The girls are doing great. Some are much further along than others which is a little worrying. Seems like some are in week 4 while others are ending week 2. Hoping for a dry mid October for the late finishes

This week was good for the Cream auto. I performed some defoliation and undid the LST for a couple days as well as raised the lights to 24" to induce some stretching. I did selectively begin LST on the Cream towards the end of week 5. She has been getting 1/4 strength flower nutes and recieved a fresh top dressing of hot soil coco coir mix; as her roots were surfacing. So far so good. Atleast 20 budsites are visible and she has responded well to all the training and is coming into her stretch period. Now all we are waiting on is them white pistols to start shooting at the budsites. Hopefully week 6 will entail this! She should be at about half of her life span at this point. 4-5 weeks more of flower is expected before harvest.

My second growroom is built and the girls have moved in. This new strain combines two well-received parents, Juanita la Lagrimosa (Spanish for "Juanita the Tearful") and Royal Highness, which are themselves genetic hybrids of other precursor strains: Juanita the Tearful from Queen Mother and a Mexican-Afghan blend; Royal Highness from Dance Hall and Respect 13. On and on the strains date back in agricultural time, each new variety with its own unique smell, taste, color, high and medical benefit. However, in the past decade, a goal of all this tinkering has been what some producers are starting to call “Royal Respect” with the soul of marijuana's benefits going toward both body and mind. Still HOT and dry! Full sun almost every day, and she's loving it. Pistils are wildly long, and buds surprisingly fat for this early, maybe she will be a early October harvest? Hoping the weather holds out! Did another compost tea (Epsom, Kelp, Molases and Compost, aerrate 24hrs), wildly foamy this time, tons of microbes ready to get to work. Will squeeze in a final top dress of Gaia Green Power Bloom next week. All in all looking great, haven't done any more defoliating, buds are spaced nice, may snip a few fan leaves here and there covering bud sites, but it's hard to get to them being so tall, so hoping for the best. Getting some rain, maybe thundershowers over the next week, still spray link LCPT for PM, and BT for Caterpillars. Did find a ton of eggs on the underside of a fan leaf, so BT is necessary.

Critical x Animal Cookies looks like she is coming out of being stunned finally. She did endure a lot of training today. Hopefully she adapts well, and starts to make a lot of progress in size . at last we are in harvest week. im happy at all it was a good experience. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are dense and frosty but very little in size! i had some mistakes and problems with this grow so i admit i wasted them . lesson from this grow : grow autos far from fems and always give them 20 hours or more light per day to get good weight in little time.

A great week. Included a diagram so you can better tell which plant is which. I will be changing that up come flower to better fit the plants so I'll label them later as well. Gonna flip to flower I believe to try and save space. Gonna be tight but wasn't planning that this time. Have to do a lot of training still. Haven't gotten to it due to being so busy with life. I got some BT var israelensis or something close to that for the fungus gnats thanks to @resimax and will test that. Lastly, you might catch a glance at the upcoming diary...
