Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. So, what does it mean when your plants are showing off big, luscious leaves? It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Together, these inline sensors allow me to run a super-tight ship—every drop of water and nutrient is dialed in to perfection, keeping the plants happy and healthy! Shout Outs! As always, huge thanks to TrolMaster and ThinkGrow LED for the amazing gear, to Aptus Holland for their top-notch nutrients and Pro-Mix for the best soil i have used so far. Big love to the seed banks, the amazing Grow Diaries community, and all my followers—you guys make this journey so much more exciting. Week 7 did not go too well. I believe I ran into a heat stress issue due to the lights and I also tried some new supplements to add to the res and I ended up with some type of nute lockout.....I think. Anyway, today starts week 3 of flowering and after some more research into nutrient ratios I came up with what you see above. Now I added all of this into 16 gallons of RO water (in the correct sequence) and my EC ended up a little higher than I wanted...1.4. I was looking to stay more around 1.0, but below 1.2 regardless. So I ended up adding 3 more gallons of RO water to the mix and got my numbers looking pretty descent. I was under the assumption ww was on the smaller side of the cannabis world, but this one plant, nicknamed "HULK", seems to be the exception to the rule. Hulk is now 24 inches tall....WITH LST. There is probably another 1.5 feet of branch that is basically horizontal. Well it leaves me in a predicament. I only have 22 inches of light between the 315w CMH and Hulk. The light is as high as it can go in the tent. Well I am going to keep an eye on these girls and hopefully we will see some improvement in growth. Last week pretty much stalled. Well I will check back in and let you know how it's going. Until then just keep it growing. Jan 16 update: wow, the Hulk just keeps going 😳. The runt is still giving me issues. It looks like heat stress but not from the lights. Thinking a vpd issue. Got a thermal temp gun so I am watching for that now. Also got me a wireless camera set up now. So I can check on the girls whenever and wherever I am. Love it.

Harvest is imminent! I'm basically just waiting for her to drink her last watering. So 1-3 days I guess - my last few "finished" plants basically stopped drinking much at the end, and she seems to be the same. But my last post was about a week ago so one more flowering week report! A few days ago I took off some of the brittle taco-ified fan leafs. My guess is they don't do much for photosynthesis anymore and just prevent lower growth from getting light. Upper leafs by now have turned a pretty violet/plum color! I put a leaf from another plant in the picture for comparison.😊 Structurally there is little change since last week. Smell is still incredible too! She is significantly heavier than three weeks ago so the stems are losing the battle against gravity.. but as she's coming down in a few I'm not gonna go wild with jojos or garden wire. 🤷

Miss Mango is growing well and reached a full 12 inches which is actually 6 inches shorter than Gorilla Cookies and I started them at the same time. When I looked on Zamensia website is said, "Cultivating Mango Kush Automatic is an easygoing affair thanks to some robust and reliable autoflowering genetics. This plant stays close to the earth, only reaching 80cm indoors and around 100cm outdoors." It also said that Mango Kush takes, "it takes is 10–11 weeks from seed to harvest to really get the best out of this cultivar. At which point, Mango Kush Automatic has the potential to yield 200g/plant when grown outside under ideal conditions." That means Miss Mango should be ready about the end of July or first week of August. GAME ON:) Comments are welcome and let's watch Miss Mango tango dance herself to a winning harvest. Stay tuned!!

Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

FINAL WEEK? Feb 28th - pH 6.0, PPM 400, 0.8 EC, Temp 77f, Humidity 50% - What changed! 3 gals, hoping this to be the final week. The trichomes look good, just want to ensure all are sufficiently done and ripe. Mar 1st - pH 6.3, PPM 400, 0.8 EC, Temp 81f, Humidity 70% - Adjusted pH from 5.0, added water to adjust PPM from 550. Mar 2nd - pH 6.4, PPM 420, 0.8 EC, Temp 80f, Humidity 55% - Adjusted pH from 5.4, added water to adjust PPM from 550. Mar 3rd - pH 6.4, PPM 460, 0.9 EC, Temp 77f, Humidity 62% - No adjustments. Mar 4th - pH 6.2, PPM 460, 0.9 EC, Temp 83f, Humidity 80% - Adjusted pH from 5.7, VPD is ass, no idea on how to change or fix it. I have 2 intakes and one exhaust, the room the cabinet is in is not high in humidity, just the 1.5x2.5 cabinet. :/ I have tried a dehumidifier, but in the end, it didn't collect anything after a few days, so truly at a loss, I've also tried defoliation, but I'm always afraid of doing too much, I mean I guess it's the last week/week and a half so it shouldn't be too bad to cut leaves off but damn, what about the earliest stages, shits going to be tough to dial in... Mar 5th - pH 6.3, PPM 430, 0.9 EC, Temp 85f, Humidity 70% - Adjusted pH from 5.7, seeing more purple on the buds, maybe I'll go another week just to see if any more color comes out. Mar 6th - pH 6.3, PPM 530, 1.1 EC, Temp 83f, Humidity 75% - No adjustments

Day 126. Really day 90 from seed, part of Control Garden. Amazing how they Bulk, 3 weeks of veg only, crazy strain ! If i ever wanted anything from this strain, she was like "Let's do it ! " 8 sisters were amazing, now i used last two biggest beans and those had no training, no light, nothing, but went into absolute overdrive smells amazing, branches hard to hold while trimming ... Love them, maybe this time taste will be better, different nutes used ... Its so funny to hear branches slowly bending and cracking under own weight with no support left ... Amazing sound for grower ;)) Control Garden is an absolute success even with Strawberries hermie part .. Cure day. 250 g total. Insane for 3 weeks veg, one cola lost to budrot, no direct light and early harvest which led to a bit airy Monster Bulk buds, she could make 150 easy without budrot and one more week of flower ... Will update on night shift ;) Day Unknown. Decided to try out finally last girls for diary records, but ... After a month of intense cure buds got angly/pyramid type forms ... ????? Any idea ? First two weeks moved at least twice a day.

Wizard Fuel - Wizard Trees Day 70 - Watered with 3L of RO tap water with nutrients, mixed individually, in order and then pH'd to 6.3! She has completed her stretch phase, has developed her bud sites and is now focusing on bulking her flower 🙏🏻I removed a couple of fans leaves to improve general airflow in the tent 💪🏻 She has developed a good amount of trichomes on her buds and her smell has also started to appear - very gas earthy 👌🏻

🌸 Week 9 – Letting Go to Shine Brighter 🌸 Welcome to Week 9 of flower in the Eternity Grow Cup, a milestone moment where we shift gears and let the plants begin their final expression. This is the week we cut all nutrients — a bold move made with care and trust — leaving only System Clean to keep our lines pristine in the Autopot system. No harsh flushes, no dry backs, just gentle guidance toward the finish line. We didn’t wait for the reservoir to hit empty. Instead, we added pure water early, letting the system blend into a soft EC of 0.45, with a reservoir temperature of 21.9°C and a pH tuned to 6.3 — perfect for this phase. In the soil, EC sits at 0.95, giving the plants enough to sip on while encouraging them to cannibalize their stored energy, pushing out their richest colors, aromas, and trichome production. And what a show they’re putting on. The colors in the room are breathtaking: purples, oranges, yellows, deep greens — a painter’s palette. But above all, there’s this serene dark fade taking over, a sign of maturity and final expression. Trichome production is off the charts, with Runtz #1 still dominating the aroma game — sweet, powerful, unforgettable — while Runtz #4 emerges as the frost queen, covered head to toe in shimmering resin. The environment is dialed in: • Humidity at 52% • Temperature holding at 28°C • PPFD reduced to 683 to ease the plants into ripening • CO₂ around 1000 ppm for that final metabolic push We’re focusing now on presence and precision — ensuring airflow, temperatures, and humidity are in harmony. Every decision from here is about preservation, encouragement, and letting nature take the lead. This week’s update includes a special series of photos taken through the mask lens — showing the garden from my eyes, from tops to bottoms, sides to centers, trichomes to fade tones. It’s a personal view I’m grateful to share. The structure of the grow has become something of a symbol: four phenos in each corner, one in the center — creating an X from above, a cosmic mark that feels intentional, aligned, and just… right. They’ve bushed out so beautifully that this symmetry, almost a message from the plants themselves, is impossible to ignore. And from the top down to the lowest buds, there’s no weak link. No “B-buds” here — they’ve become A-tier expressions, worthy of jars and not just extracts. The synergy between Plagron, Aptus Holland, and the TrolMaster & ThinkGrow lighting ecosystem is performing at an elite level — tuning spectrum, dialing environment, and nurturing these compact queens into full form. This is a week of wonder, of silence before the final bloom. A week of gratitude. ⸻ 🌟 With Grower’s Love, I want to thank: • Our incredible community — lovers, haters, dreamers, doers • The sponsors who make this possible • And every grower competing in this cup — you are the fire that keeps this space glowing. Hello Diary. In the end, I have my own praise for this strain. Although they did not both emerge at the same time, they eventually had a harvest together. The outcome is in the end almost 140 g which is a great average. The dried flowers are hard and compact, reminiscent of velvet to the touch, really beautiful. They dried in a growbox for a total of 14 days along with their roommate Watermelon. My wife, although not a consumer, enjoys trimming which suits me great because I can take photos during that time. After trimming, we put the dry tops in jars where they matured for another 20 days. And now as I write this report, I’m enjoying the smoke of Purple Punch, drinking coffee, and trying to remember if I left something out in the report. If so, feel free to write and ask. I apologize for the delay with the reports, but a lot of photos and videos and other commitments have slowed me down in that. And hope those who visited the diary got useful information, thank you to everyone who supported this trip, thank you for all the compliments and comments. See you soon with new diaries.

So 3rd time and so happy again this is the best auto I’ve ever grown I think that’s about 50 chemdawg seeds I’ve planted and it always comes out the same very strong genetics this has
