This lady has some more uneven growth going on, it could be a strategic topping mistake from me. I don't know. Anyway I'm trying to fix it by topping some more and I'm gonna apply some lst strings to keep the two main branches a little more down👨‍🌾💚🌲.. Everything for that even canopy baby😎 So far still only water with sometimes adding some Aptus

End of veg for this beast. Maybe not the most flattering term for a lady but that's what she is 😂. She has taking the training well and I can't wait to see what sort of canopy she will give.

8/25 put in closet for 48 hrs of darkness before harvest 8/28 actually did almost 3 days of darkness but started trimming and chopping. Getting ready to hang. Day 1. 8/29: 72°F and 50% humidity. Still wet. Even the small buds Day 2. 8/30: 70°F and 47% humidity Day 3. 8/31: 70°F and 52% humidity. Looking more dry than id prefer after 3 days of drying. But the conditions arent exactly ideal. Day 4. 9/1: 70°F and 49% humidity. Humidity dropped which sucks! Day 5. 9/2: 75°F and 37 humidity. Temperatures rose and humidity dropped a lot. Buds are super crispy. Im gonna let them go another day. Day 6. 9/3: time to jar the buds for curing. Dry weight is 43 grams

The plants look nice and healthy but they are not going to be monster plants. I gave the plant which is ahead in development some low dose nutrients this week to try and prolong its flowering a bit. I also defoliated a little bit as the fan leaves were blocking light access to some of the buds. Not sure whether it was a mistake.. let’s see 😀 I increased the light intensity to ca 640 umol/m2/s and raised the lights a bit to provide more even light to the canopy. The trichomes are already cloudy so I estimate that I can harvest in ca. 2 weeks. Hope the buds will still fatten up a bit.

🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 9 From Seed | Week 4 Flower We’re now entering Week 4 of flower with our GMO Cookies — and things are moving fast. Very fast. From structure to flower formation, these girls are showing intent. Stacking, stretching, drinking… responding. Let’s break this week down properly. --- ## 🔬 Macro World — Why We Start Looking Closer Now This week marks the beginning of something important: we stop just looking… and start observing. Macro photography allows us to step into the plant’s reality: • Trichome heads beginning to form • Early resin coverage on sugar leaves • Pistils reaching, searching, multiplying • Surface textures you don’t see with the naked eye No stacking here — just single shots. Finding the focus. Respecting the moment. Some shots are clean and informative. Others are more dramatic — shadows, contrast, emotion. Both matter. Because growing is not just data… it’s also perspective. --- ## 🌿 Canopy Work — Opening Space, Not Forcing Control This week we did a selective defoliation. Not aggressive. Not random. Intentional. One of the girls pushed hard — dense structure, limited airflow — so we opened her up slightly. Goal: • Improve light penetration • Reduce microclimate buildup • Allow lower sites to breathe • Keep energy moving efficiently We removed more leaves than initially expected — but always with respect to the plant. No stress signs after. They accepted it well. --- ## ⚠️ Leaf Observations — Nothing Concerning We spotted some burned leaves, mainly: → Under-canopy LED exposure → Lower zones receiving direct intensity Important: • Not spreading • Not systemic • New growth remains healthy Color is strong. Leaf posture is confident. Flower sites are developing clean. This is not a problem — just a note. --- ## 🌱 Current Environment & Feeding The girls are eating and drinking like champions: • 💧 ~1.7L per plant / day • ⚡ EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • 🌡️ Temp: 28°C • 💨 RH: 60–65% • 🌬️ CO₂: ~1000 ppm Everything is aligned with their demand. They’re not being pushed — they’re being supported. --- ## 📏 Structure & Growth • Height: ~150 cm • Strong vertical development • Good lateral branching • Flower sites stacking consistently This is the phase where structure turns into yield. And we’re right on time. --- ## 🎥 Studio Sessions & Documentation As always — they stepped into the studio. And honestly… they delivered. From full plant portraits to intimate macro moments — this week gave us a full visual story. Also introducing officially: 🎬 Mr. Baggy More coming from him soon. --- ## 🔮 What To Expect Next Week Week 5 will be decisive. Expect: • Increased bud stacking • Resin production accelerating • Pistils multiplying rapidly • Stretch slowing down • Nutrient demand stabilizing We’ll keep observing closely — especially through macro. Because this is where quality is defined. --- ## 🙏 Final Words To everyone following this journey: • The OGs • The silent watchers • The skeptics • The supporters • The new growers finding their way Thank you. To the platform. To the community. To everyone building this space with us. This is not just a grow. It’s a shared process. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Week 6(Bloom): My vacation was hell for my poor plant 😥 I set up a 7 gallon bucket with a pump and timer. I didn’t test it before I left… The bucket was lower than the plant so I’m assuming once the pump kicked on the rest of the water siphoned into the plant. So she probably took the entire 7 gallons of water on day 1 and staved the entire time I was gone. When I came home she was sitting in about 2 inches of water. The entire tent was flooded. She looked like hell, leaves were showing signs of some deficiencies I haven’t seen before. I let her dry out for 2 days. It was tough to do, but I wanted to make sure that there was enough air to the roots after that much water for so long. I gave her a full does of nutrients. I really hope she bounces back from this. With all of that happening she still has matured quite a bit, the buds have sized up a bit. I feel this setback of a week will really affect my yield. Better luck next time I guess, and no more vacations… I should have taken pictures of it immediately following my return, but it was really hard to stomach. I didn’t want to really show that off. But my current pictures make it look pretty decent. If you look close at the buds in the picture you can really see the damage done.

Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

Beginning of week.. I almost started the flush this week.. But no, they need AT LEAST one more week of like a half dose of feedings.. then, I'll begin the flush. But they are both so beautiful! Lol.. So many purples in the ETHOS Cookies.. And the smell.. I can't get over the way she smells! So intense! Gonna be a great smoke for sure! Just don't want to harvest too early.. I did that with the Early Lemon Berry from ETHOS and it got me high.. But it was a very paranoid high.. Like VERY very paranoid hahaha.. I didn't like it.. But it tasted GREAT! But yeah, I harvested a little too early.. Not enough amber trichomes. And with these girls.. I feel comfortable flushing for 3 weeks if needed.. So this week I'm just gonna give them both a half dose (or so) of nutes but keep the sweetener at full power! Lol anyways.. Just (tRyInG tO) keeping these girls happy till the flush! The Mandarin Cookies leaves are beginning to look pretty pathetic.. They fall off pretty easily.. And look like complete shit in most spots.. Just can't wait to get these girls ready to smoke!!! They are getting STACKED! 💪💪💪 Mid week.. Still giving both plants: water, 1/2 feed, water, 1/2 feed, water, etc.. Mandarin Cookies gets watered/fed everyday (mornings) and the ETHOS Cookies gets watered/fed (afternoons usually). They are both looking like they should finish pretty close together. Trichomes are eVeRyWhErE! Seeing quite a few milky/cloudy.. Still quite a few clear tho too.. And almost no amber trichomes.. A couple here and there.. But not enough to even say amber are even forming really. Lol.. So pointless to even bring up.. Not till I see a gang of them.. Or at least a couple on one calyx to say there are some amber lol.. Just my 2 pesos, I guess.. Yet I suck at timing the harvest just right lol.. Still trying to find MY sweet spot.. Meh.. Anyways.. Just look at those pictures!!! Gorgeous colas! Good fucking job on these genetics ETHOS.. Good.. Fucking.. Job... End of week... Wow.. Just.... Wow... These ladies are looking awesome. This next week will be week 9 from 12/12.. Most of the pistils have turned.. Not all.. But more than 50% for sure. They are both looking about the same when it comes to pistils and trichomes.. Just BARELY starting to see some amber coming thru.. Still some clear.. But the next 2 weeks of flushing should give them enough time for the clear to mature a bit and should see more amber by then.. Hopefully not too many.. But I will harvest at the end of this week if they seem to mature too quick for another week.. 1 week of flushing in coco should be plenty.. I just like to overdose these ladies on water at the end.. It really does make a difference in my opinion.. I've even flushed a plant for like 4 or 5 weeks and yeah she looked like shit.. But only the leaves looked shitty.. The buds were still gorgeous as ever and VERY flavorful!.. Anyways.. This is about THIS grow.. These ladies are still loving life.. I have been slowly weaning them into the flush.. Not flushing them completely all at once.. But over a longer period of time so they can still get some nutes in.. But I am happy.. They are happy.. Tomorrow I will begin FloraKleen for both girls... And even run it thru the medium 2 days in a row.. Just to really get EVERYTHING out of the medium.. Then just water as I have been till harvest! Home stretch!!!!... On to the next week!...

These girls need to be transitioned to my out building in the grow tent but I'm having trouble getting humidity up I haven't warming with a small space heater but I can't get my humidity up so not putting them out there until I fix that hoping I still have a couple weeks Now in tent out in barn..Spider farmer SE7000 is in place..I set power down to 25% for my seedlings and I have about 18 inches from panel. Anyone who has this exact light please chime in...

Hi! Last week the plant started showing her pistils while stretching a lot, I installed a new mesh 15cm above the first one to support the canopy, and she already reached and passed the new net. I bought 3 more drippers for the Blumat, completing the circle around the pot, I also bought the Blumat maxi to install on the middle of the pot, but I decided not to move forward with the installation because I fought it would do much damage to the roots. I think I finally achieved a good moisture level on the soil, it was more difficult with the larger pot, I think it was too much at the beginning, but the plant is really drinking a lot! The humidity is a little higher than I expected after the carbon filter was installed, it keep floating between 65-75% which was good for vegetative phase, but dangerous to the flowering stage the plant is currently in. I did some defoliation to try to lower the humidity, but there was no improvement noticed. I’m accepting tips here :) The light is a little bit closer to the canopy, for now there is no signal of light burn, I’ll keep it closer during the flowering period. Can’t wait to harvests all this buds!
