Starting into Week 5 Flower, week 11 total Mandarin Cookies definitely has an extremely strong orange citrus smell! Trichomes are coming in very nicely! MC’s are still ahead of the SK’s... however the SK on the left is catching up, with the one on the right having some budlets starting to form. 3 - Madarin Cookies are two in back and one in center; 2 - Silver Kush are two up front; 2 gallons water/nutes per 5 plants, alternating with plain water (just calmag, malassis, Ph. 6.4) every other day. Ph.6.4 (1.5 C.F.) Fox Farm Ocean Forest, mixed with (1.5 C.F.) garden soil, fills (5) 5 galllon fabric pots perfectly. (50/50 mix.) The new version of Spider Farmer SF-4000 is an awesome light, for anyone wondering. Can’t say enough good things about this light! Way less heat that any HPS/MH I’ve used. My big curiosity is about the final weight per watts used at finish for the Spider Farmer... UPDATE Week 5, Day 6: I did notice some heat stress on only a few of the taller branches (they were about 6” from the light). I did move the light a little further up about 4” to get some distance, and added an extra fan. Hope this helps the leaf curling! Question: have you ever driven past a house and can instantly tell they just harvested?? Ha! I just did that on my way home, and thought I was smelling my house from a long distance away.

Last week, first of flowering, was outstanding, I could water the girls regulary and the work paid off they stretched a lot and are looking super healthy. The girl right below the upper fan is suffering a bit with the shadows and is notoriously shorter than her sisters, I will need to rethink the air circulation for the next grow. Another concern of mine is their height, hoping they dont stretch anymore as the lights are already at maximum possible height inside tent and there is only 20cm gap between it and the plants.

Day 50 - Starting week 8 today and she doesn’t look any worse thank yesterday with the lime green leaves so hopefully feeding her nutes hopefully helped her but we’ll see in the next couple days. Day 51 - No significant lightning of the leaves today so I think I got her enough nutes in time so hopefully she’s got enough in the soil to now to push that bud development. She’s definitely a really dark purple and it looks pretty amazing in person, the pictures do no justice. Day 52 - Looking really dark purple now and love the colors. She’s starting to put out a slight citrusy smell as well. Her leaves haven’t really lightened up anymore so I think she’s gonna be ok till the end. Day 53 - She’s chugging along nicely and looking gorgeous. Tested the soil and still a bit damp so will wait a couple more days before giving her some water. Day 54 - Things look great now with this girl. She’s starting to dry out and bit so will give her some fresh water and some cal-mag tomorrow. She’s really darkening up and looks gorgeous. Day 55 - Gave her almost a full gallon of water tonight, she seemed pretty thirsty. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my lights and saw nothing but good reviews on the AGLEX 1200W COB LED and was a decent price so I ordered it today and should be here tomorrow. Really want to see if it helps keep the tent cooler than running 2 cheapo 1000W LED’s. I’m sure it can’t be any worse so can’t wait to get her hooked up tomorrow and see what she does for the rest of this grow. Day 56 - It’s the end of week 8 and all is looking good. I got the new AGLEX COB LED hooked up so really looking forward to seeing if this light will help in the grow. She’s already looking good but hoping this light will push her over the edge. She doesn’t need any water or nutes today and will probably give her the next feeding of nutes sometime this weekend.

Day 8 Shes a little deformed, but im sure she will grow out of that. Going to water tomorrow so ill give an update on that. do people give daily updates? is it better like that or do i give one weekly update? Day 9 My stubbornness has led me to water her today. but lets see how she takes it. Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and getting chunky. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

Day 4 - light LST training. This window is very small to Train correctly and not lost any main stems..the knuckle tends to solidify quite quickly and begins to swell if feed properly...making bending by the knuckle risky

9/24 Busy as fuck and personal emergencies always hit during harvest season. I took a few tops from my favorite gmo just so I have some if the weather fucks me. I'll take more today probably. WATERED YESTERDAY. I'll post pictures of dry flowers and do the reports. Three are still standing. That huge gmo is going to extracts though. 9/25 9/26 We are getting a week of rain. After looking at my trichs I decided to pull the GMO's I had left. I was sick of cutting branches due to grey mold and I was starting to lose buds to botrytis. Trichs got to about 10% amber on most. Maybe more. I worked like a mule. I was going to leave my favorite gmo and the sherb pie. However, my wife had multiple medical emergencies that required hospitalization. I couldn't risk letting my girls turn to mush if she had to stay. I'm glad with my decision. Everyone now I see is asking about bud rot and pm cures. This happened at the same time last year. She was hospitalized during late late flower. I couldn't keep this updated and I took the plants ad quickly as I could and rough wet trimmed some of them. Some plants got hung whole. I have been in trim jail. I have finished two plants and that is working my balls off. The one in the fifty and the event horizon. I'll do the harvest reports and add pictures but with my wife how she is and the work load I'm going to have to wait. I also left buds to ripen right before the rain and got lots of nice amber flowers that I froze to make a temple ball. I have lots of content. I just need time and a place to do it. I have one lone survivor. The seedling in the ten that seems to be a sativa hybrid. She's a beast and I think can handle the rain due to the fluffy buds. If I see problems I could easily carry it inside. I'll be back with some pics and videos but for now breaks. 9/28 Busy as FUCK. SICK. Been in and out of the hospital with the wife. Looking back on diaries she's in the hospital when I'm harvesting the past few years. I got two strains curing right now. I got a shit ton drying and I'm in trim jail. I'll look to see if I have any pictures I can upload My sativa hybrid survived the rain. All this rain has made its leaves turn yellow and start to drop. It needs food I think. I'll check the trichs but I know it's not ready. The buds are like soda bottles but they are loose. Like a string of calyxes. I don't flgrow sativas so I'll have to ask for some help. I'm trying to decide if I should feed it. It looks hungry. I'm going to have to scope it and then I'll feed if necessary. I'll take pictures and a video when I have the chance. 9/29 Rain stopped and the sun came out. I need to take some pictures and put them up here and do a harvest report. My little BIG Sativa hybrid in the ten got scoped today. It's weird it's starting to foxtail some. . I've had tons of emergencies but I've bern kicking asses and taking names. I've got one GMO (one pheno was much faster flowering than the others), one event horizon and the sherb pie all curing. I'm just waiting on the others to dry. I've got a couple gmos that are just going to extract. One is really nice though and I'm keeping it for smoke. That's trimmed too. I have been working on the other event horizon which will be done today because it's time for it to be cured. I am sick and sore as fuck but I know how important this is and it's mine and my wife's medicine for the year. Sherb pie was a let down quantity wise but I let it get eaten by ear wigs for too long. I've got to get back to it but when I get it done I'll take the pictures and do the reports reports but this breaks over. I've got a BUNCH of fresh frozen too that I'm planning on running bubble hash with and aging a temple ball.

7 week is behind us. On day 45 i setting up net for holding buds and a bit more fullit up tent. There is past 3 day since she started flower. In this update i can not move out of grow room and some picture is not so perfect Peace and love ✌️😁💜💚

Hey yall! Thanks for tuning in this week. Had a great look under the microscope of my soil, I just ordered a camera for my scope so next week look forward to seeing and identifying some beneficial microbiology! Another round of compost tea, I added Kiwi 🥝 😋 Fermented Juice, to this round of tea. Also adding food for the bacteria (simple sugars) and for the fungi (complex carbs). I suggest using diverse food for increased biodiversity. The mycelium network is really established at this point. Which is why I highly recommend to keep reusing your soil, and the larger the pot size the better. I am in 10 gallons for now. Once I move into our house will be into living beds, 100 gallon + If you can't be in a bed, use 25 gallon. You will benefit in time. So at this point only using inputs I have made from organically grown plants, mostly grown in house. Anything else was wildcrafted, sustainably, so if I take something from nature I am replacing it with something else. Balance in all things. Added the fruit for pushing the flowers. Pistol hairs are growing. This strain is a sativa dominant, and thus my flowers are not as compact and "looser" than indica dominant strains I have always grown. Review on this sativa dominant cultivar is: harder to grow than most strains, longer flowering time is also a pain while increasing my costs with more days with the lights on. Getting COAs on the finished flowers and I will post on here, I am hoping for higher levels of THCv, let's get into the rare cannabinoids and higher terpenes!

Today was just spent checking her over, turning her pot and doing a quick check of her trichomes which are close, but not quite ripe enough yet! 10/17- Wow!... Nine weeks of flower DONE! 😎👍 Now my sights are set on getting this girl finished up and on her way to 48 hours in the dark before she's hung to begin drying. I went ahead and watered her with her usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.7 @ 72℉ and checked her trichomes, which are looking just about right! This journey is coming to a close in the next couple of weeks with her harvest, drying and trimming up. Day 22 - Rolling into week 4 looking mean and green! 💪 I need to make a decision on what kind of training I want to dish out to this lady. She's growing a bit faster than her tent mates. Day 23 - Always experimenting - today I begin my first mainline! I've already built the foundation by allowing the plant to grow to 6 nodes, as recommended by the tutorial I followed by the brilliant Miss Nebula Haze @growweedeasy. My next step is documented here in a video, as I take my lush, happy, healthy plant, and give her the kind of haircut that makes you want to storm out of the salon without leaving a tip. 😂 I even managed to get in my signature branch snap early in the game - being held together now with duct tape. 🤦‍♀️ In all seriousness though, I'm thrilled to be trying this out, despite the agony of cutting down my plant to nothing but a stump and antennae. I've seen some great growers create some serious masterpieces using this method, and damn it my curiosity is taking control! Here's to learning something new! Day 27 - Came home from vacation to find that my plant had hulked through the duct tape that held her snapped branch together... I guess she's doing well. ☺️ Over the course of the past few days her branches have gotten notably thicker! 💪 Day 28 - Now that each new main stem has grown out, I removed all the growth tips from below the 3rd node on each side. I left the fan leaves in tact to give plant access to extra energy as she pushes through this intense training. I softened the branches with my fingers, very slowly, to tie down my new main stems horizontally across the net basket. I took a sterilized x-acto knife to then top each of my two main stems at the 3rd node on each side, leaving me with a beautifully symmetrical base to my masterpiece.

Topdressing with biofish and fishbone meal water in with em1 mix the two meals 50/50 1 cup per plant. Really not much I do other than observe now. Blumats set up all I can do is make occasionally a compost tea with alfalfa meal and ewc lobster compost blend splash of molasses. Em1 2x a month.
