2 october First of all... This girl was planted in a position under a tree. She is a real outdoor strain. I had succes with maroc in guerilla grows before. Sun hours are key. Having that in mind. The way this Outdoor Grapefruit performed in her bad spot is incredible. She grew away from the shady patch just like Maroc did. Meaning she was leaning and basicly I ended up scrogging her to face the southern side. The backside was of the net was empty. In a sunny spot this girl would have gone through the roof. She is super sticky. Amazingly fruity, my favourite strain outdoors this year. She performed wel in the cold and rain. Mould was everywhere but she managed best. Could have gone another week but forecast were bad and my planning did not allow that extra time. So many thing still left to do with such monster plants and incoming harvest. Ill keep you posted on weight, with budshots in the smoke report. Peace out✌️

All 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution.

Still no changes compared to last week. The plant is holding steady, patiently biding its time before making the next move 🌱⏳.

This time I am growing Sativa strain that is Mexican Airlines from FastBuds and some cool hybrid Wedding Cheesecake from the same breeder. I started with 7 seeds. Mexican Airlines: 4 out of 5 germinated successfully. Wedding Cheesecake: 2 out of 2 germinated successfully. Currently I have 6 sprouts. Will keep 3 strongest of the first week of vegetation stage.

Last week I fought some yellowing of the leaves. Did some small adjustments on PH to keep it in the 5.6 range. Seemed to stop it from progressing. For Week 3 Veg I topped the plants. I plan to flip the lights at the end of week 3 and move into flower. Lights are still at 25% power Day 17 Leaves are getting darker. Everything is looking good. Day 18 Turned room temp down to 73F from 76F. Fearing it is warming up my res tank too much. Day 19 Starting to get yellowing again. checked everything and can't find a good reason for it. Did notice some cloudiness in my res tank. Added 2 ML/Gal of peroxide. have Hydroguard on the way to help. I'll be adding more fans this weekend. I have light air movement currently. Also found a few spider mites and sprayed Greencleaner to all plants. Current environment settings: Room Temp 72.74 F Room Humidity 63.63% (After spraying, Trending down). Room CO2 589PPM Tank PH 5.718 Tank PPM (500 Scale) 813 Tank Temp 74.5 F Day 20 Recalibrated my EC probe just to be sure it was also accurate. wasn't off by much.
