It was a wonderful journey, I really had the honor of doing this girl many times, this time even close to the Monster Zkittlez with which they generated the Runtz who was also in the grow. Super modern family situation, I wanted to try to figure out which one I liked best, and I still haven't been able to. at least I'm still tasting Runtz's first flowers and it's heavenly but the freshly picked Gelato and the upcoming Zkittlez are scary just to see them. Super resin, it really looks fake, I also have some macro photos that will make you cry. The resin is everywhere the trichomes are even in the largest leaves the scent is of the garden of eden. wow. Show. Really nice. It was freshly cleaned I want to try to do the resin the first time and then I have freshly cleaned and hung the whole girl upside down under the crop data next week when I clean and can give the detail. Gorgeous. Before being collected, she did two music therapy days, one of which in the dark with frequencies for plants and together we listened: 1 - Paolo Conte - "Gelato" al Limon 2 - Raekwon - Ice Cream to stay on the "Geato" theme and then all the M83 discography to be collected with the very famous Outro of Interstellar really seems to pass to a better life listening to that stuff. What's happening. There is a light midst in the atmosphere this morning. I set WISDOM up to the drip system and it worked out perfectly. WISDOM was planted this past winter. She actually grew up in a window seal most of here life. It was a slow progression but she still came out on top.

Day 44- I need to back off on the water nutes, I am forgetting the soil is strong enough. I will flush with plain water next time. Maybe I should do a plain water foliar feed? I’m still learning. But I think those B vitamins are keeping their metabolism high! Then I feel the need to spoon feed. After giving them much needed calcium, I start adding other things. Those Epsom Salts plus the amino acids on a plant with high metabolism receiving more B1, all while having lots of amended neem cake in the media, is going to be processing a sh*t load of nitrogen! Back to plain water. Another idea, maybe I will flush a little bit, and feed just CalMag. Day 48 I realized I haven’t gotten any pictures in for this week! Not that big of a mistake compared to the one I just corrected! The video is taken when they are back inside for the night as it a cold windy night, and they could use more light. I am not talking because I am sick and can’t talk to well. But it’s just quickly showing how they look after the whole ordeal I am about to mention. So I woke up this morning, and noticed all of the plants were showing subtle signs of a deficiency. Different deficiencies too! Some are going on the calcium deficiency, others potassium, some manganese even maybe a few others to be honest. Sometimes I could only see signs in the old leaves, and other times I would see signs in new leaves. Either way “most” of them were looking pretty good. But something about all this variability with different plants was oddly unsettling to me. I figured I had better stick the soil pH meter in there and make sure it’s not a pH issue. And to my horror, pH of barely 4.5!! More like 4.20! But honestly it was that low!!!! A miracle these plants haven’t locked out yet! But how did this happen? Yes it is all coming together for me. Every water I have been giving feed-water. I have been watering with a little runoff, but not enough runoff to manage what I was putting in! I’ve been “feed-watering” a lot more than usual because the pots are tiny and it’s super hot and mega dry during the days. Like 75-80 degrees (F) and 10-25% relative humidity lately. So no wonder they are drying out fast. All those salts left behind from last feed. So they built up, apparently pretty high. I didn’t think I was feeding too much, especially because I would get a descent amount to drain out the bottoms every time. Either way, I fed too heavy and flushed too little! So I brought out the foxfarm SLEDGEHAMMER!!!!! Did a quick flush, flushed with plain water to get the sledgehammer out, then a recheck on the soil pH meter. Comes out 6.8! So I gave feed-water at ph of 7 afterwords. They were dry enough before all of this, I conveniently avoided damping issues. Now they will dry out and receive plain pH 7 RO water on next watering. I still have lots of doubt as if I have any clue what I am doing! But so far so good. I try to support the microbes as much as possible, i definitely could use their support. And it might be because of the microbes, CalMag and fulvic acid, that has prevented lockout. But yeah the fact the pH in the soil was corrected with a flush, gives me a peace of mind. The other three from “The Hondo Titan” diary had high levels of sulfur to lime, the flush did not fix, so I repotted them in new soil with pH 7. Also those hydroton expanded clay pebbles become rich with acidic salts, because the water leaves and all the nutes and minerals are captured and stored with the pebbles. Good in small levels. But if the pot dries out every day, those pebbles will eventually make the pH meter smack the end suggesting less than pH of 3.5!!!!!!!! But no pebbles were used on these girls thankfully!!

Day 35 chugging along. Adding 2 gallons of water to reservoir mid week with 1 teaspoon coconut powder per gallon. Top watering weekly with one gallon water mixed with 1 teaspoon build a bloom, 1/2 teaspoon recharge, 2 oz peach ferment.

I had to travel and left then for 3 days with no water, when I arrived she was quite yellow but ss soon as I put water on it, refuse it but later suck it all and become very healthy

Another week closer... The girls are doing well, nothing really new, besides the day we changed our clocks back I forgot to plug my control box back in and for all day they didn't get any water..didn't really do any damage but for one, where I got a little leaf dry out on a couple of leaves on one plant.. Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers. Wow this has been an amazing journey. These three plants have given me so much joy it’s gonna be tough to chop in a couple weeks. Plant 1(clone). Looks the same. No better or worse than before. It’s has always had a very bright greenish yellow color and has produced a small amount of bud that looks to be promising. Barely any trimming except for near the end of the run. Plant 2 (Cookies and Cream) This plant stayed small and bushy. And while I did miss a watering day I’m pretty sure this plant is almost ready. I had an issue with Hermie bananers but got that taken care of. Anyone else think I should harvest a week or two early. Plan was for July 4th weekend but I’m thinking two weeks early may be OK. Its getting purple and the top fan leaves are getting crinkly and drying out so I was told those can come off if they are falling off. Plant 3 (Cookies and Cream???) This last strain is either cookies or it’s called grease monkey. I may have mislabeled it when watering near week 3-4. But it’s still good. It got really tall and foxtailed with intensity. Bummed but not upset. All three look good and healthy for the most part.

Still growing! She started showing some hunger signs....increasing her ppm to about 1100-1200 now. Her top half seems to be about a week ahead of her bottom. I think I'm going to have to learn how to harvest in stages this time. Her lower half is just soooo far away from the light. She slowed down to only growing a half inch a day now....then....She FINALLY stopped growing (i think) Topped out at 44"! At least I hope, I have no more room LOL. I had the light as high as I could get it...then I took it off the hooks and tied it to the top tent bars. and got it a bit higher LOL She's only 2 to 3 inches away from the light now so fingers crossed she stopped growing. debido a quemaduras que encontre en las plantas el dia 14/06, dia 29 desde germinacion, debi regar con cal max, ya que creo que hay falta de calcio - magnesio. aplique 1.2 ml por litro de agua. no creo que sea exceso de ferti ya que todos riegos se han preparado con la dosis minima que indica. se sigue regando con 0.4 L cada 48hrs una tecnica que he hecho es ir acomodando o doblando las hojas hacia abajo dando prioridad a los bracitos de cada planta. Dia 30: riego de agua 600 ml de agua Dia 32: todas las plantas en floracion Aplicamos solo tek groow ya que las manchas en las plantas se debian a falta de azúfre lo concluimos con un grupo de amigos todos growers y un agrónomo. Por que queremos continuar con la tabla de grotek nutrients y el domingo dia 34 aplicar blossom blaster

This is one of those days when this feels like work. But its done and should be smooth sailing from here on out. There are 2 different sized rockwool cubes. This was an ordering mistake but I think it will be ok. Their getting fed every 6 hours for 8 minutes now. I'll watch put for flagging and change accordingly.
