Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:45 AM D 62 -Ooof! Not really sure what happened but a couple of my plants got rocked pretty hard. I must’ve overwatered them. I bought a soil meter so I can check what’s going on. I’ll put some pictures up. Hopefully it’s still going to be some fire. The strawberry crinkle is kicking ass one of the blood oranges is looking good and smelling great but the other blood orange and the forum Stomper got hit pretty hard. The blood oranges leaves have started to yellow and the smell It had disappeared. The forum Stomper still smells good but its leaves got hit the hardest. -this is my first indoor soil grow. Before this I grew everything hydroponically and if I dealt with soil, it was all outdoors. I’ve also grown using cocoa so I had that as a reference. That was a mistake. Growing in cocoa is really hard to drown your plants. Drenching a plant that’s growing in soil is not a good idea. -It might sound dumb to some of you growers out there, but having a digital meter for your soil is awesome. I stick that thing in there and I stop watering when it tells me that it’s good, highly recommended.

My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Bueno, finalmente pasamos a ciclo de floracion. Riego con top max de biobizz para estimular la flora. Agregamos algo de melaza en polvo para que la tenga disposicion . Y una ultima regada con bio grow. Los clones al dia 10 ya estan super enraizados, quizas hoy los transplanto, adjunto video.

7/13 It's maine-ing out. Overcast and misting. I guess it rained last night but not much. Today is my watering day although I think they could've made it until tomorrow. These drastic temp changes makes it hard to get a STEADY routine in place. I watered everything in the 20's a gallon the 10's 1/2 gallon. The 10th planet in the front was still heavy so I didn't water it. I'll keep an eye on it. Temps are much milder. I noticed a few more septoria leaves on the 10th planet which I promptly defoliated. This pheno is flowering. I could've put this week as flowering as several plants have started. I also saw ONE leaf on my chem dog that had septoria on it. ONE f-ing leaf! I was planning on treating this early anyway so I mixed one gallon of plant doctor 3 tsp gallon/gallon which was the recommendation. I'll monitor this plant and continue treating it the next two weeks. I may do foliar too but the mixture is different. It's a systemic so I don't think that matters as much. Considering getting mulch to protect from spores on the soil. My plants look GORGEOUS. I Hate to use such a nice plant as a guennie pig but I'm not going to sit here and watch it progress. I'm lucky it's really not that bad and that it's on a reveg. There's so many leaves that I would be forced to prune anyway. I'm seeing two MAYBE three leaves a morning but I want to get this under control. Last year u let a plant with septoria go and it finished but went to extracts. I've got a pretty good feeling about this plant doctor. I've used it before with good results. Only time will tell though.🤞 EDIT: WENT OVER AT ABOUT 1PM. ITS 2 NOW AND BLUE SKIES AND SUNNY. IM SUPER GLAD I WATERED AND EVEN MORE SO THAT I APPLIED THE PLANT DOCTOR HOW I DID. THE GIRLS ALL LOOKED AMAZING. THE TENTH PLANET I TREATED WITH PLANT DOCTOR LOOKS THE BEST IVE EVER SEEN IT. I FOUND ON LEAVE DEEP ON THE INTERIOR WITJ A SMALL SPOT BUT ITS SOMETHING IM SURE I MISSED THIS MORNING. IF THIS WORKS THIS GOOD ILL BE APPLYING IT TO EVERYTHING EVEN IF ITS JUST PREVENTATIVE. 7/14 Rained last night andcwas still sprinkling when I went over. Amazingly the 10th planet that I treated with the plant doctorcmix had ZERO visible signs of septoria. I did find one leaf on Mt chem dog and two on my mk ultra with the big leaves. It could've been calcium deficiency but I really doubt it because I think I saw THAT as well. I'm going to wait a day or two and if there are still no negative results and the plant is still looking good I'm going to treat AT LEAST the two others that MAY be infected. It's a systemic and can be used proactively and supposably breaks down into p and k after stimulating immune response. I'll monitor a little longer but as it stands I think I'm going to treat the other two just in case. I also need to start feeding. I've watered a lot more than I normally do so obviously the soil won't last as long. This has been some tricky weather but I'm happy with how things are progressing. I probably should've changed this to the first week of flower as several plants are popping pistols everywhere. EDIT: WENT OVER AROUND NOON AND MIXED UP TEO GALLONS OF PLANT DOCTOR PLANNING TO TREAT THE TWO PLANTS BESIDE THE 10TH PLANET. EVERYTHING LOOKED SO PERFECT AND TOMORROW IS MY WATER DAY SO I DECIDED TO HOLD OFF AND APPLY IT WHEN IT NEEDS WATER ANYWAY. I DID NOTICE THAT PLANTS SEEM TO BE FLOWERING MORE AGGREWWIVELY THAN BEFORE. THINGS ARE GETTING INTERESTING. 7/15 It was water day. The girls looked great this morning. I watered everything at least a gallon and 1.5 for the thirstier plants. I treated my big fan leaf mk ultra and my chem dog #4 with the same Plant Doctor mix as i did tge 10th planet beside it. I havent seen ANY septoria on that plant since application and it looks better than ever. I watered them with a half gallon of phed water before doing a soul drench with the gallon of Plant Doctor @ 3tsp/gal. I'm not seeing much septoria but plants are starting flower and I want to nip it in the bud. This product can be used preventatively and I went by the guidelines for medical marijuana. It was 70 earlier this morning. I'll update as I go forward. EDIT: WENT BACK OVER AT 3 AS THE TENPS WERE PIST 90 AND HAD BEEN ALL DAY. I POSTED A SHORT VIDEO BUT EVERYTHING IS LOOKING GREAT. THE PLANT DOCTOR SEEMS TO HAVE HELPED SUBSTANTIALLY. DIDNT FIND ONE SEPTORIA LEAF. STILL IT WILL TAKE A WHILE TO WORK FULLY BUT IM GLAD I DIDNT CHICKEN OUT AND I APPLIED THE RIGHT AMOUNT. IM GOING TO KEEP AN EYE ON THINGS BUT I MIGHT JUST TREAT EVERYTHING PREVENTATIVELY WHICH IS JUST HALF A TSP A GALLON I THINK. IT DEF TRIGGERS A RESPONSE IN THE PLANT. I LOVE IT WHEN SHIT JUST WORKS OYT AND YOU END UP PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. NEXT WATERING ILL PROBABLY DO NUTES. IM DEBATING WHETBER TO TRELLUS OR JUST USE STAKES AND STRINGS ACROSS THE CAGE AS NEEDED. OH WELL. OVER 90 IS TO MUCH FOR ME TO BE OUTSIDE FOR TOO LONG.

The plant is looking great, there isn’t much to say. The weather has been a great help on this grow, and apart from the little N over feeding all is looking good. Buds are starting to get FAAT.

Seven days with this young Gorilla Cookies and she's hit the light running! Spending 36hrs in water, 36hrs in a paper towel, then 48hrs under the soil before popping her head up into the light. The light schedule I'm following is 20/4 under two 100w LEDs running around 80% at 650mm above the babies. They're receiving 150-200umol's at roughly 11-14 DLI. Organic medium and nutes so just watering in around 200mL of dechlorinated water at 6.6 pH per day. I figured I want to get this medium nice and moist for the microbes to thrive so I've been bottom watering 200mL extra every other day, with a gap day today as the pots are nice and weighty now. Welcome baby GC 🍪

Successful topping performed on the two dominant Bruce Banner phenotypes. Third Bruce Banner successfully topped; older ones react very good to LST.

Wow! These really do flower fast! Loving them so far! I have other plants on the same time line that are not even close to this progression! Started with the bloom nutes, did a little defoliation and she’s off! I did find a pollen sack on a lower and just peeled it off🤷‍♀️🏻

Fail .... Nitrogen fail ... And Red spider in final stage ... I think the roddy spiders were present in the soil used .. and they infested more plants ... .. despite all this, it is an excellent cannabis i grow again

It was a great week for this Sour D pheno. She is really starting to fatten up now and is noticeably different after every dark period in terms of the size of her flowers. She is getting tricky to move to the shower where I normally water so she will likely not move again until she is cut. This makes the watering process more tedious but it is a necessary evil to avoid any unwanted mishaps this late in the game. I already caused her to lean a bit from swaying back and forth carrying her across the room during the last fertigation. The buds still dont have a hugely pronounced smell (like I'd expect from Sour D) or much trichome coverage but I am reassured by the fact that she seems to be a late bloomer and is apparently just starting to take off in terms of flower production. I've only seen a scant number of orange pistils so I think she still has several weeks to go. If she starts to take on that characteristic gassy smell as puts on some frost so I can press her into decent rosin, I'll be more than happy with this run when it's all said and done. 🌸 Flowering – Week 7 | Day 48 (Day 83 overall) Quick update focused on the Future #1 plants. It has become quite clear by now that both Future #1 plants need more time than originally expected. In terms of development, they are still clearly behind and will very likely require at least 3 more weeks, possibly longer depending on how they progress over the final stretch. At this stage, the plan is simply to keep the run stable, continue without unnecessary changes, and give the plants the time they need to fully mature.
