand watering for the next 5-10 weeks Fingers crossed these girls start to flower ASAP. I fed the girls today, everything is looking good so far. I also moved the plants around to try to make hand watering easier, I had issues trying to water the whole pot instead of just one spot due to plants/branches being in the way. Update - Day 34 - 23/12/20 It definitely seems ill be watering the girls every day from here on out. All the girls look fairly happy and healthy, they're getting a bit big for the 5x5 they're in. Good progress on her this week! Flowers plumping up. Pistils changing colour nicely. Still got a while to go yet.
